Our family reconnected over the COVID shutdown and fell in love with watching movies and shows together again. We decided to invest into a home theater room to take advantage of the time we get to share. Karl and team were very helpful, even though I was apprehensive about the investment at first. However, after learning about the various options, the team at Noble walked me through the things I wanted, and what fit into the budget, to help me get comfortable with the project. I tend to have high standards on my technology investments, but the end product of what the team built blew me away. The picture, the sound, the ambient lighting is all amazing. We are so excited to have this our theater room and look forward to the joy it will bring our family as our boys grow up.

Karl, Josh, and Liam did a great job from working with me to get what I needed. I had existing speakers that were wired and installed in my home when it was built. Karl came out and we discussed what my needs and wants were and he sent me a quote for equipment and labor. Josh and Liam did the install and the sound and system are amazing! Great quality and latest technology was used to upgrade to make my system wireless. I am very happy with what I received!

Aside from first contact latency (reason explained and understood) and an invoice miscommunication, I am pleased with the service provided by Noble AV (specifically, Joshua Ellis). Once Noble AV and I were in agreement to proceed with the project, I experienced the commitment to customer which I expected from previous reviews. Installation occurred within three days of agreement. When complete, Joshua personally delivered my invoice after some confusion and took the time to explain my equipment while making some adjustments specific to my needs. I would recommend Noble AV for Indoor Audio/Visual installation and have begun talking about an outdoor lighting project as well.

Just got off the phone with Karl. I moved into a new home and we had an existing in home surround sound system in our wall. Karl was working on a job, but took the time to listen to my questions and provided me some DIY advice at no cost. He could have easily made it sound harder than it was and charged me to come out but instead gave me an honest answer and suggestions in order to try and come up with a solution. A little honesty goes a long way. I appreciated his time and help. I will be using them in the future when we upgrade systems.

Fantastic experience!! The Noble team takes time to understand exactly what you want / need and explains how best to make that a reality. I’ve had other audio visual services (Geek Squad) attempting install and that was an awful experience. They flat out failed. Noble came in assessed the situation and in no time I had beautiful sound across our front & backyard. Tons of knowledge & experience very friendly and professional. Great experience. I would highly recommend Noble Audio for any installation. From a simple audio & video setup to a complex multi rack system this team has you covered!

What was most impressive to me was that after their installation, they sent me a professional looking diagram showing where all of my cables were hooked up. This may not sound like much but I have a fairly sophisticated system. I have filed that document away. If I ever had to try reconfiguring my system I wouldnt know where to start without this detailed document or calling Noble Audio & Video. Enthusiastically endorse. Professional and fair prices.

Noble Audio & Video ordered and installed 3 TVs for us. I cant say enough good things about this company. The products are exactly what we wanted and the installation went extremely well. Everything was as clean as it was before installation began, it was as if they were never there. The TVs look great, as requested, all wires are completely hidden and out of sight. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly, professional, and congenial. They provided very helpful suggestions and recommendations all while working within our vision. You can tell everyone in this company is concerned with your satisfaction as a customer.We will definitely be calling on them again when we get to our basement.

Finishing on time and within budget, the Team at Noble was always prompt (on time for appointments and install), polite, knowledgable, and clean (the employees and the job site.) Working with them was a joy. It made us question why we had waited so long to install our new TVs and outdoor sound system. We approached this project with dread, but the Team at Noble meet our very high standards. We now have a beautiful Frame TV, an amazing outdoor stereo system and a Team at Noble to work with on future projects. Dont dread these projects. Awesome experience. They designed my home network and met with my home builder to determine what wiring and electrical needs the builder can do during the home build and what Noble Audio & Video can do after our home is built. This coordination with my builder will ensure that I have the proper home network now and in the future. Highly recommend Noble to design a home network either for your home being built or for your existing home.

They were all very professional, they reviewed our needs thoroughly before making suggestions on our upgrades.Then gave us options to pick from to insure we knew we getting just what we wanted. The installation and engineering of the system also went very well. They were very patient with us as we learned the new system and went over every step of the operation until we felt comfortable. They have contacted us after the system was completed to insure everything is still going well. I am very pleased that we chose Noble for our audio and video system upgrade and look forward to working with them on future upgrades.

Karl & company Installed replacement a screen after a water pipe leaked damaged old one! They were very nice, competent, and installed on a Saturday so we didn’t miss a deadline for overall completion of the room!

Great customer service and great technicians. Fast installation and very good value for the professionalism of the installation.We had Noble Audio & Video install 3 mounted TVs in our new house. Karl talked through ideas with us and helped guide us towards the right mounts to fit our needs. Noble Audio & Video then purchased the mounts, cords, hardware, and everything else needed for the installation and completed everything in one day. Noble Audio & Video updated my 22 year old surround sound system, installed a new TV and Sonos system. Karl came to my home and checked over my old system and equipment and then made recommendations as to what would work for my situation. The employees who did the installation were very knowledgeable, clean and were patient in instructing me on how to use the new equipment. Karl came back to my house after the installation to make some minor adjustments and make sure everything was ok which I greatly appreciated. They were always very prompt with their communications to me and were very good at explaining the equipment and process of installation. I would highly recommend them!!!

Noble A/V did an outstanding job with our home automation issues and they were a delight to work with. Karl and his team have outstanding technical skills and explain everything to the customer. Noble provided us with a Nest Doorbell to help with our security. They also improved our home Wi-fi by installing wireless access points and backed up our devices with a network storage device. They also updated our home theater system with a network receiver and Blu-ray player. They also installed an OTA attic antenna to keep our cable bills lower! They solved all of our issues! Thank you Noble! I recommend them highly and I will not hesitate to call them when my next audio, video or network issue occurs.
