I brought my truck to this Big O to have the front end aligned & was told it would cost more due to me replacing my own control arms. The extra cost was a surprise but understood why after talking to the technician who showed me just how long it took to bring the truck into alignment. I still ended up saving a lot of money doing it this way so no complaints here.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Everyone here was so nice, and they got me in and out during my lunch hour... which I didnt think anyone would be able to do on such short notice. I was ready to panic when I woke up with a low tire... but Ill never panic again, knowing that Big O Tires is there to rescue me!

Big O Tires has always done a great job with any job we have brought to them! They are honest from the beginning and priced fairly. The techs always do great work and we have never had an issue with anything they have worked on. Their customer service quality is better than we have had the pleasure of dealing with from other places. Specifically Todd, Mike and Tracy have always been super helpful with explaining what we should expect and taking the time to answer any questions we have. Overall great experiences and we will continue to use them!

My only regret is I can’t remember the gentleman that helped me out, my family and had traveled to Branson on our way home to Great Bend, KS (about a 6 1/2 drive) I had something ruin a wheel on my boat trailer not wanting to continue on without a spare we found the trailer store next door and bought a new wheel since the tire wasn’t ruined and the trailer store was too busy to put the tire on we stopped at Big O. Best experience of the day, tire was put on my spare I went to pay for my service and was told “ you have had a rough day already” have a safe trip home. I didn’t pay a dime. I may never have a chance to do business there but for anyone that does just know that the service is top notch and definitely restored my faith in humanity. Big Thanks Big O

Big O has always taken good care of my car, recently got a great deal on a set of tires with the rebates using my Big O card (which is the only way to buy tires in my opinion). Ill be back!

Don’t waste your time here like they have wasted myTime now twice. They sent me an email for a free oil change and the same employee Mike has messed up everything like last time says he will give my name and number to the manager. Guess it’s good time jiffy lube opened up!!

Save your money and go to Firestone or Tire Plaza down the street. They’ll strip your bolt and blame you for it, then charge you for a “specialty alignment” because you replaced suspension parts even though you use OEM parts and then tell you they still need to charge for the “specialty” because you replaced parts. Absolutely absurd. I’m not the first to have this issue either. Firestone will look for ways to save you money and Tire Plaza will too.

I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced and found that my wheel locking key to do this was nowhere to be found. It had somehow gotten misplaced last time, and the team at Big O Tires in Nixa went out of their way to go above and beyond. They replaced my wheel key free of charge as well as rotated my tires and checked the alignment for free. If that wasnt enough, my headlight went out on the drive in and they also replaced this for free. All their team members were kind, respectful, friendly, and helpful. This is the only place Ill go if I ever need vehicle maintenance. They take care of their customers even when mishaps happen.

Quality service, but job times are not great. I waited an hour and 40 min for 2 tires with a scheduled appointment. I didnt receive any apologies for the time it took, only excuses were said.

Took truck for Alignment, wheel balance, wheel speed sensor. What a big waste of time, would not due anything of what was asked because they didn’t like type ofTires on my truck . Do not waste your time with these people!!!!!’

I have been going here to the nixa mo location for about 6 years. The very first time I went was a Saturday morning at opening and all the employees were singing and dancing in the shop!!! On Saturday morning?? They really liked there job. Since then everyone has done me great on tires and alignment and even mechanic work. This really is a awesome place to have work done

Make sure they give you the full quote or they’ll charge you an extra $40 with no warning. I would also just avoid in general since they’ll walk out of the showroom while you’re speaking, and talk over you while talking down to you at the same time. I’ve had a bit of experience dealing with tires and I’ve never had such a negative experience. You’re better off at Plaza or literally anywhere else.

Im being generous giving them only one star. I went & bought new tires for my truck. I hadnt even made it 1/2 mile down the road when I noticed a loud noise coming from front driver side tire & wheel. After pulling over to the side of the road & checking my tires I realized that most of my lugnuts were very loose. I hope no one else has to go through same ordeal!!!

I brought my 2013 Subaru WRX in for alignment, first of all they up-charged me $40 for a specialty alignment even though everything is OEM. Second of all they stripped the cam-washer in the rear, making the toe worse. Now they want me to replace the stripped washer and pay for another alignment! I was talking to Todd Spaulding and the way he was talking to me was completely unacceptable. Very rude demeanor, just absolute garbage customer service. My dealership brought Big O Tires TONS of work, never again coming back to this store.

Dropped car off at 10am for a tire that had a leak and I needed it repaired. Service writer asked if I could leave it, I told her I planned on it. She advised that she would try to have it done by noon and she’ll call when it’s ready. 5:30 and no call (they close at 6). I arrived to find it sitting in the same place. Made contact with them and they stated that I was next in line for repairs. I told them that I dropped it off early and was told it would be done around noon or so. The service writer stated that he could “throw a plug in it”. No thanks! I stated I would go somewhere else. He gave me a disgusted look and handed me my keys. No apologizes, didn’t try to make it right. Just watched walk out the door.

Had to stop in while on an unplanned out-of-town trip and Trace was amazingly kind and helpful! They squeezed us in, shuttled us back and forth from the hotel, and got us on our way. I couldn’t be happier.

Found a screw in our tire and they had it plugged and on our way in 15 mins.

A couple of weeks ago I was going in to get my oil changed and my 60,000 mile maintenance done. Ive always had a positive experience, especially with their employee Trace, but this time Trace really was the MVP. She was consistently sweet and friendly during a stressful time for me, and gave me constant updates on how things with my car was going, and overall made the experience much more enjoyable than I ever thought getting my car worked on could be! Thank you Trace and thank you Big O Tires!

I went here because I had a flat that required a tow and they were the closest. They were straight forward with me. They didn’t pressure me. They told me that the tire pressure sensor (TPS) wasn’t working and gave me the option of replacing it. Which I agreed to. I had read in the owners manual and online that fix a flat would ruin that sensor. And I had tried fix a flat before calling the tow truck. When my car was repaired they told me that after rinsing off that old TPS it started working so they just put it back in and didn’t end up charging me for a new sensor. They also told me that since I bought a tire from them, just one. They would still honor the free lifetime rotation of all my tires. They definitely didn’t need to do that. I appreciate when people are up front. They were, and they were very nice. And I was having a pretty cruddy day.

I do not recommend this establishment due to multiple unprofessional issues.I made a 1PM appointment to fix a punctured tire. My spouse dropped off my vehicle at 12:40. While she was talking with the employee about the problem someone else came in the store. The employee stopped helping my spouse to help the other customer.After most of the afternoon without a call, we called to check on the repair at 4:50 PM, they said it would be next. I went into the store 5:40 PM and it had not moved. Again they said it was next. I took my vehicle and left.I hope they take this review seriously and treat their customers better. Maybe this was just a bad day, but based on my experience they have some improvements to make. Good luck on improving, I wish your company the best and hold no ill will against you personally.

Less than 300 miles after a rotation at the Nixa, MO store a wheel fell off and destroyed itself. I had to have my vehicle towed to nearest facility which was my regular mechanic. I complained and was told if I had towed it to them it would be taken care of due to their insurance but otherwise basically too bad. I can not recommend them and will buy future tires at Discount Tire in Springfield. I have purchased 5 full sets of tires from Big O but we are done.

I get my car care at Big O any time I can. They have a very nice waiting area with water and a vending machine for customers. They cater to the customer with care, making sure to explain any thing they find. They even have a Ladys Day Special.

I’ve been dealing with this place for years it seems like the service keeps on getting worse and worse I’ve been getting Oil Changes and tires and seems like when I get a set a tires always end up with oneBad one and then when I take itto go get it fixed they always have to replace it I’m taking my business elsewhere I’m done

Have had 4 vehicles plus a trailer get all their tires replaced recently. Another local competitor wouldnt honor their own warranty. Phewie on them. Big O has friendly employees, almost always has our vehicles done ahead of when they quoted, and their prices are great.

These folks at Nixa Big O Tire are professional and knowledgeable about their services and the products the sell.I use them to take fleet vehicles for scheduled services and my own personal vehicles.I do recommend their services on a daily basis.

Well I bought four tires the other day they have a great warranty on them and theyre cheaper than coopers and if one gets tore up they put you a new one on I only had one thing that didnt like I got one tire thats got six weights on it I dont think the guy knows how balance I am taking that back

This place is great. The staff went out of their way to help everyone that walked in the door. The man at the front counter learned and used first names for all the customers. The pricing is fair, and they treated me like I was a priority, even though I was only there to have one tire balenced. I will be returning to this place.

So heres my experience. I needed new tires, so I asked a few friends where to go. About 3/4 of them said Big O Tires. I called them, and the woman who answered the phone was super helpful, and just killing it at her job. I immediately chose to give them my business. I went up there 20-30 min later, dropped my car off and decided to let them do a few minor tune ups while I had my car in the garage. Again, the lady at the desk (same one who answered the phone) was incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to work with. Not pushy in the slightest, but very direct and honest. (Mind you, Im just like 99% of you and hate taking a car in for work when it isnt something that you could easily do yourself)She told me that my car wouldve been one of the last ones to be worked on, and that I could expect my car back around 6ish.They called me back much earlier than that, got everything squared away, and at a very very competitive and fair price.I picked the car up, the mechanic came out and explained some of the adjustments he made, and why he made them (super nice guy, he obviously knows his job well)And the lady at the desk got me taken care of, she explained what was done to my car as well, explained the timelines for various general maintenance things, and she even noted the body damage that my car has had for a couple years, and she gave me the info for a very affordable hard working mom and pop body shop (locally owned mind you) in the event that I decided to get some bodywork done.Long story short: their customer service, pricing, and general atmosphere is top notch. They earned me as a lifelong customer, hands down.(Also my car has been driving like its brand new at damn near 200,000 miles)Thank you all for coming to my Ted Talk. :)

I walked in just as they opened, needing a new tire after hitting a pothole on the way to work. They were very friendly and were able to get me in right away so I could get to work. They didnt have the tire to match the rest on my car but called a Spfld store and was able to get someone to drive it to them as soon as possible. While we waited they were able to change my oil and get the tire on as soon as it was there. I asked if I needed all new tires to match and they told me I only needed the one, I honestly wouldnt have known the difference so I appreciate their honesty. I wish I had paid attention to the name of the man helping me. We buy all of our tires at Big O Tires and have always been very happy with the service.

Lawrence and the rest of the crew are always great and so easy to work with. I always go back because theyve definitely earned my trust! Recently had both vehicles in and like always great service!

Store Mgr Lawrence must have been raised by a tribe of premium tires due to his unmatched knowledge in his trade. There is no way a mere mortal can acquire as much skill and precision from human beings. An upbringing by tire-people is the only possible explanation.

Avoid this place at all cost.Started coming here a year ago for our oil changes, things were great no problems quick in and out things. Recently the prices for the oil change went up 30 dollars and now they are looking for things wrong with the car that dont even pertain to the oil change and just fixing them (asked to fix our windshield wipers. We said no they come back in with some story on how some random part needs to be fixed and how they just went ahead and fixed it.) withoutasking making the end price go up. Its all a trap, might as well take it to the dealership going to be paying the same price in the end anyway.

I dont recommend going here I have been here two times the first time was for a oil change they got done and told me that I needed to put new coolant in to my car and replace the thermostat. which I just did myself a month before. So, I went to two other shops and they both said it was perfectly find. then the last time I went there my back tires where worn on one side of the tire so they told me it needed a alignment and I needed new tires in the back. So I had them put new back ones on and told me that my other tires where bad. the front tires had 500 miles on them I told them no. They said that would do that and see how to fix the alignment problem. They told me that I had to put new A arms all the way around on the top because they where bad they stated that they were not able to do the alignment unless I had new A arms. which was $1400. I was told to probably not drive it or they would snap. I didnt believe them so I took my car to two other mechanics to find out that it was just the camber bushings and bolts that needed to get replaced. this was $250. If I would have bought the arms there they would have came with the bushings any ways but I didnt need that anyways but hey they could make more money that way. So from my personal experience they up charge you in to what you dont actually need.

I had a fantastic experience with the staff at Big O. I dealt directly with the assistant manager named Kyle who helped me make wise decisions from day one on tires, wheels and lift. He got the best pricing for anything I could compare and was able to work me in FAST to get truck completed. His communication was spot on and the truck looks amazing!Im sure labor rate was normal but wish it could have been a bit lower. Overall, super happy!Great team!

Make apt, fast service and good price

I originally went to a cheaper place in town for an alignment, was told my frame was bent causing the tire to bow in, I decided to stop here since Id heard good things and found out it wasnt a bent frame but a problem that was fixable and not dangerous, I could drive until I had the money to fix it but it would wear the tire out faster and affect gas mileage, so much better news than originally told, they also found a nail in my tire and told me I didnt need an alignment after all when most places wouldve gone ahead and done it anyways, great people!!!!! Will definitely be back.

Everyone is always extremely courteous and fair. Since I have no knowledge about the inner-workings of vehicles, I need to know I can trust and rely on the advice given. That always happens at Big O, so I make it a point to go there. Lawrence and all of the employees at this shop are wonderful!

We’ve gone to Big O Tires several times in the past few weeks—for an oil change, a free tire rotation (we bought a set of tires from them), and a state required safety inspection. Each time we were there, the staff was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We highly recommend them!

Most of the people that work here are extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience. There is one guy who works there who is always a bit rude in contrast to the other employees, which is why I didnt give a 5 star rating. Otherwise we have always been extremely pleased with their services. Definitely recommend.

I was on my way to work this morning, and the low tire pressure indicator light came on in my Explorer - I stopped to put air in and realized there was a screw in my tire. I called Big O in Nixa and they said - Sure bring it in - well get you fixed up - and they did !!!! Fixed my flat for me at no charge!!!! Great bunch of guys over there!!!!

Best place to go for repairs and oil changes. The guys are so friendly and helpful. As a single female I always feel well taken care of there. They definitely go above and beyond expectations!!

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful this shop is from working with Lawrence, Jeff and Josh who was able to get my air working.I won’t say the amount of $ that they took of my repairs (so others don’t expect) but let’s just say so very thoughtful of this team!I will never go anywhere else I feel that they were upfront and honest and price your repairs and tires fair.

The people, service, and tires all seemed to be great. The problem I have is I was quoted one price over the phone and during a trip to check on the tires. After I came to pick up the vehicle, the bill was much higher. I mentioned the quote and they found it in the computer, and they honored the quote. Even though different people were involved, I dont think such a problem should be possible.

I had the worst luck recently. I had run over a nail somewhere and got a flat. Big O fixed me right up quickly. A week later, another flat. Went back to Big O and they got me in quickly and had me on my way. Less than a week later, you guessed it, ANOTHER flat. Aside from asking me where I was driving, they didnt hesitate to fix my tire. Friendly and quick service. We will continue to use Big O for our oil changes and our tires. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I had a great experience here with the manager and team here they took very good care of my son and his car. I have used this place for a number of years and they keep going above and beyond for their clients. I would for sure highly recommend if you are in any need of service or repairs.

Very helpful staff. I appreciated the attentiveness and thorough explanation to my questions. They do seem busy but go above and beyond. I will be scheduling needed appointments to get the vehicle summer ready with them.

The guys at the Nixa Big O did a great job taking care of me when I dropped off my car, called me as soon as my car was done, and did a good job taking care of me when I picked my car up. If there were customers waiting in line, another register was manned and they were taken care of right away.

This is a great place to go and get regular work done as well as some minor customization. Bolt on stuff only, wheels, tires, suspension, lights, so on and so forth. The staff here is really friendly, and they have a really well equipped shop and have large enough bays to take on large vehicles and trailers. I would recommend this shop any time you need work. Their prices are on par with other auto repair shops in the area.

Wonderful experience with Big O in Nixa. They went above and beyond when servicing my vehicle to make sure it was safe. They always have great customer service. They made me feel very welcome every time I have been there. Highly recommend them if you need any work done on your vehicle!!

Girlfriend and I were both told at two different points that we needed brake work done that was absolutely not needed. I was told that it was for my safety that I should get the brake pads, rotors, and calipers all replaced in one swing. The other local mechanics I went to stated that it was not needed and at most, I would need the brake pads replaced in the future.I was quoted 980+ dollars for rear brake pads, rotors and calipers. Three different mechanics quoted me around 600 to 750 dollars for the same job. I call Big O and asked for the employee by name who tried to upsell me. He denies that he ever tried to upsell me on the rotors, calipers and brakes and pushed it off on the technician. This was despite his personal recommendation at the time.If youre looking for honest work, look elsewhere or Are Lee Auto Repair, who went over and beyond on some recent work and charged me well below what they could have.Moral of the story: Some people will do their research, Big O, and will have no problem calling you out on your shady business tactics of upselling services they dont need.

I bring both of my vehicles here often. The sales staff is friendly and willing to help answer any questions, and Josh in their service department is amazing. You wont regret choosing Big O Tires.

After buying my tires at Big O Nixa, Ive done my regular service there and taken advantage of their free rotations. I have over 30,000 miles on my tires and they still look like nearly new tires. Ive never had a set of tires hold up this well. They are courteous and prompt. Ill buy my next set of tires with them.

I have always had good service when I take my car in. They are polite and friendly and take the time to explain my options if other service is needed in addition to the service I came in to have done. I never feel pressured to have the work done immediately and they provide me with a printed record of what they have recommended so that I can make a plan to come back and have the service done on my own schedule.

Went in about 8:30 am for a tire rotation, found out that my sway bar and links were in need of repair, told me that they honestly werent that hard to replace and that i could do them myself or they could do it for me. My cars now balanced, and i have no more vibration when accelerating. Going to set up an appointment with them to have my coolant flushed and replaced as its most likely what shipped from the factory

As a woman, I usually feel intimidated when going to any time of auto shop -- Except when I go to Big O, Nixa MO. The guys have NEVER talked down to me. They answer my questions (as silly as they may be sometimes) and always make sure my ride is safe for my family. Two Thumbs Up, 100%, Big O Nixa always gets my vote!

Had a 1:00 appointment for an oil change. Service completed at 2:45. Manager said he sent an email that said they had already booked another customer for that time period. Did not see that email, only the one that confirmed the appointment. They should have informed me of any issues whenever I checked in. Instead, they let me sit and wait for over an hour gefore I inquired how much longer I would have to wait. Used to use this location for all tire and services. Moved away and returned to area after a couple of years. Appears to have been a change in management.
