This is the 2nd year that we have used WNY Awning Service. We couldnt be happier. In past years with Kohler, I have wondered how they could do a perfect job one year and a shoddy job the next. For everyone waiting for their awning to be installed:We were told our awning could not be installed for 3-5 weeks by the leading awning company in WNY. Also, could not talk to a human or even leave a voicemail and get a return call. Decided to pick up our awning and install ourselves. For this we were charged $35.00.Heard about Bills company on WYRK. Gave him a call and he answered the phone and spent time explaining his service and answering all of my questions. Quoted a reasonable price and had our awning up within 3 days of our request. He even agreed to drive from Niagara Falls to Arcade, about 60 miles.Bill did a beautiful job. He will not disappoint.Thank you Bill!

Very professional, met expectations discussed over the phone. We have a larger awning and it was no problem. Less expensive and quicker than Kohler; WNY awning service has my business from now on! Thanks
