Donna & Serena have the best service! I am new to working on bigger cross stitch projects so I had a few questions. I called Magic Hour Needlecrafts and Donna answered all my questions! After I had spoken to Donna, I was sure I wanted to place an order for my fabric at Magic Hour Needlecrafts. They had exactly what I needed and I got my fabric the very same day I ordered it. I actually also got a bit of extra fabric for the same price, as it was the last piece they had in stock. They even wrote me a hand written card. Such lovely and friendly service. They are also able to answer by phone any questions you have. The stock they carry is all encompassing from fabric to a full range of DMC thread. They also sell patterns, scissors and many other stitching needs. I have been extremely pleased not only with the quality of their products but also with their delivery times. I have spoken to both of the owners of the store and they are extremely knowledgeable of various types of needlework. I do mostly cross-stitch and they carry everything I need to complete my pieces. I just received my order of all the DMC thread colors, and am so happy I found this shop!! Ive been doing embroidery for about a year and cross stitch for probably 15 years, and have always wanted all the DMC colors. This shop is a little hard to find, unless you know it has space in what was a high school, now housing various businesses and a church. Once you enter the building there are signs guiding your way. The ladies are wonderful,, patient and kind! Very knowledgable and offer meaningful advise. I came to check out the store on my way back to Chicago area from Niagara Falls, and it was worth the effort! I plan to shop online here in the future!

Wonderful supply center - has everything you need plus advice and suggestions. One thing I REALLY like is that all the pieces of fabric you order has all of the edges serged. SO much better than my old method of masking tape. Another is the speed at getting what you order and the offer of after-sale follow up if you have any problems. I did not experience any problem but it is nice to have that offer for on-line purchases.
