Store looked clean and maintained. There were plenty of cashiers available. Love the choices of items available at this store!

Great place to shop. But stock is spotty. Picked one item needed 2 they had them but 3 were broken they did have 2 that were good. But you shouldnt have to check everything as close. I mean glass broken, candle holder falling out of the bottom and no way to fix.

I buy so many things for the house at this store! Its huge! Its like the Home Depot for a woman! Everything is priced fairly, and you can catch so great deals too. We just bought our new Christmas tree here, and its the most beautiful one we have owned!

I just went through this place for the first time, and wow. They are so organized, and the selection, its like a big lost but way bigger, and way better. The selection is incredible and they have so much that you wont find at any other furniture place, I couldnt help but take as many pictures as I did, there were just way too many items and a lot i wanted to remember for when i actually have the money for the furniture. The staff wasnt over barring either, you just walk at your own pace and find what you want and if you need help they will be right there. I highly reccomend this place, only downside: I see myself spending too much money here.

Store is very unorganized. You have laundry in the middle of glasses and in 2 other different areas. Back of the store is pretty much empty.

The bathroom smelled worse than a taco bell bathroom after 100 people ate 35 bean burritos each, Im pretty sure that just by entering that bathroom I got 5 different types of aids. There is no words that can describe the stomach wretching smell that eminated from that bathroom, not even a bug would want to be in that bathroom.

Had some neat holiday stuff. Honestly, seemed like the store was incomplete. Could be transitioning but there were some empty zones that didnt have product. Not saying it should be jammed pack but just seemed like a few points up from a organized flea market.

I love this stored however my experience at this location was terrible. I needed one more cushion to complete my patio, so I ordered online and drove 30 minutes to this location to pick it up. My normal location is super friendly, staffed well, and has minimal wait times. This location was not the same experience. I waited at the register for 5 minutes with 2 other people before a cashier even walked up to the register. She had an attitude, didn’t greet me, wasn’t friendly at all. When I told her my last name and then clarified how to spell it, she didn’t let the person who finds the orders know how to spell it. When I asked her about that she rolled her eyes and said they’d figured it out and if they didn’t, they would call. IMO this is TERRIBLE customer service. Why would you waste anyone’s time like that? The customer or the other staff member’s time? I will not be going back to this location again.

Lots of empty shelves, other shelves were so overstuffed I couldnt tell what was even there. Not very organized. Some nice furniture and outdoor items, other items looked cheap and junky.

This store is wonderful! Small treasures waiting to be found to spruce up your living space! Furniture, dishes, space savers and pictures, bedding and more. The name says it all things to make you feel AT HOME.

Doesnt enforce its own mask policy, local hilljacks mouth breathing COVID everywhere. You should avoid if youre not vaccinated.

Store was not very clean. Some items were worth it. But others were not. 50-50.

Excellent and Friendly Customer Service

I went in specifically looking for a rug that I had been looking at on line and decided to go to the location to get it. The location is a bit overwhelming cause it has two different rug areas and going through and trying to find what I was looking for was challenging. It was hard to get any assistance and the assistance I got they just pointed me in the direction of the rugs which I had already searched in that area but didnt get any real help so I left!

The only store in town to carry the items I had been searching for and had plenty in stock too.

Store was in disarray. Couldnt tell clearance items from regular items. They do have a good assortment of items, if you like to dig and continuously ask for price check

If you are a bargain hunter, At Home is the place to go. Its kind of like a HomeGoods on steroids, especially around the holidays.I love their rug selection especially.Good prices, always changing merchandise. Not always the best quality or condition, but go in expecting that and youll find something you need (or dont need).

A lot of variety and lots of products! Reasonably priced but I wouldnt consider the prices to be a discount.

For a store that specializes in all things HOME the exterior of the store is in abysmal condition; liter, cigarette butts, an overflowing trash can, weeds everywhere, filthy floors and entrance area...No one should have to step over trash to spend their money. Its wholly unacceptable for any store, let alone a store dedicated to improving ones surroundings, to be allowed to look like a dump.Do better, AT HOME, your appearance is shameful.

I would give it 5 stars but the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Out of 5 stalls only one was not full of feces. That stall didnt have toilet paper and the seat was broken. The floors and even walls are incredibly dirty. The sinks were dirty, I was afraid to even wash my hands

At Home always has what I need & then so much more that I didnt know I needed until shopping. Ha! Priced very competitive with a unique variety you do not see in other stores. They offer nice after season sales. You can check out some inventory online which is helpful. I hope they could expand and offer purchasing items online.

Husband and kids were bored. I could have spent hours looking. No store closer than 2 hours away from us. Poor Hobby Lobby 2 doors down looked forgotten.

Item is in stock, but nowhere to be found. 🙄I drove an hour and a half to buy a planter. I checked the website and saw that there were two in stock. Now I know that there was no guarantee that the planter was actually in stock, but I figured I’d give it a shot.I browsed the three areas that the website listed as possible areas the planter could be. I couldn’t find it! My husband asked the ONLY employee that could be found in the entire store...a lone cashier. She agreed that there were supposedly two in stock, and directed us to the same three I’d already looked.Pretty disappointing. 🙁

The store is big and bright, however it is sometimes hard to find what you are looking for. The shelves arent marked and they are usually in a mess. Some of clearance stuff isnt really all that marked down.

Customer service not the best; difficult to find associates when you have questions. Not greeted upon entrance or throughout store. Choices of furnishings are good, and many great deals on just-out-of-season items if you know where to look.

This store is amazing! This was my first time visiting and it was so much more than I expected. Its huge, but there is some great organization so you can find what youre looking for. Be prepared to walk around and find things you didnt know you needed, especially in the holiday section.

Think Hobby Lobbys home decor section with WAY more stuff. I enjoy the At Home store. They have an impressive selection of furniture, home decor and seasonal items. You my be able to find literally ANY chair, couch or stool you could possibly hope for at than place. Set aside a couple hours to tour the whole store. Its pretty massive. Reasonable prices as well. Tip: If you sign up online for their rewards program, you get 10% off your first purchase which will go a long way if youre buying furniture.

Cool place even for a guy! I have a new home and decor ideas in there are numerous. The hours of being open worries me, as I mostly see older ladies working at night. They may need scale back to 9pm. Other than issue the place is spot on.

The store in theory is really cool, and they have a lot of cute stuff. However, I wasnt impressed with the prices, it was pretty disorganized, and when we walked in our first greeting was, Guys we close in 28 minutes. Another interaction with a different staff member was similarly abrupt.

What a huge place. Great variety and quantity of options. Not just one-of-a-kind stuff off the back of a truck. Very well organized and fun to browse. You will find something new every time you shop.

Very good store for home goods. They had seven or more aisles dedicated to patio seat cushions and that was just the start. It might not be the cheapest place around, but theyve got quite a selection. From garden decorations to picture frames and paintings. Theyve got about anything to dress up your home.

Usually packed to the gills with seasonal delights, but this close to Christmas they were clearing out stock. This left a number of the shelves disorganized or empty. I understand the turnover, but the clutter and disorganization made it harder to shop for what we were looking for.

At Home is a huge warehouse full of home goods. Its fun to spend a little time there and see what they have. Staff are friendly but there arent many throughout the store (fair, because its huge). Theres a huge variety of decor items. Great for gifts.The downside is that nothing there is cheaper than other places. It looks like prices should be less but whenever Ive compared identical items, other stores are cheaper.
