I was lucky enough to run into Arthur the day I walked into the store. I’m a fairly avid runner, but certainly nowhere even close to a professional athlete. Be that as it may, I wanted a treadmill that would be both good for just “recreational” running, but could also hold up to occasionally more serious running and also last a long time. Arthur was excellent in educating me on the various options, differences between machines, and even introduced me to something I knew very little about (powered curved treadmills). He was very straightforward and instead of trying to “sell” me just anything, took a genuine interest in my specific needs, likes/dislikes, and what I wanted to get out of a treadmill. I can’t speak for anyone else in the store as I didn’t meet them or work with them, but I highly recommend Arthur as someone who is knowledgeable and friendly.

The only place to get your exercise equipment. Does the most knowledgeable and most knowledgeable salespeople when it comes to exercise equipment.

These guys were very helpful when we were shopping for a rower and, perhaps more importantly, they came through some months later when we had an issue with a part that failed. Specifically, Arthur really took ownership of our problem and got it all resolved. Ricky, Gabrielle, the repairman in the truck (I forgot to ask his name), the owner of the company, these people all responded quickly and treated us with the utmost respect. How Im treated long after a sale is completed tells me about the culture of a business and I affirm these people are sharp and that they care. I do not know any of these people beyond the one product interaction Ive described here. Anyone can sell you a piece of fitness equipment. What matters most is all that you cannot see when you are looking at a machine. Ultimately, what you cannot see is what is going to matter the most. Hey, total respect to the owner/founder for lifting this business to where it is today.
