Not good at all. Don’t bother bringing perfect clothing that is in demand to this location. I bought exactly what the store needed, 2 baskets and 2 large bags. I don’t even think they looked through it. They bought 3 name brand items for 14 dollars. I only sold those because I took the time to lug everything there. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Its very nice inside and welcoming. The ladies in their are also nice. The prices are a little higher than other ones around the city thats the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars.

Great consignment shop! Found a cute dress, nice shoes, and a purse all for less than I would have spent if I had went to a department store. They all looked like they had hardly been worn. I also had a coupon for 20% off! You earn points whenever you shop there! Great experience!

High prices, but good finds.

I so wanted to like this store when I moved to Plainfield; however, all they sell is a lot of cheap clothing and off-brand plastic shoes. And thats what they tend to buy most. I have a pair of $300 Italian leather boots that they didnt want, but they bought the cheap no-name, non-leather boots that I got from Goodwill. Last time selling there and definitely will only buy there as a last resort!!

The wife loves this place! They do have some good stuff at good prices for most people other than men. Lol

Came in the other night with some clothes, jewelry, etc. I was the only one in there and waited for A WHILE as the (who seemed to be) manager was chatting with the buyer and playing with the items I brought in. I completely understand chatting with eachother during the process, but they werent going through anything at the time.. and this lasted for quite a bit. I also brought in a new piece of jewelry, which was still in the nicely wrapped bag/box that it was bought in. Instead of putting the bag nicely back on the basket like it was, she crammed it in the side of the basket which caused the bag to rip and such. While it is just a bag, it was brought in completely undamaged. The employee who did this knows she crammed it into the side of the basket because she took her sweet time doing so and made a comment to the other employee about this. Disrespectful and rude throughout the whole visit.

This is a nice place to buy used clothing, and the staff were very friendly; but as for consigning/selling your clothes to them, it wasnt a great experience for me. I took in a variety of name brand shorts & tops, and on average, I received $2.50-$4 per item (receipt attached, showing brands & how much Simply Chic paid me for the items). Some of the items were NYDJ Shorts, new with tags, that I had paid over $60/pair, and never wore. The good thing about Simply Chic, is that you do not have to bring your items in on hangers. However, Ive never had such a small pay-out for consignment items at other consignment stores.

A friend told me about this place and I love it! The clothes were all in great condition and much more stylish than what you would find at like a Goodwill. It is more expensive than a Goodwill is but its still a bonus to get a $100 pair of jeans for under $20 bucks

Not been to the other locations but this one is really nice. I wanted button down shirts to wear with nursing camis and did not want to get new stuff for temporary use. This place has a wide selection and is very well organized and spacious, rows of racks are far enough apart you dont feel claustrophobic. Not sure how prices compare to other places but I felt like I walked out with a lot for $40 - they also were having a sale at the time. Nice brands and everything seemed in good condition.

Noblesville location crew has changed drastically the girls who are there presently seem really cold and unfriendly to new visitors. Ive been to this location three times and really enjoyed my time. The ladies were all warm and welcoming. New girls need a class or two of customer service.

Resale shop with name brands and the clothes and everything they buy is in almost new condition. Got 2 pairs of 👢, super cute and clean. Spent under $25.

Just left there. Nobody greeted me or my friend. Clothes were overpriced for a resale store,not very many name brands,I was told it was an upscale resale,but it had old navy and kohls brands,plus mostly old lady clothes,nothing trendy. I would not recommend to anyone unless they wanna be snubbed. The clothes were more expensive than new clothes.Not worth it.

Im not a big shopper, but they have loads of cool stuff, shoe sizes for plenty of women, different clothes for all sizes of women, and gorgeous jewelry, you should check it out

So many great finds here! They have sizes up to 3X in tops, tanks, pants and workout clothes. I always hit them up first if Im in need of some retail therapy!!

Best store of all the locations. More variety and people are the friendliest at this location.
