The doctor was awesome ๐๐ผ However the front desk area could do better itโs my first time visiting this location and they donโt make you feel welcome! The front desk people are the front line they should make you feel welcome with a smile and direct you instead they have an attitude and ignore you I just talk to each other!! When I came to pick up the glasses the lady that Gave me my glasses look like she was in a bad mood. And I know you guys donโt care you will just say I am sorry we take our job really seriously but itโs not true !
Iโm surprised by how different this eye care center was to my previous, definitely an upgrade. Very welcoming and caring the whole entire appointment. Itโs also very clean and organized!
The last time I visited an office of optometry, if I remember correctly, Slick Willy Bill Clinton was president of the USA. And, the reason I went was because I did not pass the Department of Motor Vehicles eye exam, and my drivers license was restricted to daylight hours only. Talk about being humbled, I definitely have become my father. Anyway, I was motivated to have my vision examined, diagnosed, and treatment-planned. From the scheduling of my initial appointment to the delivery and adjustments of my new glasses, the entire Nationwide Vision team has been very involved and very courteous to me. They even made number 1 or number 2? a lot of fun. No, wait, it was me who made it fun!! And I got to see who actually has a good sense of humor! (they all do!!). Being a dentist, and knowing that it takes a bit of time and patience to order, fabricate, and deliver healthcare appliances, I had no issue with the two week wait for the lenses, et al to arrive and be fitted. I would have no problem referring friends-and/or enemies- to the Nogales Nationwide Eye center!Professionally speaking,L Hunter Nash, DDS
Rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming. Need I say more? Who would hire these employees to represent a doctors office? A place where people go to feel cared for and well received. It never ceases to amaze me how these persons decided to work in these fields of caring for patients and are the most uncaring human beings. I could go on and on but even if you complain they brush it off. Dont go here if you want to feel welcomed and well cared for.As I see the other negative reviews they all sound alike that has to say something. And, apologizing to customers after a bad review does nothing if they fail to correct the issues. Dont get it unbelievable!
Front desk staff, reina, was rude and argumentative. As i read off insurance information from.the insurance card, she stated that the information on the card could not have been correct and how was i getting the information. I told her i was reading directly off of the card itself..she proceeded to argue that it was wrong. I stated i would take my grandmothers card to her and she said no! She wanted to continue arguing and would not make an appointment. I have been working in healthcare for over 24 years and i have never encountered such a rude front desk person as this girl! Horrible customer service.
Good service & very profesionals.
HIGHLY unprofessional staff from beginning to end! One staff member was quite rude by shouting across the room that I should put back glasses in the sanitizing bin while I was STILL looking at them. This same staff member was riddled with tattoos and unkept sneakers. Same staff member was even more rude to a mom of three kids by shouting out that her kids were not allowed inside. Same staff member shared her experience with this family with other staff members further ridiculing that mom and her kids. Another staff member had half her chest exposed with a very low cut blouse and tattoos revealing. Initial eye exam was VERY rushed and daughter had a difficult time following directions. All the while, staff members are passing around coffee. Seemed more like a ghetto coffee shop where staff members are only there to pass gossip out in the open. Paid for eye exam only since daughter was not in the mood to pick out a pair of glasses after this experience.
Staff was friendly, however, the actual eye doctor was not. I say this not to bring him down, but to build his professionalism. He hardly even welcomed me in for the testing saying just โHave a seatโ, and even that was forced. Everyone was helpful, but it seemed like Dr. M was not happy to see me.
The women that work here are so rude. They are so unprofessional and unwelcoming. The entire experience of being stared at and rushed, having my questions answered in a rude and unprofessional attitude was just horrible. Nationwide should consider hiring people who understand professionalism and how to interact with customers in a way that isnโt so ignorant and rude. These women have no clue how to be personable and welcoming. NO CLUE. Horrible experience.
They were very helpful with putting our sonโs old lenses in his new frames. We didnโt even buy our lenses/frames from them. Glad they were so willing to help us out. Thanks so much!
Great staff
Basic check up went smoothly but do not buy your lenses here, they must be sent out and take way too long just to end up with bad quality. Took 6 days just to find out they cant make the lenses for my frame
Super Rude and Unprofessional no interest in providing a good service.
I loved the experience!! Great costumer service, very helpful and caring...
I hate this place, staff is rude and wait time is too long you have to wait over an hour for the Dr to see you and wait time for glasses is also long.
Unprofessional.
