Parks furniture and mattress store has parking on the side of the building for its shoppers. There are 4 floors, basement is mostly dining room sets, the main floor is all about bedrooms and mattress, second floor is for your living room, and the third floor mostly offers love seats, among with some bedroom sets. The have beautiful And unique furniture selection in the store. The building itself didn’t feel very safe, on the third floor, there are many holes in the floor, where you can see people in the floor bellow you, it seems to be poorly maintained. Prices are high, and there are signs posted that price could differ from the tag, be mindful when you shop. A lot of the items that were damaged had as is tags, with very high prices. For instance, $650 for a dirty white armchair.
Worst experience my wife has ever had. Placed an order, and when it came in, the pillows were not what we asked for. We spoke with our CSR and she acknowledged the mistake and said she would correct it. 2 months later we were told our pillows were in the warehouse and to come get them. Upon arrival we were handed the exact pillows we returned. When we voiced our concerns, Patrick shoved them in to my wifes chest and said this is what you ordered, these are the right ones, get out of my store. He then proceeded to call the police as he was unwilling to hear her explanation.The slap in the face was when a CSR called 15 minutes later to apologize for his behavior and they stated he was going to try and get the right pillows?!?!?*Edit, Perhaps trying to help prior to evicting a client with the threat of police may have avoided the reviews. Also being petty by canceling the order when you have the ability to make it right speaks volumes to a lack of professionalism. Check out the reveiws on Yelp

The store/warehouse is pretty musty/mildewy, but it is an old building. Staff have always been friendly and the prices are great. You do need to purchase a lifetime membership, but it isnt much compared to the savings on some bigger items.

As you can see in all the reviews - low prices horrible customer service. I will first say the place where we ordered our furniture the staff were lovely. But the warehouse you pick it up at is where we had all the problems. We ordered a bed frame and a dresser. Went to pick it up and the guy who was supposed to bring it out never came back. We called the store and they had told us he went home as they were closing. I had said my bf had been waiting 40 mins outside for our furniture and the woman on the phone told me “we closed 10 minutes ago you’re holding up me and my staff up we want to go home. Come back another day”. Long story short it got sorted. Got our dresser. Brought it inside in the wrap and took off the wrap to see dents and white paint smeared on the dresser. Talked to parks and they blamed us saying it wasn’t on them and clearly we hit something. Which is funny seeing we hit nothing and there was no wet paint in our house and the wrap was on lol. They eventually made a suggestion to what would help take it off and it if didn’t work they said we could bring back for another one - which don’t get me wrong is fine but why should the customer have to lug a dresser back to them when it’s not the customers error. They never take ownership for anything and will constantly blame the customer. As you can see in every negative review on here the owner insists on arguing with the customer and being immature instead of trying to rectify the problem. Which I’m sure we will all see after I leave this review they’ll get defensive and blame the customer, yet again. I’ve attached photos of our dresser damage.
I love Parks, it’s my go to place. If you want something different and not what everyone else has this is your place to go. Defiantly worth investing in the membership to get the deals, a definite added bonus!! Prices are reasonable for good quality pieces.Some of the custom pieces do take a long time to come in which is the only downfall. We’ve ordered quite a bit of furniture from them.I would recommend someone designated to answer the phones as it’s not easy to get through.
The amazing prices at Parks. Anywhere we have been everything the same was doubled. We will be back for sure. We had service issue. We talked to their service guy Eric. He was so helping and easy to talk to. He was very helpful snd professional. We know when we go back to Parks, we will be in good hands
Always everyone elses fault but Parks. I ordered three items from Parks, which they said would take three months to arrive. We had no problem with that. After one or two delays, they said we could pick up two of the items. After a 45 minute drive, they informed us that one item was dented. So, they either broke it themselves, or it arrived that way, and dont bother to look their products over. All I asked for was it to be shipped to me, because of their mistake. I called the manufacturer, to see it it would be just as cheap to cancel my final item (Parks forces you to commit to spending, even if they can`t provide what you ordered) and order from them. The manufactured said they had the items in stock, which defeated the owner`s deflection of responsibility as a business. Once I got the final item, the corners had the paint chipped off the metal already. Parks might not make the product, but a good business backs up what they sell, whether its that they fix the problem for the customer and/or stops using defective products. 1 star deducted each, for delays, poor communication, quality, and rude service. Just take a look at the owners reviews, to gauge the professionalism.

Ordered a sofa set on February 17th i was told the sofas would arrive in 3 weeks and that it is available in stock I paid an advance of over 1000$ on them as well its now June 3rd they now called us and said they cant get the sofa since a 200% increase in international tax my question is when we bought the sofa the duty wasnt there so this is proof of there laziness and incompetence by using the provincial lockdown as an excuse they tell us this 4 months after we ordered the sofas so looks like we will be sitting on the floor now this place is an absolute scam! and has horrible customer service I wonder how this business has open this long when they have absolutely no business ethics and poor service they didnt even offer any compensation for the waste of time and money we easily could have avoided this by simply going somewhere else that is reputable like Costco or Ashleys furniture I will never ever shop here again and I absolutely DO NOT recommend people to shop here it is a complete and absolute waste of time A BUSINESS WITH NO ETHICS
I recently furnished my entire Bedroom and Dining room with Parks Furniture.All the Furniture purchased was of great quality and looks fantastic.There were 2 nuts missing on my dining table but a quick call to Parks resolved the issue. Parks sent out a team to quickly provide me with the parts I was missing.Patrick, Sana, Olga were all very friendly and were quick to assist us with our needs.The Sales people here are not pushy at all, unlike most other furniture stores and we could look around stress free.The facility in Hamilton is Massive and carry a large variety of floor models.The moving guys, Dylan, Johnny and Dave were very professional with the move and took special precautions to not damage any surrounding walls or scratch flooring during the move. They even cleaned up after they left. I would recommend the white glove service they have. It is definitely worth it.I would highly recommend the furniture and service here at Parks Furniture!

My boyfriend and I loved it here! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and directed to the section we wanted to see. We went in with the intention to buy a new box spring, the process was quick, easy and not confusing. Overall, it cost less to buy the membership and get the discount, than to just buy the box spring, so we purchased the membership & are very happy we did! We will definitely be back! The staff didnt hover or follow us which made couch sampling fun, easy and comfortable(we had time to kill once our purchase was made... onto the couches!). We have a truck so we picked up our purchase, the warehouse was easy to find with the map Parks gives you with your receipt and the workers were friendly, helpful and quick. Overall we are Very Impressed with Parks and can understand why they have been in Business so long in this City! The building is also Awesome to explore, we only had a hour before close and we only made it through 3/4 floors!

Although I did not know what to expect, we quickly observed why this place gets so many deferrals. Upon entering the store, we saw a helter skelter if odd pieces. Chairs, couches tables, kitchen sets, bar sets, carpets ... its all here! Contemporary, modern and classic. Be prepared to comb all 3 floors and the basement, it aint pretty but lots of great stuff at very reasonable prices. You can special order as well. Big parking lot around the corner off Wilson?
Purchased a mattress for my 3 year old and when we brought it home and took the plastic off it smelled like marijuana. We called to have it exchanged and the customer service was so rude. He kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain situation saying we had to deal with manufacturer and they are not responsible for it. Nothing was explained to us at time of purchase about this. This place has terrible customer service. Zero accountability for anything that they sell. Didn’t even apologize. Won’t be buying from here again.

If I could give a minus star I would.About 4 weeks ago I was in Park Furniture to purchase two end tables. Having looked in number of different stores I knew exactly what I was looking for.Upon my entrance to the store I was greeted by a pleasant young man, who pointed me in the right direction. My search had lead me to a choice of two different tables. The 1st had a price tag $195.00, the other had a price tag of $37.00. I approached the young man I first met to enquiry about the tables, particularly the table priced at $37.00. He was busy and he asked a young lady to help me. The young lady look at each end tables and the price tags on each table. She confirmed the one table WAS $37.00 and they were in stock, the other table was out of stock... MY LUCK DAY!!!!The young lady asked me to follow her downstairs to pay and even had a conversation with me about a pick up date because same day pick up was not available due to Covid. We soon found out the price was not $37.00 and the young man who greeted me, did nothing but insult me about my lack of common sense in front of a full store of people and then proceeded to ask me to leave the store. Now a lot can be said about who is lacking common sense starting with their own employee who confirmed to me that the price tag was correct even went as far to say when the price tag was printed so she knew it was current pricing.My compliances to the store manager resulted in the store telling me I was not welcome in their store. I then emailed the store owner which was replied to 3 days later. He apologizes for the misdirection and told me the end tables were $195.00 each. I bought them at Ashley Furniture for less and will never set foot in Parks Furniture again as per THEIR REQUEST.Youre right nobody, except YOUR OWN STAFF!!!!!! please see their reply!!! As for Ashley Furniture, they were only cheaper than Parks.
This is my first purchase with Parks and I purchased a membership. I purchased a complete dining set from Parks that took seven weeks to arrive and we picked it up ourselves from the warehouse. I really didnt mind the wait because the salesperson (Patrick) did warn me that it may or may not be a long wait. My problem is that the base for the table was not ordered. I only learned of this after I sold my current set. I have been assured by Eric that the table top has been ordered, there is no timeline for delivery and that there is going to be an additional cost for the table base. I asked Eric if there was a manager that I could speak to as this is now a huge inconvenience to our family, having no table to sit at (potentially for another 7 weeks). He informed me that he was the manager and that there is nothing else that can be done. Still waiting for someone to call me back from the store, at the very least to apologize for this blunder.After two weeks, my base was delivered. They knocked off a further discount and I am a happy customer. I will be picking it up tomorrow.Thank you for attending to my complaint, I will definitely refer Parks for their prices to family and friends purchasing furniture for their homes.

My husband and I are return customers and use to deal with a gentleman named Jaime who was wonderful. He no longer works there. This time around was a completely different experience. We had some miscommunication with the sales woman and I asked to speak to a manger who was a complete joke named Mike. I just wanted to gather some clarification I felt we needed surrounding the delivery. He proceeded to say there was no miscommunication and that I heard wrong and why would he want to help me when this was my problem to deal with. I cant begin to describe my shock as a working professional I was literally stunned. I asked to have the contact information of his manager or an owner and then he laughed and told me theres no one above him and I need to stop asking so many questions. Left me in tears out of pure frustration. There are so many other stores with amazing, friendly staff that will help you in a heart beat. Please avoid this store because not only does your furniture take months upon months to be delivered even though its coming from WOODBRIDGE the management is a total embarrassment to a business in the heart of Hamilton. Avoid at all costs.

I am the most happiest customer, this place is beyond amazing and the staff are so polite and helpful they are professional interior decorators they suggest you the best options and guide well.. for us it was Teagan she has huge amount of patience and helped us make such a great choice with furniture, she is a very down to earth person. We changed our choices many times and she understands and is so accommodating... This is us buying furniture here for the first time and it was for our entire house. Sofa,mattress, bedroom set, dining, tv table.. everyone who saw the furniture complimented so much.. we are already spreading the word to all our friends and relatives. The delivery was on dot Patrick he is such a down to earth person and he is honest they tell us what’s feasible and not. It has been a couple of months since we got it and we love the furniture it has added such a beauty to the house. We are waiting for another set of furniture to arrive.. can’t wait for the lockdown to be lifted.. this place is highly recommend for great price and quality furniture.. love it.
We purchased a Canadel dining table, Amisco chairs and a custom Decor-Rest accent chair. Marian in sales was great but it went down hill after the items were delivered. We had issues with all 3. It took 7 months of back and forth and we are still not happy with the result. The decor-rest chair was dented on the frame and when it was sent back for repair it came back with the same issue and we were told they “forgot” to look at it. When it came back the chair was not in the same condition- clearly had not been handled with care. We were told that we could send it back again but we did not trust the service dept to not damage it further, and that Decor-Rest was only offering a $100 discount. We asked if we could contact Decor-Rest directly and the service department said no. The Amisco chair backs were horrible with large gaps- it took several attempts over several months to resolve. The Canadel table has surface scratches across the entire top. When we asked to speak with the store manager it was Eric who called us and told us he was the store manager, but we learned later he works in the service department. He was not empathetic at all. This experience has been very very disappointing and caution anyone purchasing from Parks that the service is terrible.

Terrible place, purchased once, regretted it, couch went back several times ( defective ) terrible to deal with if you have a valid complain, blames the manufacturers and doesn’t take any responsibility. Argumentative . UnprofessionalEdit .. wish I got the speedy response that this review received . Maybe you should focus on great customer service and not damage control ? ( our item was new and defective .. and it was a terrible process and it was terrible to deal with your company to have it rectified .Second edit .. just wow ! Complete lies we never had anything in our home less then a day before returning . I have the emails to prove it ..but we did have empty spaces were furniture should have been for months .. please don’t deal with these people .. that is all .

Theres something here for every price range.Reading the negative reviews on here and it truly seems to all be coming from those with Karen type personalities... Went in to buy a couch and bed set. Wandered around for over 20 minutes before I found somebody that works there that could help me. The saleswoman was so rude and basically just brushed me off to go deal with some other customers. Glad I didnt buy anything there. Im sure it wouldve smelt just as bad as the rest of the building. ( mold and mildew ).
WARNING...Ordered a king bed frame. Noticed on the bill of sale/invoice that my overall total wasnt accurate. Things didnt add up correctly. Secondly upon opening and assembly of the product the frame was broken and the head board was scratched up. Took photos of everything as we carefully opened everything up. You could tell that the defects were simply something that does just happen at some point in the mainfacturing process. The pictures were emailed straight away. No response. Called on the 3rd day of ownership and spoke with a very rude manager who then began to tell me im rude. .. why? Becauseim callingto complain about my experience. He only wanted me to bring the bed frame back. I explained that Ive already thrown the packaging out, emailed the store and put the bed together and the people who picked the bed frame up for me were unable to come back to take the bed apart and pick up another bed frame and assemble another one for me. His only solution during this pandemic was he could have parks furniture come over and pick the old bed frame up at the delivery fee cost. Id like to point out that the return policy isnt stated on the website. One would pressume that at the minimum a free delivery and pick up would be offered. During the pandemic ive been informed by other furniture stores before purchasing that all deliveries are left on the front porch due to covid. I dont understand how this is acceptable customer service from Parks. I now regret my purchase. My opinion of the customer service is... bad. Rule number 1# in customer service.. The customer is always right. Rule number 2# offer a reasonable solution.

Worst customer service Ive had to deal with. After walking around the store for more than 45 minutes looking at different bed frames. Waiting for a sales associate to be able to service us. finally got a chance to sit down with a gentleman to discuss the purchase of a bed frame with headboard and footboard. After talking to the gentleman 25 minutes to 6 p.m. we are basically shuffled out the door and told basically we were unable to purchase what we wanted to purchase because the warehouse wouldnt service anyway. Honestly the best prices I found anywhere. We looked around to all the big stores and even the little ones. Saved a lot of money at Parks. Our friends used our membership and ours parents and we already have money on our account as they give us 2% back when people use our membership that saves us 40%. More money !! This place is awesome
We like shopping there. Once you get a membership the prices are awsome. There is a bit of a wait for furniture right now due to the virus but thats ok we can wait a month for our new couch. I would recommend this store if you want a good deal,same set we purchased here is over$1000 more at Ashleys and its the same wait time. Dollars are better in my pocket.... 👌
This is a warning not to shop at Parks, we went there and ordered a sofa in June. At this time we were told 4-6 weeks delivery after the 6 weeks we were told end of September when that passed we were told November 11 hopefully. Also my daughter and son-in-law got the run around about there order and were treated very badly. Please stay away from parks and take your business elsewhere.
This store was such a pleasant find! We found it via Google from looking at stores with good reviews. We werent disappointed. Theyre a large volume distributor so have lower mark up on their prices than other retailers for the exact same product by same manufacturer. Ordering was easy. The delivery guys were excellent. The only suggestion I have is to improve communication with clients once they have ordered but are awaiting delivery. For example there were items we ordered and were waiting to hear back about whether they were in stock. I would call, the sales person would be busy so Id leave a message. Wouldnt hear back within a couple days and would call again, etc. Once we were able to connect they were again very helpful. The quality of the furniture is amazing. Weve received so many positive comments about our furniture. We have recommended them to many friends and family and wouldnt hesitate to purchase from parks again.

I love parks for their huge selection and unbeatable prices. But every single time we have placed our order, it has not been smooth. Yesterday it took half an hour to place an order for an in stock couch because the man we started placing our order with dumped us off on an inexperienced, new girl. Then we were charged the wrong price and had to return to change it. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.
We purchased a 3-part Ashley sectional from Parks in Hamilton in early Match 2020. On our first trip, which was basically reconnaissance and couch research, nobody offered to assist us. We specifically waited by the sales area staring at the associates until we got bored and left. I made a note to specifically not deal with the one saleswoman who made direct eye contact, then went back to her coffee. We came back a week later and dealt with Marion Ross, who was very helpful and patient as she watched us sit and critique a dozen or so couches until we made our decision, and make the sales process very easy and painless.Our original delivery date was I believe 6 weeks from our late February purchase, which would bring us into mid-April. Naturally March and April of 2020 were very hectic with the emergence of COVID-19 in Canada. The 6 week window came and passed, with no communication at all from Parks prior-to the date or immediately after. I called both the Hamilton and St Catherines locations several times and was unable to get through, as well as emailed a couple different Parks emails I was able to find, without response. I was eventually able to contact the owner, Patrick Gabriel, on FB Messenger and ask where our couch was. Shortly after, our email was finally responded to and we were asked to wait an additional 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and passed, we emailed again without response, then again without response, then I was finally able to get a hold of someone on the phone and get some actual information about the whereabouts of the sofa. The delivery was sent out within a couple days and we received the couch. Delivery was smooth and safe, and thankfully the weather was clear, allowing us to take out time bringing the sofa into the house (I assume pre-COVID they would have delivered it right inside, I was more than happy to receive the delivery to my front lawn).The couch is great overall, however it did arrive with one small tear, which was not problematic but we did worry it may expand. Our additional emails regarding the tear were not responded to, but honestly at this point we were pretty over the entire process and gave up on receiving post-sales-service. The tear was mended with some $5 fray-stop adhesive from Amazon and is barely noticeable.So Im on the fence overall. We did purchase the membership originally, which resulted in a pretty large discount on the sofa (about $1600 total for everything) with the intent of making some additional furniture purchases down the road. While COVID obviously threw a wrench into the shipping and logistics of basically the entire world in the spring of 2020, theres still absolutely no excuse for not responding to emails. A simple Were very sorry, logistics are a mess at the moment, everything will get sorted out but well expect some delays, would have put out minds at ease and Id be leaving a 5-star review.We have the membership and will likely be back on the basis of the pricing, but will be far less tolerant of any post-sales abandonment. Basic communication goes a long way. Im able to respond to every call and email I get at work, I dont understand why Parks is any different.A 3 star review implies 60%, if I could give 2.5 stars I would. I should not have to play internet detective to get in touch with someone at a business.

I went to Park’s Furniture at the beginning of March 2020 looking for a kitchen table and chairs. I didn’t see anything but had a few questions to ask. A young lady came over and introduced herself to me, Monica Gil as she saw me looking around and totally confused. I said I had looked for a table but didn’t find what I was looking for. I told her what I was hoping to find, she immediately said “did you see the black table with storage under it?“. Of course I missed it. I went back down with her and she showed me it, needless to say it was EXACTLY what I wanted. I then found chairs that I liked and went back upstairs to look around some more. I ended up purchasing the table along with six chairs. The following week Covid-19 closed down everything. I had a few more things in mind that I wanted. I emailed Monica and she helped me purchase a new Palliser couch, chair, coffee table, side table, desk and desk chair. All while answering each and every (there were lots) email that I sent to her. I can’t thank Monica enough for all her time and effort helping me and never complaining. Park’s is very lucky to have such a dedicated and helpful person like Monica working there. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do this without all the help Monica provided to me. My furniture arrived today and I’m so pleased with everything. Thank you Monica for EVERYTHING
This place is so nice. they have 4 floors, soooo much to look at. We custom ordered our new dining set and a bed set and our new sofa love set for our living room and sectional for our basement. They sales people were great and the delivery guys were great. We will be back for sure. A+ all the way

What an amazing furniture store. We saw a sofa set at Ashley Furniture and found the same set at Parks. It was already $300 less at a non member price. But we purchased a membership and saved $600 plus and we have to fill our new house and saving $600 on just sofa purchase by the time were done we cant even guess the amount of savings. The sales woman was fantastic and delivery crew were very nice and respectful. We will be back

Save your money and shop elsewhere. The marker of integrity in customer service is how companies handle things that go wrong, especially when it is through no fault of the customer. Parks failed miserably. If I could give zero stars for customer service and products, I would.Parks customer service withheld a $515.80 re-stocking fee from my refund for declining to accept damaged custom furniture I bought through them. After a second attempt to fix the issues, things still werent fixed. They offered an in store credit for half the stocking fee and pocketed the other half.Despite Parks Sales manager saying she didnt blame me for not taking the furniture (but still no full refund of the stocking fee) she didnt follow up for weeks and when I asked for an explanation I never got one. I asked to speak to the owner at Parks about this; no response after 2 months and counting. When the manufacturer found out about the way Parks handled my purchase, they took accountability, refunded me and apologized. All things Parks never did.Customer service said it was due to the fabric I chose for the custom sofa, then said its not perfect, but its the best we can do for the leather sofa that was saggy and wrinkled that I bought as a replacement, said fabric tears are common (on brand new, custom furniture, go figure); basically, blame the customer and take no accountability.Shame on Parks for their terrible customer service and for enforcing a re-stocking fee policy that penalizes a customer due to a manufacturers mistakes and pockets the $258 portion of the re-stocking fee. These experiences cancel any previous positive experience I had with them.Think twice before shopping at Parks and be sure you can afford to have your money taken for errors that arent your fault and your time wasted with terrible customer service.
We bought a few lamps and a rug and chair for our bedroom and we were given %40 off. It was awesome. We then decided we are buying new sofa set for our living room and sectional for our downstairs. We shopped around first and then went back to parks, became members in the process and saved $1300 compared to the other places. They also gave my wife flowers. Such a nice place

Never have i ever been to a place that not only gives you the chance to look around without hovering over you but also gives you the time and attention you need to help with your taste and selection and with their interior designers they also work with its amazing. We purchased new dining set,bed set,sofa set and sectional set and are now members and will be back for sure. Just when we thought that parks couldnt get any better we were told that we get 2% back from any of our friends and family that use our membership.
The Staff there are so nice and they have a lot of interior design insight. We were looking at certain things and they helped us show different selection that bit of a different taste if you will. They help us choose paint colors that made our place and our furniture match better. They were helpful and now that were members our family can enjoy Parks too.
We went to Parks and the sales staff were very nice and helpful, they werent pushy like most other sales staff at other furniture stores which we liked. We ordered it came in they delivered it and were extremely happy and are now members. My brother and sister and my fiance brother,sister and parents have already took advantage of our membership. From the time we walked in to purchase furniture to the delivery, everything was perfect. Our sales person was Joy who was more then so helpful with our picks of furniture. If anything if Joy had to do a review on us we would not of rated because we changed our mind so may times and still she was so kind and helpful. Then the delivery guys came to deliver on the day Hamilton received about 20 cm of snow, they were such nice, efficient, polite and friendly guys. Thank you Joy and Parks we will be back.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE! They sell defective furniture. If you want to return anything, they charge you a 20% restocking fee on any order from their catalogue and a 10% fee on in store products. You need to ask yourself why its so much cheaper than buying it from the manufacturer itself. Its because there is something wrong with it. They do offer a replacement on parts or the furniture itself. But, to be penalised with a fee for a manufacturers defect is just wrong. The sales department staff are great. The service dept is a joke and so is the owner Gabriel. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks and sell low quality furniture! Please also take a look at how he deals with customer complaints with his responses to their reviews. Rude and unprofessional.

Bought a tv stand. For some reason the wrong one came on delivery. I called it in and because it was late already the delivery crew had gone home. They told me they would deliver the correct one the next day. I had to work so i got my sister to come over for the delivery. Thank You Parks

What an awesome experience we had. We ordered bedroom set and were told it would be in by march, we purchased in December and it was supposed to be in mid march.We had our family come down to visit, so we used our old furniture as furniture isnt always on time so we didnt want to get caught with no furniture in case it was late. I called in a few times as our sales person only works few times a week which we understand. It came in and they booked it right away,because on the extra time it took they actually offered us few options, free delivery or in store credit of $100. We amazed they offered this. We told them we understood and didnt take any discount and we thank parks for all their hard work. we will be back
UPDATE. We went here again and once again they were amazing.What a great place. Their parking lot is big enough and if you dont want to walk far they have a smaller one attached to the building. The %20 discount for non members was pretty nice to offer new customers. We purchased a membership as we just got married and are going to furnish our whole house. We bought new bed set, dining set sofa set, sectional set for our basement and another bed set for our spare rooms. We priced the same items at other stores and we saved $2300. WE SAVED $2300. So were going to Seattle this July. Great customer service, tell everyone we know to go there.
I am writing this to say Thank You to Parks. I had bought a sofa set and had it for almost a year and to be honest, I had a friend staying with me and he slept on the sofa every night. Well this lead to the sofa breaking down in under the year warranty. Im not proud of myself but i tried to make it seem like i was away and we had barely used our sofa to get a replacement after having a friend sleep on it for months. After i sent pictures showing the damage they asked me about it. I confessed. But they said to be honest with them and if i returned it they could repair it. I returned it and they repaired it.
