Even though the communication with the company wasnt that great. once we were finally able to schedule the installation, the rest was smooth sailing. The workers came by late Thursday to drop off their supplies & start a little bit of work. They came back Friday morning around 9am & was the job was completed by 2:40pm. They cleaned up our yard & was gone by 3pm. They did excellent work & we absolutely LOVE our new Skylite Patio Cover! I would highly recommend this company!

I tried to contact this facility twice and both times the voicemail was full and could not accept new messages. This may or may not reflect quality of other services but I am unable to tell as I cannot even speak with someone.Update: Scott called back based off the missed call alone which is respectful. He did not have a solution that fit what we wanted specifically but gave solid recommendations to direct us in fulfilling our needs.

Been 2 months and Scott said he would call before end of September. Stop by beginning of October another employee told me to leave name and phone number and Scott would call. I would like to think a courtesy call just to let me know if its something they can repair. Roof leaks
