A couple weeks prior to our company exhbiting at a trade event in Niagra Falls, we realized we didnt have the correct graphic available to ship. Given that our company is located in CT and the show was in Ontario, we were in a bit of a bind. Luckily, TPH came to the rescue! After a couple phone calls, TPH had our file and we had everything arranged to get our graphic printed. It looked amazing and the tradeshow was a success. I love these guys!!! I came in yesterday, on a Monday, in a bit of a panic because the art director of a movie we are currently shooting in the falls needed prints made of a bunch of old posters and a map, and Sherri and Jacqueline were extremely accommodating. They addressed my needs with great haste, in spite of their phone ringing off the hook (which they still managed to answer, with perfect customer service..), so they put me at ease immediately since I was in a hurry as well. Sherri quickly rose to the challenge of altering the files with which I provided her, to preclude my having to retrieve different file types that wouldve made the job easier, and calmly, and resolutely, fulfilled the task I had given her. I left feeling so accommodated and pleased with my experience there.Today (the day after), I arrived at The Printing House in a bit of a bad mood after the experience I had at Bain Printing in the Falls on Stanley Avenue -the owner, Stan, was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, even right as I walked into his establishment, and long story short I ended up slamming his door in his face, telling him Id be taking my business elsewhere (the only reason I went there was that I thought itd be less busy there than at The Printing House)- and Sherri, as well as Enzo, were extremely accommodating and life-savers, once again. They quickly, once again, fulfilled the task Id set them, and I couldnt have been happier when I left.Sherri, Jacqueline, and Enzo, you guys rock!!! I will be singing your praises to people I know for any of their printing needs.

Really helpful staff its been a really long time since somebody helps you out like these guys do the staff is wonderful and help you out whatever problem you have I cant believe that I got such good treatment there today I most definitely will be back for all my printing needs that I have that is a guaranteed

I was there today and printing a envoice of one page 8x11 i have to wait until tomorrow afternoon to be ready and I went to staples in one minute i have my envoice ready in my hand that’s why you dont see my purchase
