Called 877 number and the employee helped me locate the apace I needed and had me call the Newtown location. Dragon was fantastic. Didn’t leave out any important information, provided me with a quote that reflected my rental needs. Very impressed with the level of client service. Signing agreements was simple and straightforward.

We were incredibly impressed by the curtesy and precise service provided by Drago when we rented space to hold boxes and furniture while we rent a smaller apartment and look to buy a new house next year. The cost was so reasonable and quality so high that today we rented a second storage area to hold all of our extra furnishings pending our home sale. Again very efficient services. Also the new device agent in training (I did not learn her name) was also pleasant and organized. Both units are immaculately clean and secure, and cool despite the heat wave recently. The availability of space on short notice has been excellent. I highly recommend them.

Facility is clean and offers large loading dock with several entrances. I never wait on line to move my stuff in and out. They also accept deliveries. Very convenient!

I have rented with CubeSmart in the past and had HORRIBLE experiences. ExtraSpace was the complete opposite, and it was such a breath of fresh air. There were no mice, and everything was so clean, accessible, and easy. The staff was kind, especially when I left my key behind after moving 10 hours away, and Mike helped me cut my lock. 10/10 experience, everything was wonderful!!!

The staff at this office are super helpful and made the process incredibly easy. I walked in and they had the unit ready and I was able to walk out in less than 5 minutes with everything set up.

Overall, a decent experience thus far. As a new customer, Mike took great care of my needs. He offered to show me a few different storage units at various sizes, price points, and locations. He clearly walked me through the payment policy and then we even walked to the unit again so I could practice accessing it.I had called the previous day to check on availability and what to expect. Even so, there were a number of add on fee surprises which I wasnt told about earlier nor did I catch them on the website.Lock - I was told I could bring my own lock, but it wasnt specified that I needed to have it the day I signed the paperwork. They sell locks there but expect to pay over $16.Insurance - Ive never heard of a renter being required to purchase insurance. (Its also been 10 years since Ive had a storage unit, so maybe this is standard now.) Minimum amount will set you back another $11 a month.Administration fee - One time fee for setting up the account, I assume. I believe it was $24I choose this facility based on location and price point. While I still am happy in the condition and security of the facility, Im a bit bummed at the add on fees and the fact that they werent disclosed until after I saw the units and was all set with which one I would rent.

Our experience with Extra Space In Newton could not have been better. This was the first time we ever rented storage, and we are so happy that we chose this location. Great space and 24 hour access. Rates do increase on a fairly regular basis, but seem to remain competitive. Units are open at the top for safety reasons (fire sprinklers) which means dust and possible bugs or whatever else may get into the unit, but this seems the case anywhere. Carts are available to move your stuff. Bring a lock when you sign up for the unit or they will have you buy one there, they have a few choices, as well as packing and moving supplies.

After more than 10 years renting several rooms I am delighted with the facility, the employees, the cleanliness, the policies. Excellent in every respect.

One of the best storage facilities I have used to this day. The guys are always welcoming and willing yo help. Took care of me during the winter storm when I had unload my van. If there is ever an issue they are willing to relocate me to another storage unit at no extra charge.
