I needed a new battery for my remote control for garage door opener. They not only had the correct battery, but the counter person put it into the remote for me.

They usually have what I need. A word of caution. The parts counter people shouldnt try to tell an ASE Master Tech that he is wrong when they, themselves, typically have no, or little experience. I have learned a few tricks through the years that they do not understand.

I Dont like Advance Auto for a number of reasons. Prices are far too High, quality of their items are far too Poor & the employees know Little to Nothing about Their Products... & Theyre Creepy !!!

They had the mass air flow sensor cleaner that I was looking for, and this helps make that engine light go away, just check out YouTube videos on how to do it yourself, save yourself a lot of money instead of taking it to the dealership.

Had to get a brake hose,needed to be ordered. Most likely was there when they said it should of been which was later that day . They took my name and number etc. Well after 2 days i didnt receivea call. I decided to call them., it was there. Then I got the hose i needed line that went into it and into my truck. That,they let you decide. Hopefully i picked the right one.

I have come to this store about 3 times and they were closed early without any warning. I checked online to make sure they were open and online said they were open until 9. I got there at 8 and they were closed. Another time it was a Sunday and online said they were open until 7. I got there at 6 and they were closed. CALL BEFORE YOU DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE!

You can get synthetic motor oils at discount prices. They check why your engine light comes on, for free, put your windshield wipers on for free, battery check for free. Kinda like that.

Well went there to get wiper blade put on my Kia and he said he couldnt do it cuz he would have to take the wiper arm off. The wiper was for back hatch.so they need to specify that.Update I changed the blade myself thanx to YouTube and didnt have to take arm off to do it that employee just didnt want to come outside because it was to cold.

The salesman was too busy with a girlfriend who was visiting. He actually gave me the wrong oil filter.. lucky for me that I had replaced the filter once before and recognized the filter to be the wrong one.. I would have gotten home, drained the oil and then would find out that the filter is wrong..Then What !!!

The store is also vary clean and has all the sale add all over the place and if you need to use a tool it is there for you to use also they ask if you need a hand and if you do they will go out of there way to help. When i need a part for eather my 2012 or my 2001 i always get the right part and they well go over the prices with me to see what i wont to get and i think that is great . when i shop at the other stores its all about them not me advanced ia the way to go.
