Bought a oil sending unit for my truck, found it cheaper online. Didnt take it back. I did this in reverse see... But staff were helpful and friendly.

Ive used autozone for years. Chris up at Nixa has been there as long as bark on trees and knows his stuff.We had an oops and got a wrong piece and didnt realize till I had pulled the old one out to see them side by side. I called, they found what happened, grabbed the right pieces, and were on their way to replace them since i had the truck apart and couldnt come get them. Not even a haggle to ask them. They are up to date mechanics help with old school ethics. Gets my vote!

Having done mechanic work for well over 40 years I know what it takes to be a good parts store and the one in Nixa, Mo can’t be beat. The staff here is always very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the store manager on down always show the utmost professionalism and courtesy to all of their customers. On many occasions I have witnessed the employees go well above and beyond what is normally expected from a big box retailer, and while they are all friendly and helpful I would like to say a personal thank you to Danny W. Jordan W. And Chris for all they do, they have been great at helping me to track down hard to find parts for the old classics that I often work on. Most stores today employ people who only know what appears on their computer screen but these guys here actually work on their own vehicles so they understand how important the “right” part is and they are always eager to serve every customer in a way that is much appreciated and respected. Went in for a wheel bearing, the guy didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. I went to oreilys next door just before autozone and they at least tried to find the part number and when they couldn’t, they measured and found what I was looking for, but I needed to the bearing today. They guy at autozone glanced at my wheel bearing for a few seconds then said “I don’t see a part number, we PROBABLY don’t have it in stock. He didn’t bother to even try or look. Then he suggested I go to orileys. Too bad I can’t rate 0 stars.

Always have had great customer service there. Today was no exception. Their parts manager, Chris, really went the extra mile and assisted me with an issue I had never came across before. Mission success and he was an inviting helpful hand the whole time. Will most definitely return.

Greeted as I entered the door. Made me feel welcome. A couple of diamonds in the rough but nothing wrong with that!

They was very knowledgeable. I needed my battery tested. Which he did and help jump start my car and did not let me spend money I did not need to. He knew more about my battery origin than I and send me there because I will be getting a better deal if I go back there. Thank you sir you saved me a lot of money.

Staff polite and respectful, but, they need to learn to listen when their told its the wrong part. 2 times I was sent away with wrong part.Ford rotors do not fit on a Chevy Malibu LS, and he swore they were Chevy. I get home, and I was right. Wrong bolt pattern.

Quick waiting time. The guy came out and used his handheld computer to check my battry, alternator and such. Luckily everything was fine.

Cant stand the fact that the competition hires kids who dont care to learn or pay attention. With that being said, making the transition to AutoZone became easy once the habit formed to stop there I started to notice the way better selection of products.

Sometimes they have the lowest price. They do stand behind their products. I have found that electrical parts are usually not real good. The people are nice too.

The staff is fairly knowledgeable on parts and advice. They are friendly too. When I cant wait for a part, this is where I go.

Ive been going to OReillys for 30 yrs but on Oct 5th I came to the Autozone in Nixa and a guy named Jordan spent so much time with me getting everything done and was so cool about it that I will never go back to OReillys again. Thanks for the conversion.

The Nixa store always goes above and beyond to help me. Special shoutout to Jordan for helping me fix pretty much every light on the front of my car!

I went in to have my suburbans battery checked out they were very helpful. I ended up having to buy a new battery and windsheild wiper blades. They installed both the battery and wiper blades no charge and gave me 10 percent discount on top of that and since my old battery was purchased at auto zone back in 2011 it still got pro rated and additional 11 dollars got refunded tome. I highlt recommend to shop at autozone
