Landlord hired Window World to replace windows, they broke a window twice while trying to get it off the trailer, then said they will be back in two to three weeks to install the last remaining window they broke, now it’s going on three months and the window sits behind the building where they left it not installed and missing it’s pane of glass they broke.Wood screws left all in the driveway creating me to replace four month old rear tires,$300 cost to replace, when they left they left trash all over the place.I would not recommend.

Very easy to work with, the Salesman Russ was great to work with. We had looked at several companies and had some very long demos. Russ understood that I had a little time and we were finished in about 20 minutes. The windows arrived on time and was exactly what we were looking for. Even the color matching on the woodwork. The install crew was great They answered all of our questions and did a great job with the install. Very prompt, courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My first experience with Window World and I am very pleased. The entire process was easy. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. The windows are of very good quality and communication with the store from start to finish was great. The installers did a superb job removing and installing the windows. I have only found 1 small piece of metal trim (about the size of a dime) that they missed in their cleanup. I have a few more to get replaced in the future and hope to get the same installers for that. I 100% recommend Window World to anyone looking for good quality and a fair price.

Im extremely pleased with Window World and their installers. Showed up on time, very nice and professional. I was a little nervous since the sales rep measured so quickly, I didnt want a huge gap that they would have to fill. Windows were put in and barely a 1/4 of an inch difference. Im very impressed with the installers. Installation was very clean and they cleaned up everything before they left. I cant say enough about how happy I am to have chosen this company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows. Dont get scared off that they use sub-contractors, the sub today said hes been installing for Window World for 19 years and it shows. We got 12 windows installed in 4 1/2 hours. Happy customer and comparable pricing as well.

I am very happy with the service that Window World of Lexington provided. I replaced most all the windows in a house. They were not standard size. Window World came out twice to make sure the measurements were correct before installation. They showed up on time and were very clean. It took two days which was what I was expecting. They were very courteous. I am very happy so far with the quality of the windows. Love that the screen is built into the window and can be removed. Love the guarantee that comes with the windows. A great experience!

They were so quick and efficient that I slept through the whole thing.I got up at noon and my new gutters were shining in the sun.There was no mess at all left behind and everything looks perfect.The price for the whole job was much less than other estimates from smaller local operations.

Wow! We had very old windows that leaked air. Last summer it was impossible to get the house cooler than 80 during the day. Had Window World of Lexington replace all of them. They were installed 4 days ago and Im happy to say I wake up every morning freezing!!! From the salesman that came to our home to the 2 men that did the installation Window World was a pleasure to work with. New windows are a major expense. I had 3 companies come to give us prices. Not only were the prices of Window World fantastic but they didnt try to sell me more than I needed. I dont live in Anchorage or Miami! I have the perfect windows for Central Kentucky with beautiful finishing touches. With my new windows and the shutters I ordered from them it looks like a completely different house. They were very pleasant to speak to. I had an appointment with someone to give me an estimate on all my windows. But the next day I became ill and I had to cancel. I called and explained the situation and they were very understanding and asked me if I wanted to reschedule at that time or just call them back when Im feeling better. I will be calling again.

We had all three kitchen bay windows replaced by Window World on 3-13-18. Your installer, Phil, arrived on time as planned. He was very efficient. In about 3 hours time, the job was complete, everything inside and out was cleaned up and Phil took the time to show both of us the proper way to use our fold-in windows. You cant go wrong choosing Window World of Lexington. The process of measuring the windows and ordering the windows was painless. It took a few weeks for windows to come in but once they did they schedule a date within a few days and showed up to install on time and made it as quick and easy for us as possible! The difference in our house sound wise is incredible and also we are running our air up more because the windows are so energy efficient!

Back again after a year adding to the review we did a year ago! We just remodeled our garage opening and installed a smaller door and had a contractor frame up for windows. We called Window World for new install and they did an awesome job matching up with the windows they did a year ago. Looked as if they were done at the same time! A few weeks later we finally got around to putting up the indoor screens and realized the finish on the screens was not acceptable. We called WW and a tech came out and totally agreed ordering us new screens. Just got them in and they are perfect! We highly recommend WW of Lexington! We gave them a 4 last year due to quality control on manufacturers end but this time we give them a 5. Yes, quality control again this time around but its so refreshing to have issues resolved with professionalism and desire to please. I was very pleased the day our windows were installed back in November 2018. The courteous of the workers, and the time they put in to get all 13 windows installed in one day. We love our new windows and we can tell a big difference especially in our bedroom. Our heating unit is right outside of one of the 4 windows we have in our bedroom, and I must say before we could hear the unit come on. So now since our new windows were installed that noise from the heating & air unit is no more. He was friendly and took plenty of time to show us all the options available. Was not pushy at all about selling things we did not need. The price for it all was a wonderful surprise. We were originally only going to get windows, but went ahead and had an estimate to do the other later. The price for all quoted was within the budget we were expecting to do just windows. Great Experience. They installed my windows yesterday and the windows are beautiful. The installers cleaned up after themselves. The windows have a lifetime parts and labor warranty while I own the house.It did take six weeks to get the windows installed once I placed the order, but they were up front with this. The sales person was very informed and came to my house the next day after I called for a quote. Overall good experience. I will definitely us Window World again if I need more windows replaced or installed.

We have used Window World for 3 of our homes, Windows, shutters, gutters & doors Ww did a really good job and if there was a defect in a window they took care of it, however for the last 3 years weve had a mosquito problem in our backyard, Pest Control said we must have standing water somewhere but there is no standing water, this last weekend I got up on a ladder and was looking at the gutters that Window World installed noticed the gutter on the back of the house was completely full of water, the water was not running towards the down spout like it should, the gutters were not loose or damaged they were just installed incorrectly & full of run off water, I contacted ww, they saw that we used all their services on more than one house and would not warranty this, even though weve spent thousands of dollars with them on several houses & referred 5 homes that they serviced, not a smart business move they no longer have my business on my future homes, if you need gutters look elsewhere, windows and doors they do a good job.

This was our second time purchasing windows from them. Both times they did a great job. I used to build houses, so I wanted a quality product as opposed to something cheap. They are very good windows at a very fair price. They communicated well with us and did everything they said they would. Once they accidentally made the wrong size window and they ordered the correct one and installed it once it was made. Another time some sashes didnt fit well and they made new ones and put them in once they were made as well. We have bought a total of 11 windows and we would use them again.

Very pleasant experience with Window World from beginning to end. I had siding installed on the eaves of my brick home installed and also had siding around the house, gutters and shudders installed. I had many questions and the sales associate,Mr. Cox was patient and informative. The work began ahead of schedule and was completed in a very timely manner. There were a couple of minor issues that were corrected once I let them know of the issues. I received 4 estimates before choosing Window World. The estimates were all within $100 - $500 within each other. I choose Window World because of their professionalism. I would recommend Window World to others.

I was well pleased with the installation of my windows. I did not realize how bad my old windows were about keeping the air out. Now there is no draft getting in at all. A few years back we had them come & install new windows, vinyl wrap all soffits and install new leafless gutters. They did an awesome job & have been extremely quick to respond to questions/concerns. Earlier this year we renovated our house and wanted new storm doors. We made the mistake of going to Lowes first and after 6 weeks of waiting to get supposed needed pieces, I turned to Window World - something I should have done from the beginning! As they did previously, the doors were ordered & installed in record time and look GREAT! I also appreciate that they follow-up with you after installation to make sure everything meets with your approval and to remind you to call them with any concerns or questions at any time. I highly recommend Window World & will not hesitate to call them FIRST the next time I need their services!

Very quality products! We love our new windows! Only thing that was frustrating was that we were initially told it would be a One day thing however when they showed up to do it & it was 1 guy doing it the first day and said it would be a 2-3 day thing and we had to make accommodations because we both work full time!
