The service writers are knowledgeable, good listeners, and keep me updated with texts on the progress of my vehicles service.Always the services are completed in timely manner as promised. And, if additional problems are discovered, my service writer finds me in the waiting area and updates me.The facility is clean, wheel chair accessible, there are free snacks and beverages available to the public, and with ample seating.

Working with our sales consultant, Jay Bechara, was a great experience. He’s a very down to earth, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. We arrived in the early afternoon and didn’t leave the dealership until a couple hours after closing and Jay was there every step of the way and even took time to show us the interior functions of the new vehicle before we left. He truly takes time to ensure that you’re pleased with your purchase and will go the extra step. Jason Conn was also very knowledgeable and willing to handle each aspect of securing our financing to ensure that our purchase was completed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend working with these two individuals in the future to anyone looking for a personal and professional experience.

Found that my amazing Platinum warranty is pretty much a waste of money.  A known issue with Toyota Tundra is the rain gutter trim on the roof comes off.  At 30k it happened on the driver side.  It was replaced and was told we also really secured the passenger side by the tech.The passenger-side did come off...at 54k.  After 3-hours at the dealership and multiple discussions found my just like bumper to bumper Platinum warranty was mostly a fancy powertrain warranty.  Not covered.There are 2 reasons for not giving a 0 star rating.  The service tech did his best and even called corporate for me on it.  He also kept me updated all day.  And they did take $20 off the price of over $150 dollars.I have driven 45-minutes over to this dealership for service (oil changes, alignment, regular maintenance) since the Tundra was brand-new.  Always felt it was worth the extra cost.  I will not be back...unless the engine falls out which may/may not be covered by my amazing Platinum warranty.

We werent actually planning to buy a car right yet.... But Neal was great to work with, very knowledgeable in fact probably the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. He was also able to find the vehicle we wanted and get it saved for us. He showed us all the features of the car which was also a first and made the process painless for the most part (always hate the signing of two books of papers). The car was is better than we had expected and he keep in contact through the whole process. Jason in Finance was also great to work with made paperwork easy and worked with us on our questions and strived to get us the best rates which we feel he did. Overall a great team all around and it shows.

Ashlyn was great to work with and so was Sam. I did have a little bit of a concern when it came to the navigation system/compass not working in the vehicle I purchased. I would have liked that to be fixed before purchasing, but I was told that I would have to take it to a Ram dealership. I took it to Ed Martin Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram in Anderson and it has been a headache since. I had to have the radio replaced. While waiting for my new radio to come in, my battery wouldnt hold a charge. I had to jump it every time I wanted to go somewhere. When my new radio came in, the navigation still wouldnt work. Now they have to order another new radio. I am waiting for it to come in now. The customer service I am getting from the service person there is terrible, but thats not any fault of yours. I believe your dealership probably would have got better service from them, being another Ed Martin dealership, than what I am. Its too bad that you guys are linked together because that service person is single handily making all Ed Martin dealerships look bad.

Most pleasant car buying experience Ive ever had. The sales man (Sam Martin) found a car that was perfect for me. The fiancé woman (Im sorry I cant recall her name at the moment) was very pleasant to work with. Every time ive gone to buy a car, it turned into a whole day process. This time, it was less than 3 hours.

Overall a pretty good experience. I carried ahead of time took ensure they had the vehicle I was interested in. Derik had it pulled up and waiting for me when I got there. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is I felt the offer they gave me for my trade was low. I did my research before going in and felt they fell a bit short.They had the lowest prices in state within 2 hours of me. Ultimately, we made a deal. I LOVE my new highlander! I would recommend and return to Ed Martin Toyota.

Took my 2018 RAV4 for an oil change, with no appointment. I was in and out in an hour, the service advisor was friendly, and they didnt try to sell me extra services I didnt want or need. Their clean and spacious waiting area was a nice bonus, and they washed my car, too! Overall great experience, will definitely come back.

I love Ed Martin. Ive been taking my Sequoia to them for years and theyve always been great! I ended up buying a new truck and trading in my Sequoia with them and that experience was also fantastic! I always look forward to my oil changes because everyone there is so nice.

Place was great. I emailed them through Car Gurus and they had me approved in no time. And I looked for months to find the car I wanted with all the options and color I wanted. I had a 2 hour drive but well worth it. They made it a easy and great transaction. Also gave me a fair price on my trade in.

Was leaving on a trip, when an unexpected issue happened with my battery in my Toyota Tundra. I took the truck to Ed Martin Toyotas service department. It was near the time the service department was to close. They still took me in and ran a diagnostic test on the battery and charging system. They found the battery had a dead cell, and also found the positive battery cable was bad. They replaced both issues in a timely manner, and I was able to leave as planned. Don S.

My wife bought a car from them and its been in the shop 7 times. Called the salesman and never got a reply from him. Talked to the sales manager. Very rude and tried to talk over me. He even did that to my wife. I had to give 1 star rating. Wish there was a way to give less. We would rather ride a bike or catch a bus before we spend our hard earned money with these folks. If you know Land Cruisers you know GM Eric Sargeant. He has a great reputation in the community and today I found out why. Sent him a message early one morning looking for a VERY hard to find fastener for my vehicle. Every other Toyota dealer in my state was sold out of this part. Eric immediately replied to my message and had a tech call me. His tech had pulled out all the spare parts he had and guess what. He had two of the exact part I needed. He threw them in the mail free of charge. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. The part wasnt very expensive, but the time both Eric and his tech spent isnt free. I was blown away by this kind gesture on a very busy Friday afternoon. I havent purchased a vehicle from Eric, havent even bought any parts from him. That didnt matter, he knows his reputation and generally likes helping the Land Cruiser community. Morale of the story, if you have a GM that is this engaged with the customer you are going to have a very successful operation. So thank you Eric, and also to the tech who spent time on the phone w/ me and my local shop. Next vehicle I need, Im coming straight to you.

I never have a problem with ED Martin Toyota service. The only reason why I am not giving a 5-start in this review is that for this service I went in for Oil Change and Tire Rotation. During the service they found a nail in the tire, which they advised repair would be $33.00. I agreed since the car was already being serviced but many tire services will do a simple repair for free to $10.00. I felt fee is a little high for simple tire repair. This is simply my opinion. Service was great though.

We were interested in a BMW right after they listed it. We contacted them and placed a hold on the car. In the mean time, they received many calls on the car, so they increased the price by $1000!!!! Thats a bad way of doing business.Initial sales person said they would send pictures( in a few minutes). Plus they needed $500 to hold the car. 4 hours later, we found out the car wasnt at the dealership. It was at a shop. Plus a 2nd sales person said they dont charge $500 to hold a car. All we wanted was straight answers & the sales person to do what they said they would do.We drove 450 miles one way to inspect the car & did end up buying the car. After discussing the increase of $1000, they did reduce the car price. The person who handled the cash sales was great to work with.I would not do business with them again.

Been getting regularly scheduled oil changes and maintenance from Ed Martin over the last 335,000 miles on my truck and its still running! This visit had a little hiccup, but John Mills was available to talk with me on a Sunday and got my truck back in first thing Monday Morning. The issue was taken care of and I was able to get to my scheduled appointments on time! Always hope that nothing goes wrong, but the quality of the company shows when they have to correct something that didnt go right.

Don’t recommend at all! Low ball offers, the sales manager will lie right to your face! Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Lies all around, avoid at all costs. They stated they had too many trucks already on the lot, but the seriously didn’t have 1 single tundra for sale. Not a single one. Nothing but lies, I will give them no more business. Stay away!

When I scheduled the service online I was contacted by phone the following day, as it was after hours when I scheduled the service. The service writer verified the requested service, vehicle and mileage then asked if I would like a complimentary car wash when they were done. I agreed to the car wash and thought it was a nice touch. When I picked up my vehicle it had not been washed, however the tag in the windshield has wash written on it and the service write up states clearly a wash was performed. If they clearly skipped this step but wrote the job up as being done, what other corners are being cut on my vehicle? Did they actually change the oil? Rotate the tires? I know it’s just a wash but it was sold as part of the service and it was not completed. I was not impressed with this trip to the dealership.

I did not have a good experience while buying my car here, or with the service department. The car salesman was rude, and didnt know much about the car. When I would ask questions, he wouldnt know the answer, and just wanted me to buy the car without having my questions answered.I took my car in for 5000 mile service, which is only tire rotation. I sat there in my car in the garage where you are supposed to pull in, and I was completely ignored. Finally, I got out of the car and went inside to get someone to come out to help me. The guy was not helpful. Furthermore, he said it was going to be 2-2.5 hours just to rotate some tires, it did not look busy. It took more than 4 hours.

Two months later we found a used Toyota Land Cruiser on their website and drove up on a Sunday to look it over and were lucky that the vehicle was unlocked. My experience at Ed Martin Toyota was outstanding. My saleswoman listened and valued my time. She was transparent as well as having a lot of product knowledge. I didnt know just what I wanted, so she helped me decide without being pushy. And the Finance guys were great too! I hear that the service is wonderful too. I have friends that bought from other Toyota dealerships all over the city. They all come to Ed Martin Toyota for service now. I couldnt be more satisfied!

Our experience here was awesome! Sam Martin and Justo Rodriguez were amazing in assisting us getting exactly what we came for! Sam definitely made us feel welcome even though honestly we kinda looked like the Clampits when we walked in 😂 we had just gotten off of work and the environment we work in is a dusty dirty mess sometimes! But Sam and Justo both made us feel like we were meant to be there! Thanks guys!

I took my car to repair for the first time and everything was fine but a week later it was damaged by the same. As I take it by guarantee they treated me super badly and wanted to charge $ 150 to pass the scanner again!
