I absolutely love this place! Honest and friendly staff that treats everyone like family. The only reason I am being forced to go somewhere else is because I am moving 17 hours away. Dropped my car off because my hood quit latching shut. They took care of the problem quickly by bending the part back in line. I had them replace it anyway and they quickly ordered the part and made the repair. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Was very pleased with service I received.

Needed to get my brakes fixed in a day and S&S Tire answered the call. The gentlemen at the front desk was polite and courteous. He explained that they would take the car and review it first before performing any work on it. They did and once I signed off on it they completed the job very quickly. Would recommend to anyone needing tires or repairs on their vehicles.

S&S was fantastic! We needed an emergency tire replacement and they were great. They got us in and out really really fast, they were so helpful and caring plus not condescending which to me means so much. They definitely gained a new customer for years to come!

Had a low tire and the light sensor went on and I stopped at S & S to see if they could check it out. I knew they were busy, but they worked it in, showed me the problem, had a matched tire and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Customer service was off the charts, thank you very much.

They have such great customer service! I called around to get prices for tires in the area & out of multiple stores and even my dealership, they were by far the best price. When I arrived to have my tires changed they said it would take around 2 hours to complete but I was barely in there over an hour. I will definitely return for future services on my car! Thank you!

I am VERY dissatisfied with this shop and the way they treated my father. First they told my dad he needed a fuel pump and would be between $600-$800. Then after telling them we were just going to tow it to a family friend they told him oh you need new fuel line too. Get it to family friend and my dad did not need a fuel pump he needed a small section of fuel line replaced. They said fuel pump because thats where the big money is, not a 30 minute fix of replacing fuel line. Then a few weeks down the road his truck starts making a grinding noise. They said $2,200 to replace the transfer case. Once again had family friend look at it and all it needed was a $13 bottle of gear fluid. So unless you want to get over charged for parts and work you dont need I would highly recommend going to someone else who is more honest with their customers.

Was told first come first serve when I called asking if I needed an appointment. I get out of bed, drive from Versailles to the Brannon Crossing store and was the second person there by 6:50 AM. Once I got in, I was told it would be up to 4 hours to get my tires rotated. They neglected to tell me that First Come First Serve meant spill over work from the day prior. They made it sound like If you were there first, you go in first. The person before me was having nails removed and they took him straight in. A tire rotation, 4 hours? Come on!After reading all the negative reviews I have come to the determination that if I were there spending more money (BUYING TIRES) I would have been taken straight in. Read all their review responses. Not one of them offers to right the situation. They explain it away as if people are ignorant. I will never come to this store again. My time is valuable and I was made to feel as it wasnt.

George and the staff at S&S were great. Fully transparent, great communication, and worked around my schedule for the day. Worked with my warranty directly and made my experience a breeze, not to mention they got my car all fixed up. Highly recommend them and very satisfied.

My son was stuck as his tire was totally flat and required the special lug nut key in order to replace tire. the previous owner of the car did not provide this key but S&S not only gave my son this tool but did everything at a very low price. I went to S&S thinking I needed brakes, but It turns out that I didn’t. It was going to be no charge, & they didn’t “find” anything else that needed to be fixed. So I bought a couple of new tires, & was out of there in no time. Friendly service!

Im not sure it holds for all S&S Tires but Ive had two very positive transactions with the Brannon Crossing store. They were very straightforward with their recommendations and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Everytime I go here for an alignment its as if they dont even touch my car. Brought it in yesterday and car still drifts the same as it did before.EDIT: Called them and they are willing to fix it all with no added cost

Winter weather damaged my wipers but S&S Tire in Brannon Crossing assisted in under an hour and had me back on the road. Very fast and friendly service. Great experience!

I was in for tire balancing on 8/27 to fix a high speed shake/wobble I was experiencing, and it totally fixed the issue. They road force balanced them for $15/tire, which was a good deal and worth the cost. They had the job done within 30 minutes. I was very impressed and fully satisfied with my visit.

Always good work here. A lot of honesty, too. Have brought my cars in over the years dozens of times. Get your car there early if it needs more than an oil change because they get booked up just about every day.

My daughter had a tire issue today with a nail in her tire. This was our first time to visit S&S and she was overwhelmed by how friendly and accommodating they were. This location of S&S Tire store is a wonderful facility. Led by their manager, George Paulson, the crew here does excellent work and each one that I have ever spoken with is thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable. George is a wonderful, christian man who is always kind and gentle. I admire and respect him so much. If you live in Nicholasville or South Lexington I would highly recommend this store for your auto repairs.

All i can say is wow called walmart asked what is the earliest i could get a set of 4 tires and they told me 3 days from today so i called this shop they said they could get me in today so i drove over and within 30 mins i had a set of 4 tires on my car i have never been in and out with a set of tires that quick and they are very freindly and professional i will be getting my tires from here from now on

Took my suv to this location due to a noise in my rear wheel. Was told nothing was wrong. But they were a flat tire. That was all they fixed. Took my car to Winchester KY and they found that the break disk and break pad were gone. They totally missed my repair job...but they can fix flats....

They were able to patch my tire quickly and at a great price. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent customer service!

Johnny assisted me in choosing 4 new no-flat tires, which were similar to those that had been on the vehicle.The wait room was clean and convenient. My wait for my vehicle was not nearly as long as I thought it would be. The payment portion of the service was also efficient.Overall, I was very pleased with the service and Johnny’s assistance.

Once again our friends at S&S Tire and Auto Service Center have proven themselves to be helpful, friendly and really good at what they do! I brought my truck in to check the battery due to a cryptic message from the system. Of course within a short time they figured it was the battery and I was on my way. I also needed new brakes on the rear wheels which got me ready for the inevitable winter weather driving coming soon.On a more personal note, George and Johnny went above and beyond recently when they found out I was recovering from heart surgery. They sent me a very encouraging message wishing me a rapid recovery. This touched me very deeply and made me feel very thankful to be alive and grateful for these friends at S&S who always have a smile, share a laugh with me every time I come in for help. These guys are the best.

Very honest in dealing with us about which tires to buy.Everyone there was extremely friendly was our first time in there.And Steve didn’t try to sell us things that we didn’t need.And we had four new tires on our car in no time at all.We just moved here from Michigan and we had great people there, and now that we live here we have a great place and people that we can depend on.

S&S always delivers quality service and quick service times, but what I love about this place is the staff. They are friendly and helpful, and specifically trustworthy. I don’t know much about cars, and where oil change places or other service shops might try to upsell things I don’t really need, S&S is always honorable and doesn’t just want my money - they want to help me. They’re conscious of your needs and make sure it’s done right at the right price.

S&S was recommended to me a few years ago as the place to go for tires by my brother who works with many of these auto places. I did then for 4 new tires and will not go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The work is done in a timely manner. Hey fixed my tire last night within an hour after I arrived at 5pm.

Good very quick service and car rides much better. Only reason not 5 stars is that the final total was quite a bit higher than estimate - even including the extra repair talked about on the phone. But overall I was pleased with the work and would recommend them.
