Every time Ive been in Sallys, Ive had a pleasant experience. The staff always helps me find what Im looking for. They are always friendly. Actually, they are more than friendly, they seem genuinely happy to be working there. Top notch! 💯

Went there yesterday Tuesday and had pink hair like the girl who cashed me out I asked her for help in turning my pink hair platinum which I thought was an impossible task but she was eager to help me and showed me exactly what I needed to help fix my pink hair. I took her recommendations not even looking at what she was giving me went home and did exactly what she told me to do and not only does she know what she’s talking about but my hair has never looked better. Compared to all the other Sally’s I’ve been to this girl knew what she was talking about was and was so unbelievably friendly If I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you to the girl who helped me fix my hair I can’t remember your name but I would take your advice any day because you are spot on with your knowledge and so sweet with your great bubbly personality! I can’t thank you enough!

Great manager, very helpful, lots of knowledge

Every time Ive gone in and asked for coloring advice, they always take their time and help me out. They hold samples to my hair, show me different products, theyre honest and they dont try to upsell me to the pricier brands. The ladies here have saved me from a few hair disasters in the past!

I love going in to find whats new. Makes ya feel all girlie no matter how Tomboy you are.

I was visiting the area for the holidays and forgot my oil for my locs. I entered store with my partner and siblings. There was one employee on the floor stocking shelves and one in the back. We were in there maybe 7-10 minutes total. I only went to one shelf but my family had walked around. As we walked to the counter to cash out my partner alerted me that several white employees had emerged from back room and were following us around. They are so dumb that ALL 5 employees ended up at counter standing looking stupid trying to hide and squeeze behind each other in one narrow counter looking busy because they were following that close to us and had no exit strategy. I went to take out my phone to take a picture and they scattered leaving only the white manager (who stood directly over the Black cashier as she rung us out) and some old white lady who nervously kept folding the same box. I would never frequent this business if I lived in the area. They are clearly RACIST. Next time I do visit I will definitely have my camera out and ready just to have video proof and submit to the news. I will be writing to their regional and national corporate office. They can watch the store cameras for themselves and see the foolish behavior of the staff.

The 2 workers inside the store followed me around. They are very RACIST. They believe that if your African American, you will steal. If youre African American please avoid this store. Also the caucasian worker in store at the register stuck her middle finger up at me when I was riding by. Very unprofessional!

So I just wanted to let you know, I went into sallys beauty store in Niagara Falls NY 7 minutes before closing and was treated with such disrespectful attitudes towards me and my boyfriend, we were told they must close the registers at 9 and we can’t buy anything if we don’t hurry up RIGHT now. The store says closes at 9, and the way we were yelled at and treated poorly. We ended up putting our stuff back. And left. After the 5th time we were yelled at to hurry up because “she has a social life and wants to go home”. So we politely put our stuff back and left.And then I come onto my social media and I am being harassed in my direct messages by one of the employees. I don’t even know her, yet she found me on Instagram. The same employe that said she needed to go home that she has a social life she “needs to get out by 915.. what an aweful experience.
