Beautiful falls and multiple areas to see them and social distance. The gift shop outside the falls has a better selection of gifts. The park is gorgeous to walk around also and there are statues an smaller waterfalls also.

Its a nice place, I really enjoyed our tours. I will definitely visit again.

You need to go. One of the wonders of the world right at home. Dont miss it!

Absolutely beautiful. You can either walk around, and enjoy the sights, or do the more touristy paid experiences.

Very very helpful ladies working there when my friend and I visited. Got some great suggestions and help. The visitors center is in a good, easy to walk to location from most hotels and has any info you could ask for about the area.

Neat place. There is a restaurant on top and a gift shop downstairs. You can get the trolley there as well. Maybe take the trolley next time. We will go back!!

Very good place. Helpful staff and information available. Photo op inside. Bathrooms are clean, but smelled like burning rubber when I went.

People who are here are very helpful and nice. They gave us the guidance that we need to have a good time.

This place was not too busy and had lovely public bathrooms. It was spacious and not cramped. It had good information about the area to help you decide what to do after youve visited the falls. The staff was helpful and well-informed.

Had a great time at the Falls and park. Good info in visitors center. One issue is that the kids bought some souvenirs there and they didnt take cash. Not many 10 year Olds have credit cards

Had a wonderful experience at the falls. Felt like a once in a life time experience but I will definitely be back. Observation deck was a little scary but thats because Im scared of heights. You must climb the stairs up to the falls.

Great to get the information you need for everything Niagara. So many places to explore. The staff here are helpful and provide the info you need to learn and experience.

I am a Type A personality/big planner when we travel to new places, but for some reason Niagara Falls was just a little difficult to research! We stopped into the visitor center on our first day in Niagara Falls and were met by Dan who was SO incredibly helpful!! The visitor center was the perfect place to find out what was open, how to obtain tickets, and learn about local fun spots like BlackBird Cider Works (highly recommend taking the drive!)!The best part was that we got a honeymoon capital of the USA certificate because we were on our honeymoon :) thanks to Dan for leading us to have one of the best trips we’ve ever taken.If Dan’s boss sees this, I hope you give him a raise because he is wonderful!!!! He was by far the nicest person we met during our entire trip to western NY and Niagara Falls! Thank you times a million!!

One of the best trips ever! We did an Airbnb, brought our own food and paid for the whole day parking to fully enjoy and save money.We only did the boat ride but it seems like if you have time you should pay for the whole package and do all the activities to get the most of the place.

Clean. Helpful. Has washroom. No food or drinks sold there, has information boot and very basic souvenirs.

What a place to visit. I suggest you do both sides of the falls.it is the oldest state park. You can spend days here and every day is a bit different. My advice is to go here and spend a week.

Niagara falls is always a fun place to visit. Some tourist are rude and will walk and stop in front of you.The Canadian side of the falls has the best views. Clifton Hill is full of family fun wax museums, restaurants, dave and busters, ripleys believe it or not, mini golf, ferris wheel. And it has a great night life with bars and clubs.

Very clean and detailed. bathroom was especially clean.

This visitor center has a lot of really friend people that will explain you how to walk the park and get to know the most that you can in a certain period of time. It also has a souvenir store.

Overpriced shop. I suggest you go to the smaller gift shops for similar product half price. Good quality though!

Friendly front desk staff who guide you where to go. Had many brochures and magazines you could take with you. A small souvenir store exists, but they are expensive. The stores flanking the nearby Hard Rock Cafe have souvenirs and gift items at lower prices.

Big waterfall but the views better from Canada side.

A true wonder of nature. You can ride the boat under the falls and visit the cave for $45, all other things to see and do are free as far as I know.

This place is fabulous, the Wind of the Cave is the best and closest you will get to the falls on the US side.

Really willing to help. Stored my big bags for the day for just $10 and gave great advice on my Niagara falls visit.

Even though it was very crowded the staff were very helpful. Their information was very accurate. I believe this was where we watched a very informational video about some great historic events of Niagra Falls. A must see!!
