I’ve used Nixa Outdoor Equipment to service my equipment for a couple years now and have been very happy. They do a great job servicing my equipment. I purchased my last zero turn mower from there. Very competitive prices and great to work with.

The owner struggles with the truth. Stay away terrible business, do yourself a favor and take your equipment somewhere else for service and repairs. Thats true. So if you need a proper repair with a certified tech bring your equipment over.

The short version is my leaf blower sat in their shop for two months because 1. they did not tag it properly when it was checked in, 2. they don’t answer their phone, 3. they did not follow up when we left multiple messages. Save yourself the aggravation and use a different small engine repair shop.
