Much better prices for souvenirs, upper and lower level are not one in the same, different stores and you cannot pay all items together.Food court on lower level. Prices vary greatly, lower level by cash registers seem to be cheaper.Example:Magnets in center of store average price $8, by cash registers $4.Discounts:They give military discounts, show your ID and tell them before checkout that you have one.

The made in America store is located on the top floor very rude employees who work in that store the young Mexican boy is very rude I wouldnt buy anything from them when hes charging you twice for the same item I pointed out that he charged me twice for two hoodies he told me thats the price rudely I asked for his name it was apparently Vinny I left without buying anything I will never shop at that store again the young boy probably lied about his name at least the China made gift shops are nicer and not trying to rip people off

Don’t waste your time coming here. The staff working the morning of 4/17/2021 were so rude to customers. A guy messed up his parking fee and they acted like it was such an inconvenience to call the parking guys over to help. The woman was rude and loud to him, and the customer was very polite asking for help. The Made in America section was blocked off so you couldn’t shop and the ladies who checked us out were also rude. For a tourist area, it was not welcoming at all. There weren’t many people around you should be thankful for the customers you do have.

This place is a racket. They charge you for parking and don’t offer any items advertised inside. You pay before you go inside and then go inside to find everything blocked off. Most scarce selection of souvenirs I’ve ever seen. I would have been happier to give my money to the state park twice for the experience I just had. I want a refund.

Reasonable prices and one employee in particular was very nice, pretty I might add. will come back next time im in Niagara Falls.

Its nice clean and quiet hot tub my kid loves

Stopped in briefly before leaving the falls. There seemed to be quite a lot to browse, but the bathrooms were something out of my worst nightmares.All but one toilet was completely backed up to overflowing, and were lazily secured with caution tape like youd see on a crime scene, which was fitting given the horrors within.I do not think anyone has maintained them in months.

Please check your receipt before you leave the store. They change me for 4 items that I didnt bring.

It was a horrible experience dining in the China Town restaurant inside this mall. The food was not at all great, its not authentic Chinese food. The staffs are bitter and rude. The food was expensive too. Theres no way I am going back to this restaurant.

I got a blue and pinkish purplish zipper bracelet and red heart shaped glasses cause noodle from gorillaz has some and for my gorillaz collection and I got a i❤NY hoodie too! The cashier was super nice and even gave me my bracelet for free and said I could get two more for 10$ but my dad said to him I was good! The downstairs smelled like food to the point my mouth was watering XD! Amazing store you should definitely check it out

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. Went there, purchased a few items, which racked up a total of $180. My Dad, who was a bit shocked at the price, paid. Left Niagara to stop and get lunch. He checked the receipt to see a unknown mystery item that costed $60!! We checked and double checked all the items we purchased and nothing we bought was $60. Absolutely furious. We were already out of New York at this time so we couldnt go back to the store. It is our fault for not checking the receipt before we left, but we shouldnt have been lied to and cheated in the first place. They lied straight to our faces when reading off the items, this wasnt a mistake. Terrible and sickening. The fact that you lack respect and common decency for others is purely disgusting. You wont be seeing us again.

We did not have a good experience. The parking attendant flipped out on us. When I got out to go into the store he started to approach me and I said no thanks and he ran up in front of the doors and blocked them telling me I couldnt go in to the store. I called the police due to concern for our safety.

I just bought fridge magnets there.... As like all the souvenir stores, it is also expensive. But the food court was amazing with varieties from across the world to taste.

DO NOT go here. 20.00 to park. Inside cheap souvenirs. Had to give a 1 star but NOT 1 star. Food for 1 person... 1 Gyro and coke in bottle. 16.00. Go to falls shop in the park. Better quality and 3.00 parking. Rip off & Im not usually cheap and dont mind paying for parking etc. BUT be warned.

Great place for Niagara Falls items

For the price, the place needs an update, only one elevator was working on the 4th floor to go to the only bathroom in the building. The place needs to be more clean.

I dont know where all the bad reviews are coming from. I went with a group of people with disabilities and the staff were BEYOND accommodating and nice. Sure some of the stuff is cheaply made, even the made in America stuff but, its just a fun gift shop and pretty cheap.

This place was ok. Just an average souvenir shop. I do think if you are parking here to shop you shouldnt be charged a $5 parking fee. Prices are cheaper than the actual falls gift shop and they have alot of the se items.

HORRIBLE customer service..dont bother wasting your money. I walked in as friendly as can be and the lady working barely wanted to answer my questions or offer customer service. she was not nice at all barely said hi. why are you working customer service if you hate your job and cant stand people? its not my fault that youre in the wrong job. everything is overpriced and the store just feels dead. I asked a simple question and she offered a rushed answer. their candy section had hairs on them and they dont have a good variety. never again and i recommend you get souvenirs else where.

I would have given a -1 star if that option was available. I visited this place for a quick bite after the maid of mist ride at the falls. The food quality was not up to the mark. Also the people working on the stalls were rude and bitter. This is really an inconvenience for the tourists who are new to the place. I would really not recommend this food court.

Not the greatest spot in the world to stop. Granted we went in February but of the international food court was closed, and much of the souvenir section was in need of restocking. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. They even allowed an exchange on a broken item the next day.

Food prices are a complete rip off. And not worth the quality. The asain food workers are very rude and short. I had to get a refund because beef was pure tendon. The staff upstairs were very nice. And the wine prices are very reasonable and locally made! Parking price is a rip off but we walked so it was ok.

Went to second floor ofThe building to inquire on tickets for native dance theater show on 8/24 @ 745pm.We asked young man working at checkout counter, where we could purchase the tickets. With an attitude, he told us he had no idea however the place was located right across the hall from him. When we figured it out I told him FYI as to where the tickets were and he snapped back at me with a nasty response. Will contact upper management about their nasty staff. Kid looked like a devil worshipper. Totally Disgusted!

Its okay to have food and do some shoppings related to Nigra printed products

2 stars only for the store being their and sustaining. Products are priced more than normal if not expensive. 1st floor have an international food court. But just by the looks, you can see the food is not fresh. The area is dirty. The souvenirs are over priced. 2 nd floor has products that are 100% made in america. There is a wine tasting area also on the 2nd floor. But nothing that you would feel like buying. I know this is just my personal opinion and hence Im giving 2 stars. People should definetely go and check this out and decide if they want to buy or not.

It had many food options but due to its location was quite expensive. It had a grand gift shop with many items to buy such as jackets, cups, and post cards.

This was, unfortunately, our first glimpse of Niagra. Gross looking building from the outside, worse on the inside. I wont knock them for having absolutely everything blocked off since we went off-season (mid-November) but what we saw bad. Elevators were disgusting and smelled like urine.

Theres not a whole lot going on in there this time of year. Basically a restaurant and a gift shop. Not what I expected.

Not much to choose from... hope that is not a reflection of what really is made in America
