I been going their sence I could walk,Mr Paulk always would see us buy .50 worth of 10 penny nails and tell them to put more in the bag.Growing up right in the neighbor hood and the business has always been ran the same way, your home town folks treat everyone right 🤙🤙🤙Ive known many people that has worked there over the years, you get treated right when u walk threw the doors!!!!!

I went here for some specific paint. There was one on the shelf but when it came to special ordering more they didnt know anything about it and were not willing to put any effort in to finding out. Only one lady seemed to know anything and she was the rude one. However when I called in the next day to talk to the right person they were very helpful!

Went in to get some wood for a home project. Gentleman at the counter was very helpful, walked through my options, and even helped pick out a good board with few knots or dents. The rep had a large amount of knowledge on products, and would recommend the Cash & Carry to others looking to do a project.

Lumber inventory is sub- par. Yard workers are very rude and like to ignore customers. Need to have the front counter employees training the yard workers in customer service.

I was very happy with the service I received a few weeks ago. I stopped in just quickly to pick up a few pieces for my project and Ronni was amazing, he is very helpful and so kind. I will definitely be back when I start my next project!

I have been coming here for over a year. Fantastic store with great prices! Employees are kind and have that southern charm.

Been coming here for a few years, not anymore. Lazy staff left me in the back for 15 mins when all I needed was one simple thing. I walked back to the front to see the original guy helping another customer and the big guy casually talking to another employee. I just looked at all three of them and left without saying a word.

I was in the store last week to get some lumber and this guy ronnie was kind and extremely helpful in finding what i needed. He went out of his way to help me, even stopping what he was doing to help me. Because of his great custmor service skills i will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Rude arrogant overweight slob at the desk had an attitude. I tried being pleasant, but he talked down to me for no reason. Finally I left. Go to home depot, better selection and prices.
