Extremely friendly staff, bathrooms are modern and clean! Hectic gas pump area but they all seem to be working this evening. Nice location, wouldn’t hesitate to stop again if I needed to!

The classiest looking gas station Ive encountered -- complete with chandeliers in the store and marble walls in the restrooms. Clean, convenient -- a great pit stop option before battling Indy traffic when headed south on I-69.

This place is such a drag of a gas station. The parking lot/gas lanes are always a zoo. Gas pumps are frequently out of service (at least 2-4 EVERY TIME IVE STOPPED! Seriously?!?). They accept Kroger rewards points but frequently that doesnt work either. Today, I had to scan my credit card three times before it worked. So frustrating!!My advice, steer clear of this gas station.

Shell employee extremely rude. My battery was giving me trouble. I have a jumper box with me and I politely asked him if I could please plug it into either of the two outlets so I could jumb my car. One is outsoor just to thebleft of the front main door..the other is just inside the 2nd set of doors and both are not not being used. He quickly said no way!...not gonna happen. He said we do not xharhe electrix cars. I explained to him that the $82 in fuel I just purchased ought to be enougj proof that my SUV is a gas engine but he didnt agree. He said I am going to have to wait for another customer to come in and approach them to ask for help or call 911. Its now 1:48am. Also this new gas station routinely has 4 to 6 of their 20 fuel pumps out of service.

I just changed this from 5 stars to 1 star. They got a new manager a few months ago and since then this place has declined incredibly. The place is dirty and poorly managed. The fountains are so dirty and caked with sugar they won’t stop on their own and at least 1/3 of them are out. The new employees are rude and there is never enough help at the cash register. The place is always out of stock and if you ask for something to be refilled they look at you like your being rude for asking. If your lucky they will refill it but their favorite excuse is that they are too busy. What about the middle of the night when no one is there? Stay away and go to the Get Go on the other side. Prices are better and people are more friendly.

Employees dont wear masks nor do they inforce a mask mandate even tho there is a sign on the door saying mask required. Dirty bathroom.

It’s been two years and still one of the urinals is broken and the dividers between the urinals are broken off the wall. I guess these are very special order items since it takes more than two years to replace.

It’s a nice store but their gas is always higher than other stations in the area. Usually the BP on the other side of the highway is much cheaper

The sweet lady at the counter got a gentleman working there to get my two big bags of ice and carry them to my car for me. I couldnt believe it. Ive told everyone about her kind gesture. Made my day. Outstanding customer service. Happened on Mon. Morning around 8:00 1/25/16

This is the fanciest gas station youll ever see AND their prices are so reasonable!

Cashier spoke very quietly and then got mad at me when I misunderstood his question. Prices are always much more expensive than anything else in the area and I can’t always use my credit card when pumping gas (it makes me use debit).

The gas station was easy to pull in to, easy to get out of. The machine that we were at though, ran out of paper, so we ended up having to go in to get a receipt instead of just pulling out and leaving like we were hoping to.

Older lady charged me twice for everything because she thought I was a new person that just walked up, I had been standing there. My kid had mints he got charged twice for. She said I bought $25 in gas I said $20. Pumped it and I was right $20 so she over charged me for that also. I saw her do this to another person 3 people in front of me, while my kid was in the bathroom. I will Never be going here again. Liquor store next door is great though

Beautiful facility!! Ive never stepped foot in a nicer gas station. Marble walls in the bathrooms, granite countertops throughout, reverse osmosis water fountains, etc. Never though Id rate a gas station but Wow!!

Ive patroned this service center several times without bringing public discussion to this sexist establishment. I have worked in the Oil and Gas corporate consulting industry for five years. This by far is the WORST convenience store experiment Ive ever witnessed in the United States of America. I suggest releasing, Waleed, the server working at 4:18 am on 8/3/16. Waleed neglected his early morning customers needs by failing to greet customers for several minutes while he slept in the back office, failed to give me a receipt, harassed me with sexist comments, refused to provide his managers contact information, and then threatened to call the police. Who are you employing, Shell? Your brand is tampered and tainted. I am beyond disappointed in this customer engagement.

Overpriced. Manager was rude to employees. Hurst go down the street to rickers, youll save way more on gas/food.
