Love this place! Creme Brulee is my favorite ice cream there. The dole whip is good too!They also have some retro candy and now serving soup and subs.The staff are very friendly and personal, prices are reasonable compared to most.

The girls working were super friendly. First time customers and I absolutely love the dole whip pineapple float.My daughter enjoyed her milkshake and my nephew enjoyed his ice-cream! Price was decent and the girls were appreciative of the tip I left them🙂

Awesome. They made a delicious cake, and really helped customize it for my daughters birthday. She wanted a Harry Potter cake, and so they made it just like the one Hagrid gives Harry in the first book. She loved it.

Ive been here twice and will definitely be going back. The customer service was great. The ice cream is incredible and there are options for everyone we there you have medical. Issues like diabetes or dairy free options. This is a wonderful pace.

Cant stop raving about this place! The staff/owners are kind, personable, and very attentive. On top of that, the selection of flavors is always changing (lots of new things to choose from), AND the serving sizes and price AWESOME. I can bring my whole family and get ice cream for 4-5 of us for $20! Everywhere else, costs me close $30-$40.Did I mention its right on a river! Super views to boot.Highly recommend this place (against my better judgement, because then the line ups might get too long!) but so worth it.

The best ever ice cream, dairy or vegan. James ice cream shop is also Gluten Free. Big windows overlooks scenic Chippewa, also home of coolest film director James Cameron. Most delicious is CreekSides Vegan ice cream, which must be tasted to believe, it is all about feeling good at this caring ice cream shop. Bring your appetite, and an open mind in enjoying plant based vegan foods, FANTASTIC.

Too expensive

I have Been living in the chippewa area for just under a year now, and i have to say. creeksides and their owners are one of my favourite places to frequent. Me and my best friend stop there quite often for an ice cream or (in my opinion) the best tasting and priced milkshake in the niagara area. Not to mention the owners are very friendly and make you feel like a regular from the start!. That being said. I also feel like the commenters who are bringing up the minor accident their son was in a few days ago. For some reason are just trying to slander their businesses for some childish. Vindictive reason.. i also live on the block where this happened and it is not at all as bad as they make it out to seem. It was also resolved very respectfully and peacefully between the driver and the bike rider... dont let them detour you from trying out this adorable shop!. And my direct message to those 2 witnesses blowing things out of proportion. I say. Grow UP.
