Perfect spot for breakfast if youre looking to spend $8.50 on READY CRISP BACON. We could hear the guy in the kitchen microwaving the whole time we were waiting, cant believe he actually presented us with a plate full of microwaved bacon and eggs. Absolutely disgusting.

Honestly way too expensive for what you get the hot chocolate tasted just like Tim Hortons and the muffin was so sweet I couldnt eat it and it cost me almost 10 dollars for the two items

Visited this location on Monday August 2nd with 2 friends after a very long time not seeing each other. 2 of us arrived at 6:30pm. I paid over $7 for a croissant wrapped in saranwrap and a large iced coffee, definitely did not get a large but I wasnt going to complain. We sat on the patio, our other friend arrived at 7pm. At approx. 7:35 pm the young girl who served us earlier told us we had to leave because they had a plumbing issue, I said well we do not have any need to come inside, can we not just sit here until you close at 8pm? We were told no we needed to leave. We were the only customers there, we figure they just wanted to leave and close early. We would have went somewhere else to begin with if we knew we would be told to leave early. Was disappointing.

Great food, good ambiance, quick service and courteous staff... definitely a place worth visiting. Tried the classic breakfast, chicken caesar wrap and s’more waffles... all were amazing

This restuarant was okay. The food was always delicious, but a little slow on the service. But the Hespeler Road, Cambridge location is closed now and a bank is moving in this spot.

I very like this place. The coffee has good taste and the food is excellent as well. The BLT and Avocado sandwich is the must-try food here. I had a decent iced capp and BLT-A sandwich combo for a decent price. The interior is well designed, which makes me feel warm and welcomed. Regarding staff, they are so friendly and willing to help you to meet your need. Absolutely recommended coffee shop for anyone to have new experience.

Been going here for two-three years and will likely not be going back. The new hires always ruin my coffee. -Usually an individual will specify if they want their coffee made with milk. Otherwise use cream (common sense). I shouldnt have to specify that I want my coffee to be made with cream every time. If I dont - it ends up made with milk. Thats backwards and confusing.

Girls were Great. Not many people there, so stayed longer than the Covid Time limit. No issues.

Only reason it doesnt get one star is because the staff was friendly and the place was clean.We ordered food, it sounded promising and delicious, the prices were a little high, grilled cheese sandwich was $6.75 and a bacon and tomato grilled cheese was over 8 bucks so I figure it would have been worth it.... I was disappointed. The image below is of the grilled cheese sandwich we ordered. It took about 10 minutes to make and it wasnt even toasted!!!! There arent even toast marks! I dont know how they can call this warm melted cheese sandwich grilled! I would have brought it back but I was already on the highway when I opened it. Our companion also ordered the grilled veggie sandwich and it tasted terrible. I hope that this can be a warning to anyone looking for a delicious sandwich to not look for it here.

NO OUTLETS AVAILABLE, DO NOT COME TO STUDY WITH LAPTOP.I was looking for a place to study since college campuses are closed and Ive been struggling to study at home, and decided to drive from Kitchener to Sportsworld Drive for the very nice interior offered here, but when I arrived, after I had already ordered and paid money mind you, that the outlets were ALL out of order. I looked around puzzled and found an outlet covered with tape, and another completely wide open. Not where I would like to sit, but I needed to finish some assignments, so I asked again to the staff member, and she confirmed that ALL of the outlets are out of commission. I asked her why that was and she just said I dont know and offered no other explanation, recommendation, or even empathy at my situation. I had sat down and came up the second time looking for a working outlet so it was clear that the issue distressed me. I sat down, the staff member coldly served me the egg, bacon, and cheese bagel (wasnt very good sadly), and I left after my computer died in an hour because I had expected at least one outlet to be available.Extremely confusing that the outlets are not working, and frankly a great way to lose customers. I will be going to Coffee Culture until these outlets are fixed, and would love to be informed when they are.

One experience I care not repeat.worst chai latte ever. Barely warm and super sweet. When asked about it, the floor manager just said this is our chai latte and walked away.Zero customer service skills. Yeah, keep the $5.48

Amazing place in Kitchener! Place has a great atmosphere. The food was excellent, we had breakfast here. It was fresh and quick. And the coffee... was unbelievable! Definitely visiting again!

Used to love this place, more recently our orders have gotten mixed up, we were forgotten in the drive thru, asked multiple times what we ordered....

Came by for a quick pre dinner snack with friends. I tried their breakfast burrito and substituted the meat with spinach. At $5+ tax, it really isnt a bad option but still not as cheesy and satisfying as I was hoping for. Also tried a scone, which was decent as well but not close to the best Ive ever had. In summary, okay options for a quick bite but dont expect anything out of the ordinary.

Nice little restaurant that serves more then just coffee. I had butter chicken and it was really good. They take your order at the front counter and give you a sign with a number on it if you’ll be sitting down at a table. They’ll bring your food out to you. They have excellent frappe’s as well. The store was clean, staff were friendly, food was pretty good.

This is a chain which weve never got around to visiting before. Thought it was just a coffee shop chain but we were impressed with the range of food offerings they had. It also had a nice interior which added to the feeling of being in a cafe. Well be back.

Nice quiet Williams just off of hwy 401. Lots of seating. The food is pricey for what you get and nothing is made on site, just microwaved. Some vegetarian options. Be careful if you have nut/wheat allergies as it is very easy for cross-contamination.

The service was good, and the sandwich which I got was way different than the picture they should us and the hazel brownie had coconut in it .

Staff is friendly and helpful but prices are crazy for just a simple coffee (coffee is good though). Also there are no garbage cans in this location ? Id prefer throwing out my own garbage to handing it to staff at the counter, it feels weird and Im sure they dont like touching dirty napkins either.

Poor service. They forgot parts of my order. They got other parts of my order incorrect. Scrambled eggs were over cooked and hard. Nobody came to take away our dishes when we were done our meal. I took the dishes to the counter myself to clear some space on the table to get work done. Cleanliness was not fantastic, there was a dead fly on the ledge around our booth next to the table.. Clearly had been there a while. Staff were apologetic for the mix up with the orders and were genuinely very nice people.

The staff was very good, quick and helpful.I found the food to be overpriced and so, so quality.I paid almost $15 for a corned beef sandwich and a tea. When the sandwich arrived it seemed kinda small. The toasted bread underneath the corned beef was soggy. Thats gross.The tea was good, so if I was going to go back it would only be for the tea or coffee.

Lots of great choices in menu and each location is a little different so always something new to try. It is a bit pricey tho for the amount you get. Quality is there though in the food.

Took my daughters out for a treat and our experience started off with no strawberry ice cream. We ordered 2 chocolate waffles and 3 chocolate milk shakws. Waffles were on two different plates with a lot of toppings on one and not half the toppings on the other. Our milk shakes where more like chocolate milk. Extremely liquidity and frothy for the first inch. I will not be back.

The food was excellent nonetheless. However, there was a middle-aged Asian lady, appearing to be the manager and/or supervisor in-charge, ruining our entire meal. Her poor behaviour went on for approximately two hours, the entire duration of our stay, as she accused her employees of doing something incorrectly, and bashing them behind their backs to other employees. We usually go to the Fairview location for lunch, but we thought we would give this location a shot. Super disappointed!

Williams is great! Always a great place for a quick get-together, study or just something yummy. Familiies with small kids or grandparents or couples. Its a place for everybody.You must try their bowls if you are not up for fast food. Soooo yummy.

Williams Coffee Pubs have popped up in a lot of places around Southern Ontario in the last few years. My wife and I work from home and often use the Williams at 4500 King Street E in Kitchener as a meeting place with clients, as a get-away from the office for a meal, or just to take a break from things.Williams appeals to us for a few reasons: the atmosphere for one and because the food quality is good, with lots of healthy choices. Our personal favourites are the Grilled Chicken Wrap and the California Salad, but there are lots of other good choices on the menu. If youre in the mood for sweets, their dessert case is loaded with lots of choices that your mouth will like and your waistline will hate!They make good coffee, with fancier coffees for those moments when a large hazelnut cappuccino is the only thing that will do.Pricing is comparable to other offerings in the same market: Swiss Chalet, Quiznos, Subway... Two can usually eat well for about $25 or less at lunch.A good solid choice, one you wont regret.

Friendly and helpful staff. Service is often rather slow with only one person taking orders at the counter, so if youre there for a work-related meeting, plan to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time so you have time to wait in line to place your order.

I go here for coffee chats as well as work coffee meetings and the atmosphere is a bit quieter than a Starbucks. The food selection is better than Starbucks, but the drink selection has a bit less variety. The WiFi is terrible, however.
