Sunny was great! I had multiple documents to be notarized and then mailed internationally. The process was fast and the docs got to the destination as promised via tracking. The notary prices could be much better though! At $50 per document it’s a lot! Red Seal notary Toronto charges $20 for the first 3 and then goes down after. In my case getting documents notarized every 2 weeks due to a death back home has now become burdensome because the cost adds up fast!But the staff is polite and courteous. I hope this review is taken in a positive manner to help with costs as no negativity is intended here. Thanks for your services!

I was shipping an item bought at auction to the US and they did a great job of communicating status updates as we organized logistics and then navigated customs. The Notary service is too bad and the most expensive charges in the city $75 for the first stamp and she insisted to notarize a copy of the ID as per their policy to charge extra money when it’s not required at all. After they notarized my documents, it wasn’t acceptable because they did it in wrong way with wrong stamp and I had to find another notary and paid again $55 for him to re-notarize the documents again. And to correct other documents mistakes they insist to charge again because the notary comes from outside and can’t come for free which is not clients problem. Not recommend at all if they have zero stars I would choose it

First off, I didnt realize the wide array of services that Sunny offers at The UPS Store #192! He an his staff were extremely helpful in my order, ensuring that all details were addressed before the delivery. I even received a personal call from Sunny himself confirming one detail...now that is service! When I went to the store, on McLeod Rd, the store is awesome with everything there at your convenience. Visited this store for some rush colour prints and was told the job could be done on the spot.The File provided was a 4up Double sided PDF.Upon receiving these prints within an hour (and paying an insane amount $178.54 for 200 prints! Which was actually 100 clicks as they printed them 8up on 11 x 17. Im fine with paying that crazy price due to the turnaround time required provided the finished product was clean and cut accordingly.After checking the alignment on the proof they ran off on the spot all details were inside the document finishing area. I was told to return in 45 minutes to pick them up.Upon picking up the finished flyers, the trims were horrible, information had been cut off and all of them appear different sizes.I cannot believe any print shop would want these leaving their business. I cannot give these out as they are truly that bad.I will be contacting UPS with my experience with this store.Terrible / Terrible / Terrible.

I am very disappointed in my experience with Store 192. When my packages of flooring arrived, all 4 were damaged, 3 of them to the point of being completely unusable. I contacted Store 192 to inform them and they told me it was due to me declining additional packaging. I had arranged the shipment over the phone with the worker. I had originally requested the additional packaging as I had never seen the packages and needed them to arrive in good condition. He called back and informed me that the flooring was still in its original packages and that the additional packaging would be very costly. As a result I told him to send them as they were.When I reported the damage, Store 192 coordinated for a UPS driver to pick them up for inspection. The next time I heard anything was a few days later when Store 192 informed me that my damaged packages had arrived back at their store and that my claim had been denied. Now they want to charge me to have the packages shipped back or they will have them destroyed.I have no intention of dealing with this store again.

I called to check my UPS mailbox like I normally do and I forgot to ask the person that answered the phone to see if a specific business envelops was in there. He got very upset with me that I didnt ask him that before check the box. I understand I made a mistake by not asking but, there is no need to talk to a client like that ever. I even apologized and he still went on about him being busy in a not so nice tone. I am the first to admit when I am wrong and I apologized right away. This person should be talked to and educated about customer service.
