Terrible service. Not trustworthy at all. Will quote one thing but will not stay true to that quote. The responsiveness is pitiful as well, will not answer a call. Do yourselves a favor an never go to this place!

Dropped vehicles off for tires as well as brake work, it took them 3 weeks to get tires on one of the vehicles. Would not recommend using this company if you need your vehicle back with any kind of urgency.

He throughly looks over my car and offers his advice, including me in the entire process. Ive had issues with mechanics working on my car before following up with me and costing me much money towards problems that werent even major or my main concern. John has worked on my vehicle for over two years now. A few weeks ago, my car broke down in the middle of the road, it wouldn’t start back up. In the mix of miscommunication, it was towed to S&S tire instead of being towed to John’s shop. When S&S tired called.. they told me that I needed to get a new vehicle, that my oil was milky and I had a blown head gasket or I could just have my engine rebuilt. I called John in a panic, crying and upset, I had them tow my car to him for him to diagnose it. Once it got to him, he called immediately to tell me that my water pump had gone out, the water had leaked into the oil which recirculated through the engine. He said it would be about a 12 hour job but it was for sure fixable. John got my car fixed and back on the road. My car is still running great almost two weeks later. Needless to say, he saved me TONS of money, he’s the guy to diagnose engines and can fix anything!
