I cannot say enough wonderful things about Norman Morrison and his team. Norm is extremely knowledgeable and has a wide variety of choices for picking the best equipment for his clients. Hes patient and kind and goes well beyond the call of duty for his clients. The purchase, delivery and installation were seamless. Norm even came a few weeks post installation to ensure that all was working well for me. He also introduced me to a phenomenal personal trainer who is helping me immensely in the pursuit of my fitness goals. Chad Asnes from Fit Factor is a fantastic trainer. He has a private gym which is spotless with exceptional equipment. He pushes me to perform at my best but knows when enough is enough. Norm and Chad are the dynamic duo and I highly recommend them both.

Norman (owner) and Matt were great from the moment I walked in the store. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and then made recommendations on which machines would meet my needs, which were not as good a fit, and why. As I was purchasing an expensive treadmill, I had a lot of questions, and they patiently answered everything and even went beyond my questions to provide additional helpful information I didn’t even think to ask. They also arranged for delivery and setup, and the partners they work with are professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly as well. ConnectFit is a true gem in the Greater Boston area. We recently purchased a terrific treadmill, a Landis L7, from the owner, Norm Morrison. We learned that Norm was a former athlete, trainer, fitness store manager, national fitness product manager and now business owner. His base of knowledge in all things fitness and training is extensive and he loved sharing this knowledge with my wife and I. The purchase process was great, the delivery and setup team was quick, easy and professional and best of all, we love the treadmill. We will definitely be returning to Norm for more equipment and advice and will be referring our friends to ConnectFit.

I can tell you from experience that its far too easy to get drawn into low quality options hiding behind flashy marketing, so its nice to find experienced professionals that understand the difference. I was looking at a piece of equipment at Connect Fit and one of their competitors next door. I ended up buying from Connect Fit because of how knowledgeable and customer focused they were. No ding on their competition, but I was really taken back on the level of customer service from Norm and Ben. Its a beautiful showroom and theyll take the time to explain what best fits your needs.

Had a great experience at connect fit. I had been looking everywhere for dumbbells and this was the first place I was able to find them in months. Jen and Norm were great and the store layout was very inviting. Best of all they have great quality masks and it is the only one my son likes to wear now.

I visited looking for home cardio. Worked with Matt who was very familiar with all of the equipment. He also had some good insight on what type of machine would be the best fit for me specifically. No pressure. Decided on the Zero Runner which has worked out great.

Great store and knowledgeable staff. Ive been researching the Mirror and other similar products but found it difficult to try or compare them, until I found ConnectFit online. They have multiple options to choose from and were extremely helpful when making my decision. Ordered the Echelon Reflect with the touchscreen which is being installed next week. Cant wait!

Really enjoyed my experience at ConnectFit. I found the team extremely knowledgeable and the best part was at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything. I ended up going home with some dumb bells (very reasonably priced) and look forward to going back next weekend with my partner to pick up some larger equipment for our new indoor fitness center.

I went in to Connect Fit looking for dumbbells as no one has dumbbells right now. Caolan was a huge help and I cant wait to shop there again and do business with him again.

Over the course of about a year I slowly built out my home gym with a squat rack, elliptical, tread mill a bench, some random free weights and gym flooring. Thanks Matt for the advice and service.
