Love this store and its staff. Quick, polite, and super helpful.

My home is 9 yrs old and I needed to paint exterior porch columns and garage man door due to sun fading. Had no idea what color was. Went to Sherwin-Williams store on Brannon Crossing and sought help. Picked what I thought was correct color, but way too light. Brought paint back and dealt with attendant who suggested darkened, tried again, still too light, went back, same lady helped me very kindly and patiently added more color and bingo, a perfect match. I recommend this store due to excellent product and service.

Great spot for painting needs. Great selection and help if needed. Better experience than at a big box hardware store.

In the middle of a pandemic, when you cant come in for color samples, in-store directions etc. We did massive research online, spent almost $200 and were not satisfied at all with 2 out if 3 colors we bought. I called to see if they could remix or add to the current color to fix the problem and was told they cant do anything but give us a discount off our next order. That is NOT helpful as we now have 3 gallons if paint we wont use because the colors are awful and not as pictured online at all.

CALLED UP TO SEE IF THEY HAD WHAT I NEEDED IN STOCK-THEN I DROVE THERE AND THEY DIDNT-THEY SENT ME TO THE REGENCY ROAD LOCATION WHERE THEY WERE AWESOME!--A WEEK LATER I WAS OUT OF STAIN AND THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE BRANNON ROAD ANOTHER TRY BECAUSE MAYBE THE FIRST TIME I WENT WAS JUST AN EXCEPTION AND MAYBE NORMALLY THEIR SERVICE IS GOOD.NO SUCH LUCK-

The staff went way beyound to help me and took their time to make sure my paint selection was a great experience. From what type of paint to choose to calculating how many gallons. All the way to taking time explaining each paint color would work or not work for my home. SO friendly and helpful. Thanks Sherman Williams!!!

The Brannon Crossing location has the most helpful and friendly sales associates. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I buy this brand of paint because with a coupon and one coat of paint on the walls it is actually less that $ than other brands. I love the color selection too.

The coloring and quality of paint when applied is never consistent with the samples or even what appears to be the colors in the can once applied. Additionally, the satin that was applied had no sheen whatsoever and of course I was not able to return it for a refund or get any gloss added. Staff if you get a knowledgeable one are ok but I often had the younger gentleman who knew absolutely nothing about paint and always appeared as if you were bothering him. Never want to come from behind the counter to show/discuss what was on the shelves. I will never enter this store again.

I had some questions on color and they had a very nice lady assisting in the paint color selection area. She not only helped me, but also educated me on the information on the back of the paint chips! It was so much better than going to a big box store.
