I have yet to purchase anything from this store yet, but I stopped by just to check it out. Immediately upon walking, I was asked what I was looking for. I began explaining my project, and the associate, Jerry, was more than helpful at giving me options. I also inquired about lumber prices, and their prices are very competitive. Even more so considering I was quoted prices for yellawood. I will definitely be giving this place my business as much as possible. Your typical big box store customer service is blown out of the water by this company!

I will never buy materials from Lowes or Home Depot again. First time in and I was out in 10 minutes from placing the order to driving away. Contractor pricing too. Plus they are a Do It Best hardware store so I can order online for pickup. On top of that I am supporting another local business. Win win win!

I ordered something online and picked it up at Stratton. What a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful every step of the way. I hope to check out more of what they have to offer in the future, a refreshing change to a time when this is the way thing were, a pleasant departure from the big box hardware store.

Great local business, personal service, help loading, you do not have to wait or go looking for help. Counter people know their product and very helpful. It’s the goto place for lumber.

Great prices and better selection than the big box stores.

The staff at Strattons knows what they are doing. They talked us through a weekend warrior project that was a bit more complicated than my husband would have liked. They had all of the equipment and supplies that he needed in the store. Truly a one stop shop! Not sure we would have received the same service at a big box store. Love that I can shop local in NIcholasville!!
