Today I went into Rack Room Shoes. I loved the customer service from the lady working! I was buying shoes for my daughter for her first day of Preschool. I needed socks and she was so helpful, leading me to the last pair! Thanks for the great service employee # 104154! :)

Good store to get Converse. Usually have buy one and get one 50% off. Join their rewards program and save $15 everytime you spend $200. They keep track and you dont have to buy them all at the same time. Lots of sneakers, and shoes for kids. Friendly staff.

Next time your employees want to watch me and my family shop for shoes they could do their job and ask if we need help instead of pretending to fix socks and stare us down. Won’t be back and if my sister wasn’t on a time crunch would not have purchased what we did but I’ll make sure nobody else like US waste their time or money because it’s clearly not appreciated.

This store STINKS. The bad smell hits you like a ton of bricks. Was in the store 2 minutes. I had to hold my breath while walking out.
