Very satisfied!!! Sean worked as fast he could and he was able to fix my 10 year old Xbox 360 slim! Overheating was the issue.

Playbox diagnosed and repaired my PS4 in the same business day and allowed me to pick it up just as they were closing. Shawn, the owner, was friendly and polite and described the problem and how it was fixed. Excellent service with a fair price.

Stay away at all costs! If I could give a 0 I would but I have to give 1 star. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Sean said he would be able to fix a port issues in a few hours. When I met him he made a joke about his eye sight being bad. .Funny. The first port seemed to work until I got home. The second port he admittedly broke the next day when trying to fix the first port he put it that was loose. The third port he was putting in when I got there, Sean forgot to put my hard drive in until after he turned it on. The third port didnt work at all. So after paying the one hundred dollars Sean brilliantly figured out it was the hdmi chip in the motherboard. Not the hdmi port he had me pay one hundred dollars to fix (and can be purchased for 11, a 90 dollar mark up) so now Im supposed to pay 100 dollars more and wait a week.. And it might work.. But if Sean could just do his job in the first place it would have been in 2 days earlier and half the cost.. When looking online its quite easy to actually diagnose an hdmi chip issue.. But Sean couldnt do his job.. Or maybe his eyes are that bad. He offered to give me half of the money back. Disgusting. Will most likely be taking this to small claims court. Barely worked when I took it in, but if I fiddled with the cord for a while it would work. Now it doesnt work at all. He doesnt fix he breaks. If his eyes are that bad he should retire and stop ruining peoples property

PS4 was fixed within a few hours. Shawn was very helpful, polite, and great service overall.

Had my blueray player brake on my PlayStation 4. This was only place I could find to repair it in the Niagara area. Did the repair the same day, seemed a little expensive but have had no problems with PlayStation and was happy with the job they did overall.

Came in with a broken car clicker, battery clip came loose. First time Sean put it in on backwards. He did fix but now every time I unlock my car, the alarm comes on

Dropped by PS3 off to be repaired. Sean repaired it to working order same day (in about an hour). Found the service very fast and professional.

The worst place to take a device, I got a device fixed there and I got it back and it look like someone butchered it, screws missing and nothing working, the owner Shawn did a horrible job at wht he did and I wont trust him with anything else of mine. He said he will try to fix it again but I doubt he will, he will more then likely do the same thing.

Keep trying to call and no one answers literally just had my ps3 fixed twice by them and now I have to take it in again.
