Shout-out to James in the cell phone area!! Was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us purchase a phone, and then when we came to pick it up, he ended up staying 30 minutes past closing to make sure we were all setup. Super friendly and great to work with.
The redeeming quality of being at this Best Buy was the help from the HP rep. Brian Compton (no relation). He was very knowledgeable, kind, and answered all our questions.
Went in today to replace my Daughters Chromebook that geek squad determined unfixable ( warranty). Also had a question about my sons Chromebook, which was a couple months outside of its warranty. Because of the impeccable service Cody has given me every time I have been there lately. I went ahead a bought a second Chromebook, without shopping around. Cody definitely offer customer service you dont find in many places today. And because of him, Best Buy in Noblesville is my goto store for electronics.
I didnt actually go in but driving by it looked nice enough. Their website has good deals at times, I have used it. I also noticed a fine looking woman in front of the store, I had to look twice and then circle back around to give a woo woo!! She smiled :)
Ive dealt with my fair share of Corporate care centers and customer relations folks in my time.I have to hand it to Best Buy, they are the first to lie to me just to get me off the phone.We purchased a Refrigerator after our died the night before, only to buy from Best buy because they could get it to us sooner. (not to mention we had to be $600 more at Best buy) anyways...They cancelled my delivery time (originally 8am-1pm) at 12:44pm.They then rescheduled me for 5 days after my planned delivery.I asked to cancel my order, they then suddenly had an opening the next day.I asked for an email confirmation with a confirmation # (267984006) only to discover in my email 2 minutes after hanging up that my delivery date was in fact for the 5 days later.Dont waste your time unless you are picking it up from the store.My call was recorded.
Best buy is obviously the Pinnacle of electronic stores. But severely overpriced.

Best Buy of Noblesville will NEVER get another dime from us. When purchasing a PC, they should tell you that they (Geek Squad) CANNOT work on it while it is under warranty. It is up to the customer to send it back to the manufacturer (really convenient, right?). Never is a long time. Watch me.

Almost never has what youre looking for, is more expensive than anywhere else, and now doesnt even do stereo installation at the location. Drive to Kokomo or Muncie is their suggestion..... Uh no thanks there are audio companies in town closer. Theyll get the business...
I went in to have my daughters iPhone repaired. The tech found a tiny crack in the corner of the phone (and by tiny, I mean TINY) and informed me that all my warranties, including my phone insurance provided by AT&T, were voided because of the crack. Which is patently untrue as AT&T is of course honoring their warranty. But, even if I were to accept the voided warranty, the manner in which he dismissed there being any hope of fixing the phone was insulting. He wouldnt open the phone to see if it was a loose connection, wouldnt troubleshoot any further in any capacitty. After a moment, it was very clear why he was so unwilling to help as he opened a binder and began trying to sell me a phone.I think that tech repair services are essential and I wholeheartedly support their premise, but when the store has a vested interest in making sales there is a conflict of interest which was extremely obvious in my situation. I am very disappointed and disillusioned with Geek Squad and their service after this experience and I would fervently urge anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere. Preferably somewhere that doesnt prioritize selling a new phone over repairing existing phones.
Best Buy Noblesville is always my go to store for my device needs. I have spoken to both Matthew and Noah in the Geek Squad, and they are very kind and welcoming gentlemen. The home theater department as well has gone the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. By far my favorite Best Buy location.
I love the products they have. However, the last three times Ive been in the store, no associate seemed to care if they sold their products. Associates were to busy on cellphones and chatting with one another. I took my business elsewhere.

Their customer service is awful. Took me tracking down two guys in the computer section to get help (even though they were just standing there) and then had to ask three different employees for help to get airpods. Finally gave up and left. Use to be a die hard fan. Guess Ill just get my stuff off Amazon now. Cheaper prices there anyway

UPDATE (21.10.08): I ordered 2 items. I received confirmation that they were ready for pick up at 0845. Surprisingly, I received a second email stating the order (partly) was canceled at 0917. These items were limited in number and I suspect that an employee saw I had ordered two and wanted one for themselves.I asked for clarification and the conversation was as follows...Associate: Thats why we ask you to wait until you receive confirmation that the order is ready to be picked up.Me: I did receive that confirmation and expected to pick up two items.Associate: Just because it is confirmed, doesnt necessarily mean the items are in-stock.Excuse me? How does that even make sense. Avoid this store or pre-ordering from this store. This is the second time Ive had pre-order issues with the staff at this store. They constantly contradict themselves. In my previous encounter, they only was to cancel an order was to charge it and then use the last 4 of my CC to cancel. CLEARLY, that is not the case.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered two products online, but decided to pick up only one. I spoke with the associate and told her to please cancel it. She handed it to Genius Associate (GA) and told him to cancel it. I left believing that it was in good hands.On my drive home, I got a notice stating that the item I canceled had been picked up. Clearly not by me, since I was no longer at the store. I cannot call the store because it redirects to the National Help Desk and the Help Desk was unable to connect with the store.So I drove all the way back to the store to confront the person who I felt was trying to steal and spoke with a friendly associate to ask for a manager so I could get down to the bottom of things. In the 5 minutes that I was waiting, GA was just standing around doing absolutely NOTHING. He then realized I was the person he just marked the item as picked up.He explained that the system would not let him cancel the order, so he had to mark it as picked up. BUT he couldnt return it without the expiration date on my credit card.So youre just going to charge me and expect me to drive back once I saw the charge?! I said, clearly upset.Well I was going to call you, but Ive been really busy the last 45 minutes. Busy standing around doing nothing for the last 5 minutes.So this raises some important questions... Was this really the smartest way to cancel an order? If there was no way to cancel the order... How do they cancel orders that are not picked up after the allotted time? What if he couldnt get in contact with me and was unable to return the item?To me, this was all very suspicious behavior. I do not think I will be using pick up at this location any longer.

My boyfriend bought a gift for me several days ago. He switched the order online for me to pick it up. I arrived about 10 minutes later at the store. I had to wait another 25 minutes before I simply had to leave due to a store tag issue. The scanning machine did not recognize the switch and I therefore could not receive the item until the switch came through.Highly inconvenient, and I canceled my order and went elsewhere.
You know I really like Best Buy theyre quite slow with moving around and getting to you, comma but when they do hthey do if they are not well trained in the subject they will find you someone that is well trained in the subject. It is a little pricey for my liking, But at the end of the day Im not being sold something and speed-talked-at.

Scheduled appointment then didnt call, text or email day of delivery. Didnt deliver and wouldnt answer phone. When they did deliver 1 week later, they didnt install the stove properly and forgot the parts for the washer. I installed the stove for them and had to buy the parts from Lowes for the dishwasher. When I asked for reimbursement they recommended I drive to the store with my receipt. I purchased the dishwasher online for a reason and still had to drive to the store for parts.I have no interest in driving to the store for a $10 refund for the installation parts. It isnt about the money.....😕

Had to go looking for an associate to purchase a laptop. I first encountered Dennis and he came right over and helped me with the purchase. I had to order the laptop because there were none available in store. Dennis was very friendly and helpful!

Bought washer/dryer set 8 days in advance to allow for shipping/ delivery/ installation. Scheduled delivery for Saturday afternoon, 12-4. Received email confirmation on delivery date/time. 4p, called for status. Its in transit sir, theyll be there soon. Called at 5p, same answer. Called at 6. Was told that delivery was rescheduled per customer request (I never requested that). Sunday I went to best buy. Was told that delivery man was sick Saturday and all his deliveries were contacted and rescheduled. I was never contacted. Rescheduled delivery for Wednesday afternoon 430-6p. At 130 on Wednesday, the delivery guy called me and said he was on his way and he would be there at 2. I told him Ive got multiple confirmations of delivery scheduled between 430p and 6p and no one would be home until 415 at the earliest. He stated my delivery is the last delivery of his day and hes not waiting 3 hours to deliver it. I told him hell have to talk to his boss because we agreed on a time already and cant just leave work. He reiterated that hes already done 16 deliveries, Im the last delivery and hes on his way. I stated again that no one is home, but we will be home at the agreed upon time, to which he said hes not sitting and waiting on me for 3 hours. I asked him to call his boss and explain it and he said he would have his boss call me and hung up. 30 min later, I still hadnt received a call, so I called best buy directly. That CSR was helpful, contacted their dispatch and ensured the delivery was made at 430p as per our agreement. The original delivery man called back at 4p to say he would be there at 430 and my SO took delivery of washer and dryer. However, when I got home, I realized they had not delivered and installed everything. They left off the steam line (never delivered or hooked up the steam side of the dryer). I contacted best buy only to find out I needed to contact Pacific sales to fix the situation. After contacting Pacific sales, they inform me they will mail me the missing piece (who knows how long that will take) and once I receive it, call back to schedule proper installation with them.Smh. I shouldve just gone to Lowes or Home Depot. Same ticket price there for everything as best buy, but lowes and home depot give a 10% discount to veterans. And I doubt I wouldve received any worse service after that sale.

After two negative experiences at two different Best Buy stores that are 45 minutes apart in two days, I have to think this is pandemic understaffing related. Originally I went in for an item that I had ordered for curbside pickup and went to customer service instead, and Im glad I did because the packaging was damaged despite them having one in perfectly good condition on the shelf. Im assuming that they thought since I was doing curbside I wouldnt mind if the packaging was damaged?After this, I swung by the mobile phone department, as Im due for an upgrade on my S9+, and I have never met a salesperson less interested in selling me a product than the person I spoke with. Im not sure if it wasnt his section or if he was just ready to go on break, but his answers to my questions were very abrupt and when asking about things like accessories (I never buy a new phone without a case/screen protector, and I also need a dash mount for my car), instead of showing me where they would be, he just told me they had them. Im not going to spend $1,000+ on a new phone at a place that doesnt seem interested in selling me said phone. He also accepted a food delivery while talking to me, which I normally wouldnt care about if he was actually assisting me, but being unhelpful and taking a food delivery at the same time is a really poor impression to make.I cant entirely blame the worker for this, as this kind of mentality is clearly something allowed by management, but hopefully Best Buy can make it through the pandemic and start staffing their stores like they used to be.

I have been standing at the Geek Squad checkout for 10 minutes. Four employees have walked by. Not one acknowledged that I was standing here or suggested someone would be with me! I tried to call and the prompt says...they store is not taking calls...WHAT!!Well when you show up it seems like they are not taking customers either!

Went in to find a keyboard. It was helpful that the keyboards were out to test. However, i found the descriptions lacking. I was lookung for a wireless one and it was very difficult to determine which ones where so. I left without buying anything.
Selection was sparse but the employees were terrific. I went in looking for a new TV and the employees were able to help me find the right one for my needs. Due to Covid their selection was limited but they were more than willing to order anything I needed. Best Buy has always been so/so for me but my experience here the other day was phenomenal. When I was there I also picked up a router that I ordered earlier that day online and the pick-up process was easy and fast.

The Noblesville best buy is pretty typical. I dont have much to say outside of the ordinary best buy experience. I havent had any negative experiences at this location. The price match guarantee is awesome! I really like the ability to buy something and be able to return it to an actual store if needed. That price match makes it just as easy as buying something on Amazon.

My washer was delivered with a scratch on it. They said they would bring a new one and call us to schedule delivery. A week went by nobody called..I tried to call in and was on hold for 18m and NEVER EVER SPOKE TO ANYONE. Eventually I hung up because I was busy. Next day I reach a person after 6m on hold, they put me on hold for 2m and someone picked up then hung up on me!!!! Was going to buy a 85inch TV soon from you but no way now.
