My experience at Gearheads was great. I called them with what I thought the issue would be and they diagnosed it directly over the phone. I brought my vehicle in, they quickly gave me a price and time estimate and were spot on. I believe the guys I worked with were David and Joe and I was very impressed with their professionalism. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to them for further maintenance when needed.

Called with a noise in the valve train, and scheduled an appointment.Dropped my car off that morning, had a diagnosis of possible problem that afternoon, gave the go ahead for the repair after discussing the estimate, and picked my repaired Chrysler 300 up the next morning.The bill was less than the quote by a $100 or so, which made me smile, and they’d even put the seat back to where it was when I’d dropped it off. (I’m 6’4. That’s kind of a big deal for me…😏😂 #tallguyproblems)I’d recommend this shop to anyone, for anything with zero hesitation.

I came here to get a second opinion on a big repair another auto shop told me I needed. Steven was so helpful and honest in explaining his quote! After looking at the car, he quickly realized that my car likely didnt need the big repair, and it was actually another smaller issue causing the problem. My brother recommended Gearheads for my 2011 Hemi Challenger which needed the factory tuneup, a front end checkup and a general once over of the vehicle. The front end was not only toast, it was burnt toast and needed brakes all round. They found my power steering pump was choached and recommended new tires which we’re definitely needed along with alignment. The result is my car drives nicer and smoother than when I bought it used with 16,000 miles on it. Steven was great to work with and they finished the job the next day which blew me away. Honestly I could not be happier with the work and the professionalism of the entire team at Gearheads.

I was very happy with the suspension, front end and differential services they did for me on my Mercedes. I’m very picky and do a lot of work myself; some place seem to dislike you picking and choosing but they didn’t. The price was reasonable as well. I will use them again.

Took my BMW here after it was botched from another shop. They got my car running the next day. It did break down again with my 2 children in the car and they sent someone to me in about 5min (which has NEVER happen anywhere else) so that was great. He told me it was a computer issue and he would have the part the following day. And as he said the part arrived the following day they had my car up and running by 3pm. Which was awesome!!! They were so nice and explained everything to me so well and didnt make me feel stupid being a female. I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you for all you have done!!!! 😊

Our car got bounced around for 2 years with us begging people to diagnose it properly. Literally begging, but nobody wanted to dig in without a code to tell them what to do.Until we went to Gearheads! They diagnosed and replaced a broken control arm, rear differential, and caught another shop’s poor work on a tuneup.Not just a repair job—they caught stuff that was putting my wife in danger every day and I’m very grateful. Wish there was a higher than 5 stars rating available.

They did a great job, and got my car fixed faster than I thought. There were some minor issues I experienced when I got home but they let me take it right back that same day and they fixed it.

I grew up working on cars, but the current diagnostics require tools I cannot afford. I took my truck in for an oil change (no brainer) but asked for a check of hoses, lines and overall opinion of the newly purchase of a used vehicle. They talked to me as if I was family. I had my air condition completely replaced and it was all done in 5 hours. They commit to the prices they tell you, no hidden fees, no extra labor charges and shipping and handling. I brought the shop Wednesday they offered a free diagnosis and by Friday I had it fixed! It was blowing icicles!!! Love this place and will continue going from now on

PROPERTY WAS STOLEN!!! I got my axle repaired here, and they did good work on the repairs for a reasonable price. However, they left my car outside of their shop unlocked over night. When I regained possession of my car, I realized that it had been trashed with everything that was in my compartments having been thrown in the floorboard. Then on the way home, I noticed that someone had stolen a leather binder of mine with 50 handwritten pages of notes that I needed to use for studying an important real estate exam, as well as my backpack. When I called Gearheads they said that they didn’t have it and I’d have to check with the tow truck even though it was stolen on their property under their care and temporary possession. This company’s negligence has costed me multiple hours of valuable time and hard work. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I went to this shop to ask about a steering quirk in my jeep wrangler. They drove it, put it up on their rack, diagnosed the problems, told me exactly what it would cost to fix it, then fixed it for that price. Although they specialize in much more high end cars, they were very knowledgeable about my old jeep, and got it driving and steering like it was 10 yrs. newer. Im very happy with the service and the friendly, caring attitude of the owner. Ive found my repair shop!

They took care of us. On a cross-country trip the radiator blew up. They showed us the broken part and took care of us for a reasonable price. What more could you ask? I read some of the other reviews; most feel the same as I do. No one likes paying for car repairs, but having someone you can trust is invaluable. Both the negative comments had to do with the time it took for the mechanics to get to the vehicle. It would take too long to tell the whole story, but Davis just had my van for a week.(They are swamped...guess why.) I had just spent quite a bit on repairs a month ago, and this issue ended up being somehow related to the first. Davis spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue--even driving it himself over the weekend to reproduce the symptom I had described. He also spent a lot of time replacing parts and rediagnosing. It took awhile. He made it right. And there were other clients whose cars he was working on as well. And cars towed in over the weekend. I wish he had a bigger garage and more mechanics just like him; then it wouldnt take as long. Until then, Ill wait.

Had a car towed there and was there a few days and called 1st two days to find out what was wrong witn my car and hadnt looked at, third or 4tn day called witn a estimate what migjt be wrong with car, way to much for me, so called at least 4 or 5 times to talk to mechanic and lady that answered each time would not let me talk to him and said he would tell me same as her teeling.me, all I wanted to talk to mechanic that that looked at my car instead of some women telling that had no idea about my car

Our first experience with this shop was great. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. On a Monday evening after work, our vehicle wouldnt start and we had it towed to this shop for an assessment and repair. We spoke with a lady on Tuesday morning who confirmed that our car was at the shop and that they would get back to us with a repair estimate after they looked at it. As this is the only vehicle we have for transportation and the emergency nature of the tow, we assumed that wed get an answer of some kind before the end of the business day. Another call was made at 3 pm on Tuesday afternoon to get an update. The lady who answered patiently explained that the shop was unusually busy with pre-scheduled repairs and that theyd get to our vehicle as soon as possible. We expressed our understanding of the situation and just asked that we be updated as soon as possible given the emergency nature of the breakdown. Tuesday evening passed and we received no further communication from the shop.On Wednesday morning, we called around 9:30 to ask for an update since none had been given before close of business on Tuesday. We were told that they wouldnt even be looking at the vehicle until Friday to diagnose the problem. I told the lady I spoke with that another employee had advised that the car would be worked in b/t scheduled repairs so that we could at least find out what the problem was. I was then transferred to that lady. I asked her why our vehicle wasnt even scheduled to get a diagnostic assessment until Friday since it had been towed there Monday evening, and if anything could be done to expedite the process of finding out the problem with the car. I also expressed puzzlement as to why we didnt receive an update before the end of business on Tuesday so we could make alternate repair plans since they didnt even plan to get it on the rack until Friday. The lady insinuated that I was demanding that pre-scheduled customers be bumped so that we could receive priority treatment. I told her that we simply wished to get accurate information about the condition of the vehicle as soon possible and would appreciate not having to just sit back and wait, wondering if/when repairs would actually be performed. She was non-commital on making any timeline revision which would alter the assigned Friday date despite the emergency nature of our situation.After I got off the phone with her, I received a call from a lady who identified herself as the manager of the shop. Clearly agitated, she angrily re-asserted that their shop would not bump their pre-scheduled clients in order to look at our car. I explained that we didnt want them to jilt any of their customers, but that we at least needed to know what was wrong with the car before Friday so that any necessary repairs could be undertaken before the weekend or the beginning of next week. I emphasized the obvious fact that we were without a vehicle and just needed to get it fixed as soon as we could. I told her that AAA had towed the vehicle there based on their good reputation working with our particular brand but that we didnt expect that we wouldnt even have an answer by Friday let alone a repair especially since the car had been dropped off Monday evening. This observation led to another accusation that I was demanding that they stiff pre-scheduled customers. I demanded nothing of the kind, but expressed disappointment that a Friday repair date wasnt at least communicated before the end of the day on Tuesday so that alternative repair options could have been explored sooner. I was told that they never promised to get back to me before closing but that the only promise which had been made was a call as to the nature of the cars problem after it was looked at which would be Friday. I was also told that if I didnt like it, I could arrange to have it towed elsewhere. All of this information was communicated with utmost rude hostility. The mechanics are great but the staff is awful. Dont pay to be insulted. Go Schillers.
