I stopped in looking for pair of Iron Ranger boots and was very pleased with the service and knowledge of Miss Amber that helped me. After a quick digital foot scan measurement, I tried on a few sizes to make sure fit was correct. didnt happen to have color i was looking for but ordered and delivered to my door in about a week. Boots look and feel great im certain they will get better with age. Glad I stopped in great overall experience.

I live 5 min from this store and I will drive 30 min to another location before I ever go back to this store! Their boots are great the selection is okay but the staff is rude and act like you owe them something. I went so far as to shop at another store all together unfortunately the 2 pair of boots I got from that store both failed in less than a month. So I guess I will be going back to redwing but I will never again step foot in the Noblesville location!

Great shoes, horrible customer service and staff. Told me my work boots wound be fixed by 5PM the following day and when I went to pick them up they hadn’t even been touched. Can’t work without my boots. Now I have to drive to another location because the young girl doesn’t know how to do anything except make excuses.

I just want to say how great the customer service is at this location, Lynn is by far the kindest, most knowledgeable employee I’ve ever dealt with at any retail store. Only one other place competes with this level of service and that’s my buddies gun shop. She will help you from start to finish, she’s literally had five different pairs of boots out in front of me and did bat a eye to grab a sixth. Even with my indecisiveness she stuck through it and didn’t get frustrated with me and all my questions. I’llnever buy from another Redwing store. And I’ve all over the state of Indiana

The customer service here is amazing! My boyfriend and I have both bought boots here within the last 6 months and the owner (Lynn) was extremely helpful to both of us. She helped me to find exactly what I needed within my boot allowance price range. And she helped my boyfriend to find the perfect pair of boots for his line of work, along with some great insoles that really aid in the comfort of his feet during long work days on concrete floors. Ive recommended to many and will continue to do so!

Wow! What a great experience. The customer service was beyond anything we expected. I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of styles they had. The owner enthusiastically helped us select the best shoe for our needs and wasnt pushy at all. Knowing we wanted a higher end shoe, we stopped into Red Wing on a whim thinking wed end up at a boutique in clay terrace or Hamilton Town Center. So glad we went to Red Wings first, it was exactly what we needed. Both the owner and the very nice sales associate went through details on the warranty and care instructions. It was definitely the best shoe buying experience Ive ever had.

Went in back in December looking into some new works boots knowing Red Wings unmatched reputation in the boot world. I was trying to get an idea of what I wanted when my boot allowance kicked in and left with a new set of strings to replace the tattered ones on my destroyed old boots, courtesy of the owner, Lynn, in hopes of my future business.It took longer than I wanted to get into a new pair of boots but when the funding came in I went back into the store and Aaron, with the help of his mom (Didnt catch her name), set me up with a new set of work boots that fit perfectly. They were patient with my apparently oddly shaped feet that have trouble fitting into steel toes and found the perfect ones for me.Hands down one of the best stores of any kind Ive ever been to in my life.

Excellent customer service, honestly I expected the same thing as most other shoe stores where youre left out to find the perfect pair after trying 10 others but the rep was very helpful in helping me spend as little time doing what I love the least, buying clothes. Definitely recommend.

Bought a pair of boots here over a year ago and had an excellent experience. I called yesterday and spoke to the owner (Lynn) regarding a defect in my boots. One of the metal speed hooks on my Iron Rangers sheered off, at only a year old. I was interested in getting them repaired, as I still love the boots. Lynn told me she wasnt sure what could or could not be done, but she would call Red Wing and call me back.She called me back just a few hours later and told me the bad news; the boots could not be repaired. She explained that the repair would loosen the leather and the resulting product would be too likely to fail again. Before I could say a word, she said so we will be replacing the boots. She continued stating to come in at my convenience and that they would get me all taken care of.I was stunned and in complete shock. Lynn did not need to do this for me and I do not believe that Red Wing made the decision to replace my boots. I think that Lynn handed me a new pair of Red Wing boots today to replace my defective ones, on her dime. Maybe Red Wing has a program for franchisees to return defective boots, but I highly doubt it. My best guess is that Lynn, being a small business owner took it upon herself to take care of the customer. Maybe she can write it off as a loss, but that is not the point. Lynn took it upon herself to make the customer feel valued and well taken care of.This level of customer service is very rare anymore. You can buy good boots online, but you cannot buy a good customer service experience. I have only bought one pair of boots from the store so far, but I am going to treat my wife to a new pair of boots, as a way to say thank you for the great experience. I wish I had the money to buy everyone I know a pair, but at least I can tell everyone I meet about the great experience I have had at this store.Red Wing may make great boots, but its their franchise owners that make all the difference. The store may show negative a pair of boots today, but Lynn added a customer for life.

Will never shop at this store again. I have 5 pair of there boots at my house most of them are great boots. I have ran across about 6-7 pair that did not hold up and I needed to return and they did that for me. Well I call and ask for some boots ri be ordered and I was told that they would be ordered and Id be given a call when they come in. Three weeks go by and I go into the store today and was greeted by Lynn who is the store owner, I asked if my boots have come in that I ordered and was told no because Ive bought to many boots and returned them. Number one dont tell a long time customer whos has bought their boots at your store going on 6 years that you will order something and then dont. I needed these boots for work. I will never again shop at a redwing shoe store. I will drive 2 hours to someone who is honest and might sell me a booy that holds up. I have never been so disrespected in front of other people in my life Lynn is a rude hateful person and I do not reccomend this store for any reason.

I buy these expensive boots even though I have no need for them. I just buy them so I can look like I know what a hard days work is. I drive a 2015 Dodge Ram with a lift kit, dual rear tires, I have a smoke stack on the back for dumpin diesel, and 8-1000 lumen military grade photon beam LED light bars so I can be seen, and a thin blue line/desecrated American Flag on the back. I need all this and these boots to feel relevant. I also think that mayonnaise is too spicy. Thank you Red Wing. I stand about 511 but wear a size 7 in mens. Theyre a god send.
