Came in needing a new set of tires and an oil change completed within 2 hours so I could pick my kid up from school on time, service writer personally worked on my truck to get me out of there with 5 minutes to spare. I have nothing bad to say. They ordered the tires I wanted and made sure I had the coverage I need for where I go. I had to reschedule my appointment once but they made it really simple and worked with me the whole way.They were patient with me and made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape before taking it back on the road. They also worked with me on getting the tires I need for my trailer.I would definitely recommend Plaza Tires to my friends and family.

Why do you guys even take appointments twice now I have taken my vehicle in to get just the oil changed and it was an hour and a half wait. The lady was very sweet to me and told me there were very busy and I get that but why are accepting more than what you can handle? I wont be making this mistake again. However very nice staff and reasonable prices.

I was early for my appointment and they worked me right in. Front office staff was pleasant and personable, shop staff was informative and professional. Prices were very budget friendly. I’ll be going back for any tire or service needs.

Well I called to make an appointment to get my tires rotated n balanced with a front end alinement at the plaza tire on sunshine they told me just to come in and they would squeeze me in. So I showed up and 2 hours later I was done, I left with my kid and headed to Nixa and my tires started to shake horrible I called the tire plaza in nixa and the lady told me to come in if I could make it and they would take a look. They got me in and looked at my tires and apparently the tire technician did not tighten the lug bolts on the right front passenger wheel on the jeep.😕 and it ruined my wheel 😒. They are supposed to get me a new wheel by last Thursday and as of today Wednesday 29th I havent heard anything from them. So I am not to happy with the Plaza Tire on Sunshine.

Was in a bind and needed help quickly, I walked in and was greetly immediately by the manager at the Nixa location. She was able to work me in and that meant so much to me. This place is very honest when i took in my highlander for a rear brake pad change and rotor resurfacing recommended by toyota. I also has other things needed done besides the brakes. The mechanic himself, Geoff, showed me that it didnt need change as it is still more than half its thickness. So there, I would have wasted $170 for nothing at this time. Thank you!

Dropped my sons truck off to get a wheel alignment, and ended up getting so much more! Ive been trying to find new wheels for my sons truck and just kept hitting brick walls, because of the rare size of the wheel size and lug nut pattern. I expressed my desire to get new wheels, but explained my dilemma. The super nice lady at the desk, Tammy I believe, said let me look around, and see what I can find. She called me an hour later and suggested powder coating the wheels we have, but explained the process, but said shed keep looking, and then about 15 minutes later called back and said she found some that would fit that were exactly what we had been looking for! Also gave me a great deal on tires! Totally thrilled with this place, and will definitely do business here again!

Every time I come in, the people here are so friendly! They seem genuine and I have never had an issue with the work they’ve done on my vehicles.

I went here for an oil change. It took about an hour because they were behind with other appointments. They said the oil change was on them since it too so long- which as a college student a free oil change means so much! They were very kind and I really appreciated them getting my car done before I needed to leave. I will definitely be coming back!

Overall pleasent experience but it wouldve been nice if they rotated my tires correctly but better than the other two locations Ive been too.

Wow it was a great experience. My tires were very very reasonable. I was so excited at the price. The people treated me so wonderful. I tell every one to go there.

Prices change from oil change to oil change. They charged my son 15 dollars for an oil plug that they pay maybe 4 buck for. He had and appointment and got there on time and they took another car in before him while he stood there in line. If I had not of bought two sets of tires from this place I would never go back. Will not recommend to anyone from now on.

Plaza Tire Service in Nixa, MO has great service, a knowledgeable, and fair prices. When I set an appointment for service they are ready, no waiting for an open bay or qualified technician. They have a good selection of tires in stock and offer lots of options. Oil changes are competitively priced and done quickly.

The shop I have been going to for the last couple years somehow missed a wheel bearing that had been bad for the past 6 plus months. Went in for the 3rd time to get it balanced and they surprised me with a $700 quote. My parents suggested I drive down to plaza and Tammy was super helpful and her crew got my bearing replaced for much cheaper, same day, no appt. Looks like Im switching shops to plaza

This was my first appointment with Plaza tire and I was extremely satisfied. Tammy is so kind and very helpful. My experience was great! I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in same day to get a flat repair for a tire that had a slow leak and to convert my tires to nitrogen. I didnt they did oil changes, too so I had them add that on after the fact. They were all super friendly and very accommodating! I would 100 times use them as a one stop shop thats close to home!

I always get my oil change done and tires rotated here. They offer lifetime alignments for $149.99. You can get your alignment done as often as you want for the life of the vehicle as long as you own it. Very friendly staff and normally pretty quick to get in and out.
