Release your inner big kid I did so worth it. I want everything.
We got our wax hands done and in less than a month it cracked. We followed all the advice we were given by not keeping it in too cold or too hot of a place in our home. Yet, it literally cracked and crumbled. We even got the gloss option since it looked nicer and hoped that it would preserve the wax longer but it clearly wasn’t worth it. It’s too bad because we truly loved the wax hands before it cracked.
The wax hands are beautiful keepsakes but if I could go back I’d pick one solid colour.I had my hand done with my twin sister and we loved the multicoloured one on display and picked that for our colour. It looks nothing like the example shown. I understand nothing can be exact but they’re not even a little similar and for the price you pay I feel a little more care could go into making them look neat. You can clearly see where the colour ran. The drips are hardened on the finger tips. The one staff member was rather rude too. We were number 85. 85 was called so I handed my baby to my brother in law and my sister and I approached the counter. 86 was then called. We let her know we were 85, she huffed and said well, you didn’t come when you were called so now you can wait.Thankfully she wasn’t the one who served us when we were finally able to get our hands done.
I liked it but would have been nice to do the hand thing plastic mold
Wax Emporium: Jackie was OUTSTANDING! She was super friendly, her customer service skills were on POINT! She explained everything from beginning to end, and help guide us (my boyfriend & I)through the process, always asking ever so often, if we were okay, and if the temperature of the wax or water were sufficient for us. We had a bit of wait, that was making me a bit irate, but Jackie apologized for the wait, and started us along right away, and was on-the-go!
My 10 year old son and I got our wax hands done here. The experience was so cool and fun! We loved how it turned out. Nice and friendly staff.
Got a wax hand with my girlfriend on our three year anniversary and it turned out amazing. Can be pricey but it would be worth it. Just make sure you have time for it to dry!
Suggestion, you might want to film a new promotional video that does not include a symbol for white nationalism. Im not sure if that is as commonly known in Canada, so just offering the information.
I was like a kid in a candy store. Mainly because I still feel like a kid and I was in a candy store. Definitely recommend.
While the store has lots of fun things to see and do, the staff is not so great. I would say the staff needs some training in customer service. After being rude to our group we left and I came back to buy something because I couldnt find it anywhere else and she didnt say 1 word to me the whole time I was at the checkout. There wasnt anyone else in the store, so it wasnt busy, she just had an attitude.
Wax hand is a cool idea but the store has the worst organization I have ever seen AND the souvenir has bad quality. Five/six girls doing hands, missing details, ticket system keeps people in huge amount in the zone, lot of people left (too much time to wait), manager doesnt have client service skills. If you are nor in the zone, you lost you turn (the worst idea ever for the store because people can be buying other things). I dont recommend wasting your time in a poor quality souvenir.
The store had a lot of kids stuffed animals and small toys. There was a section of beautiful jewelry. We did not do the wax hand, but they were really neat looking.
Did an amazing job on mine and my fiances hand for.our wedding decor thanks and amazing staff
Loved doing the wax hands turned out awesome
Another great souvenir shop and you can have your hands in wax!
I have never been to this lovely business, but it is an exquisite experience and a fun time!

Good place can have ur hands cased in wax
We got the hand wax thing. It came out great however the girl who helped us with it was not nice.
Great place to go with family, especially kids! Would recommend getting the fun pass which is pretty affordable!!
Kids loved playing the arcades- adults too!
One of my favorite treasures was the wax mold my wife and I got at this place!
Six of us went for my parents 50th anniversary and we made 6 hands and the manager did most of them on Sunday we did 5 and a 6 th one the day before. We come to pick them up the manager was gone and the girl tried not to show us the damaged hands by turning them a certain way and I said wait I want to see all sides. Here there were chunks taken out of three hands and color huge color spots missing and this very meek young girl who did two of them said its your fault you hit the pit when you dipped your hands it the color. Excuse me the manager did most of them and arent you trained to see if color is missing before you take them off of us to set. Plus we were all there if we saw something wrong with the dipped hands we would have said something these were beyond noticeable. They refused a partial refund r anytime of refund without keeping the hands. They wanted to start over after 7 pm but we were leaving to come back home which meant waiting another2 hours between the process and the drying time and again its my parents 50th anniversary present so how do you say they cant have their hands and their children and grandchildrens hands they made. I was ripped off and each one was over $50 you do the math. They only refunded the glaze and color what a rip off.
This factory is so “fun” 🙃🙃
