Words cannot express how thankful I am for Matt, Tina & the rest of the amazing staff at Brock Ford!My husband, son & I were driving to Niagara Falls from London on Friday, when we noticed a loud noise coming from the car about an hour into our drive. We ended up pulling over on a side street outside of St. Catharines to assess the situation and realized there was only 1 lug nut on my front passenger tire holding the wheel on the car. The 3/5 bolts on the hub were broken off.I tried calling tow trucks etc (not exactly sure what to do). I eventually ended up calling Ford in St. Catharines to see if they had the part I needed, which they didnt so they referred me to Brock Ford. This was literally my last hope and while I was crying on the phone, Matt was extremely helpful and calming. He told me they had the part and they could drive it out to me if I had a garage to take it to.Long story short, we ended up getting our vehicle towed to Brock Ford where Tina assured me they would have my car fixed up the next day. Tina called me later that afternoon to give me an update. Their tech worked on my car the following morning as soon as they opened (8am) until about 12:30.They went above and beyond for me when I needed it the most. I will never forget this experience and how kind and thoughtful everyone was.Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I dont know what I would have done without you guys.. Always great service here but it is pricey

I took my motorhome in for an oil change and have the gas filter replaced. The service staff was friendly and they had the job completed in 3 hours. (they had to wait for a part) I would suggest that the mechanics don paper slippers over their shoes as they left greasy footprints all over my carpet and greasy handprints on the door.

Deceptive, underhanded, and the exact experience you wouldnt want. Avoid.

This is the only place to buy a ford vehicle. Josh was my sales rep and I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome this guy is. Simple and painless process would be a good start. I visited this dealership while on delivery actually. When I was there I spoke to the sales manager, just idle talk really. I wasnt there to buy a car. Engaged in a brief conversation about selling cars. I told him I bet I could sell cars. And we laughed.The lot had a decent selection and it didnt appear to be a high pressure sales kind of place. Real people selling real vehicles. I might visit again even if just for the idle talk.

Worked with Artie (best sales guy ever) and he was super patient with me even after continually changing my mind on features and interior options. After it was all said and done I was still able to accept delivery within a few days. Best Ford dealership Ive dealt with. It was worth my time driving here from out of town. Hes also great with kids if you need to bring them along like I did.

I first went to Brock ford after having horrible issues with my Jeep and Niagara dodge Chrysler, that is when I met Gavin and told him everything that was going on with my Jeep and what I was looking for. He found the exact truck I wanted that was a little out of my price range and managed to get the price down to where I wanted. He was not your typical sales man that pushed the sale on me, but instead took the time to make sure I got what I wanted for a reasonable price and got me out of my horrible deal with dodge and I can’t thank him enough!! Parts department closed on Saturday - apparently they couldnt be bothered to open as the service department didnt have many customers. This despite them indicating they were to be open when they called to tell me my parts had arrived on Thursday. Odd way to run a business. Purchased a new 2020 F150 after trading in my used 2019 F150. Dealt with sales person Ken Levitt, & manager Artie; both were very good and made the transition to the new vehicle nearly seamless. Kens response time to any questions is quick & does what he can to help the customer, recommend both these two. Only bad experience at Brock was dealing with finance person Christine, she was very pushy & tried talking me into things I did not want for my vehicle (warranties, life insurance, etc).. after saying I wasnt interested she was still trying to sell, would not recommend dealing with Christine, in fact maybe brock should consider having her at a different dealership as to not ruin customer relations & sales for future customers. Id like to add on day of pick-up, i finalized my paperwork with finance person Ashlee, & even though being new to brock, was very curteous & open to any questions I had before taking ownership of my vehicle, definitely would deal with her instead in the future. she should take Christines position as I think retirement may be calling..

I recently purchased a new Edge with the help of Bret and Artie. Both were super friendly and helped me go through the various features and options to make sure I bought everything that I wanted without getting things that I didnt need. After the purchase, he took the time to go through all of the specific features of my new Edge as well as walk me through the other areas of the dealership (i.e. services and parts) to make sure I knew where everything was.Ive been bringing my previous car (a 2005 Mustang) to Brock Fords service department for years so I already knew them and already know that their service department is excellent. The quality of the service department was a major factor for me deciding to go with another Ford; that and the reliability of my old Mustang.I’ve had the Edge for about two weeks now and am loving it. It is quiet with a smooth ride, lots of power, and way more space than the Mustang. It also has a tonne of technical features which are all easy to use and understand. With winter coming I’m sure it will be a lot nicer to drive in the snow than the Mustang.

This was our first visit to Brock Ford but it wont be our last! When we walked in we were greeted by an amiable Mr. Joe Pantusa. He made us feel welcome immediately. We sat down with him and he listened carefully as we told him what our needs were. He asked us some questions, taking notes as he did so. He took a few minutes to pull everything together and presented us with a number of options that met our requirements. All through this process he was patient, friendly and had us laughing several times with his sharp wit. We test drove a number of vehicles and he again answered all our questions. He was so patient! I chose to purchase from Brock Ford as a longtime family friend is Chris, the service manager. He put me in touch with Gavin in the sales department and I could not have been happier with the service I received. It was an unusual situation as I purchased the car before seeing it in person, however, Gavin was always a quick phone call/ text away. He went through all the features of my Explorer via Facetime and was even available after his normal work hours. Financing was a breeze with Todd. They were able to have the Car ready for me extremely quickly. Gavin has been in touch a few times since I picked up the car to make sure I am still happy with the vehicle.
