I was in Benjamin Moore last week and all three of the people working in there had no mask on…during covid! One person said she had a medical exemption, the other she wasn’t wearing one on principal???? and I didn’t even ask the other. I walked out.

Young lady was kind and helpful.

I love Benjamin Moore paint. I have been using it for several homes and for over 35 years. I went in to buy paint-knew my color and wanted flat. I didnt need anything else-flat. The one service girl was very aggressive. I had to tell her over and over i do not want matte or any other kind of paint. I want flat. Upselling is annoying. I just wish that she respected what i asked for. I informed her I knew the paint and understood the differences. This has happened before. I think some customer service skills are needed. I left there spending 160 dollars and having bad experience.

I’ve been doing some renovations at home and I always come here to buy my Benjamin Moore paint. The last time I was in this location the two girls that were working or very helpful, and were able to colour match my paint that I have been using for the trim in my home. Great customer service, however Benjamin Moore paint is not inexpensive.

They never answer the phone. Terrible service. Staff not very friendly.
