I went to Bed Bath & Beyond looking for a few organizers. I purchased a couple of cubes. They were not exactly what I was looking for but I decided to try them. The cubes fold down when not in use. There were several different patterns to choose from. And they were 2/ $15.00. Smaller sizes were available for 2/ $10.00. And I had a coupon for $5.00 off any purchase of $15.00.

Got what we needed quickly. They opened another register because the line was getting long. Service was good. Employees were friendly. Store was clean. Exactly what I expected.

We always find what we are seeking or a serviceable equivalent. Good prices.

They had associates asking if you need help finding something. When we went to checkout they had 2 cashiers working and a line then 2 more came up to help didnt take long to checkout.

Had to return something. Didnt have a receipt. They were awesome in helping with out a receipt.

I always shop online before going to store, and this location always have what I need. Customer service is fantastic too.

We found what we were looking for but the store was almost empty of merchandise it was very odd there werent very many people in there either.

Had what I needed, clean store, helpful employee (her name is Macy), and quick checkout.

Had an absolutely awful experience here one Sunday morning. Wife and I are looking for three simple items. Shelves were picked clean with no effort to restock and no one to help access “overflow” storage that is visible but out of reach. Finally, I go through an open door to stock room and grab what we need. Store associates were rude that I took matters into my own hands, but I make no apologies for trying to spend money in their store. I’ll look forward to buying all of my housewares on Amazon from now on...no wonder this dump is going out of business.

Always walk out with more than I planned to get. I like how they have thinned out some of the displays in the aisles. More roomy to walk and get the carts around.

It’s one of the busiest times of the year, but, most everyone inside the store was hustling to help guests. One employee, I believe named Annalise, went above and beyond to find my pickup order for me.

They have packed a ton of merchandise in this store. Great selection of curtains.

The people there are very kind and help you as much as possible. They will walk to areas of the store where certain products that you want are and even help you when are debating between products they will give you their options about the products.

The fragrances in the store are always so fresh

I love the Bed Bath & Beyond store! I can use my 20% off coupon no matter when it expired on items that are already priced great and save even more money. They also stand behind their products and help or exchange any items if there is a problem. Love the selection that they have on most items and the customer service is great too. Great quality home store with fair prices and great selection of home wares from kitchen appliances to bath bedding and beyond! Navigation into this one is tricky most hours of any day. Traffic is heavily congested.

Returned a Christmas present today and it was quick and easy, even without a receipt. Employees were friendly and helpful. Store was laid out easily and was clean. Easy in and out trip. Found everything I needed.

Always seems overstocked, to the point of cluttered. When they have similar items of both low and higher prices, one employee acted almost angry when I asked where the lower priced ones were. Id advise to check their website inventory and also call to verify what they have and the prices before you go there.

So much selection. Every item has three or four options, so you can get exactly what you need. They also usually have displays so you can test your product beforehand. This location is somewhat understaffed but it isnt too bad most of the time.

Manager Shannon is awesome! I needed 9 curtain panels. Had to pic them up at the Noblesville store. She could only find 7 there. Shannon found 2 at the Fort wayne store and to save time, got them from that mgr. and delivered them herself to the store nearest to my house! Talk about great customer service!!

OKAY, so this place is the amazing of the amazing. They have everything. They have beds, they have baths, and beyoooond. They do not however have any leisure suits, so I am unable TO LEISURE. But they have amazing products and amazing prices. The workers are nice. My goodness LOVE IT.

At first I had like 4 different people ask me if I needed help. I like to just browse...but when I could not find something I turned and they were there. Where we were not successful in finding what I needed the even looked it up online. Still no luck on the one item. But I had picked out a bedspread and on my way up to the register she stopped me and apologized again for not having what I needed and was glad I was able to find something. While she was there she helped me figure out if the set I bought would fit my bed. Then signed up me up for the membership that gets you 20% off all year....my purchase already paid for itself!!!

Megan, the manager, turned my day around! I couldnt find anything I was looking for, and I was NOT in a pleasant mood! She assisted me for over an hour! She is very kind. I got what I needed (after a ton of effort on her part), and I had a ton of laughs in the process!

Terrible..called to make sure they had in store what I wanted. Asked twice with more emphasis. They said yes absolutely. Made 50 mile round trip to be told..sorry we do not carry that. Thanks for nothing BBB.

Bought a super comfy anti gravity chair to go camping for dmb weekend

Last 2 times I was here there were no shopping carts left for customers but several sitting around the store full of merchandise that needed put on the shelves. I like this store but wish there was a better method to put up inventory than using the carts.

Very clean store, very friendly staff, I love shopping here just because of the range of products they carry and the great prices. Literally anything home related is here and they always have coupons to increase the deal.

Always buy supplies for my electric razor here. Also great coffee selection and lots of home and bedding supplies.

Decided to do our wedding registry at this location, was pretty disappointed. Nothing was stocked well, several things out of place, just not a great experience overall.

Extremely helpful staff; professional and always available to ask questions. Purchased new pillows, (keeps head cool as advertised).

I called the 800 number ahead of time and was told I could return the sheets I bought online at the store. When I got there, they said they could send them back for me, but Id have to wait for the refund. Get your stories straight.

Wanted to buy a coffee maker but the product was at the very top of of the shelves. Waited for the near by employee to finish up with a customer. After he finished with them he walked and took another customer so we decided to walk and find another employee. None could be found... not even at the customer service desk. After waiting and not receiving any help after 30 minutes searching for help we left. Either they are under staffed or they dont care.

Well you lost a customer today. One of your employees wrongly tags an item for an extremely low price and you say that you dont tag stuff like that. Funny how every item is tagged with the same sticker it just has a different price. When this point was made well another customer must have done that. This is also false as weve all seen those cheap square price tags ripped, bent, etc when customers play that game. This was clearly directly from the price gun. When asked if I could get a discount she offered the standard 20% discount like that wasnt a coupon I already had in my pocket. I wasnt expecting to get this for the price marked but due to the employee error I should have gotten this marked down more. The manager was rude and obviously was accusing me of her employees error. Keep your over priced merchandise. I can purchase online the same thing for lower prices.

Not a fan of this store, they give you hard time with returns, make up their own rules saying they have to ship the product to BB&B warehouse, and then the warehouse will process the return!! Never heard or seen such a made-up policy at any other store including other BB&B in the area.

A bit disappointed that they dont restock more. I have been to 2 northside locations in attempt to purchase 2 more curtain panels and everytime I go they have none in stock. Couldnt find the panels on their website so I am stuck.

I honestly did not think the prices were that great. I can find better prices for similar stuff at TJ Maxx, At Home and IKEA all day long that is much better quality. Almost every bedding item I looked at seemed like it was not that great quality. Im talking 3 piece bedding sets marked $89.99 feels like walmart $24.99 set. I browsed the entire store. Which took forever because I found it hard to find anything. Yes, areas were marked with signs but there was just shelving full of random stuff in a lot of areas. I went searching for a carry on bag for an upcoming trip and bedsheets they didnt have much in the way of luggage. They had 3 random pieces. One had no tag, the only small rolling case they had was hideous and it was on clearance for $112👀. There was another random huge suitcase that was flimsy on clearance for $61.99 .😒 If you need luggage this location is not the place to go. The website led me to believe there would be more of a selection. This store was really packed and it just seemed chaotic in there. A lot of items did not have prices on them and there was no shelf tag in sight. I put several things back that I might have purchased had I been given even a slight clue what it cost. A lot of random clearance mixed in the shelves and in random carts everywhere. I did like the kitchen gadgets selection, there was a lot of fun colorful stuff buuuut at the same time At Home is about the same with probably a larger selection and seems to be cheaper. The employees were nice and willing to help thats literally the only reason why I gave 2 stars. They have candles but Target, Meijer, Walmart is about the same price or cheaper so I really wouldnt travel out of my way to come here for that. I will say if you are looking for an as seen on tv item they probably have it. Everywhere I looked there was an entire aisle or an end cap with random as seen on tv items. Idk, Im just not sure what all the hype is because I was recommended to go to this store many times by people but honestly I probably wont go there again after being in the store for over an hour I walked out with a package of cookies I got on the way to the register and a small travel toiletries bag I found on clearance for $4.99. Idk, I really dont know what the big deal is. Its just as if Walmarts as seen on tv aisle took a dump in a box and named it Bed Bath & Beyond.

In the past 2 years this store has just gone down hill. Areas all a mess, employees having no idea on certain things and the organization of this place was horrible. Rather go to the one off of US31 in Westfield anymore.

We were very disappointed in the service. The store refused to take back a defective product because they said it was past the date that they take products back. Afterward they wanted me to use my 20% to checkout the product in my hand. I stated that I had was going to check Amazon. I did make the purchase from Amazon (it was $1 more for 2.5 times the product and Amazon will take it back) We will not be buying many products in the future except for wedding gifts !

Apparently If you dont have a receipt even with tags still in place and proof of purchase via card 20% of your refund is kept by the store. Washed up store use Amazon instead Soon to be Sears and jcpenney put these thieves out of business.
