SATISFIED !!!!!!! SATISFIED!!! SATISFIED !!! Took my car in yesterday due to a vibrating problem . Beforehand I was reading reviews and looking at A LOT of different mechanics online and discovered this one had the best rating and reviews about HONESTY! Tom made me feel VERY welcome and was very nice from the start over the phone and even stayed an hour after closing time just so I could get my car in . Im no psychic of any sort but as soon as I walked in to meet Tom I felt a strong sense of HONESTY and RESPECT out of Tom and the shop in general . Tom and Fred came to the conclusion my vibration problem was due to bad tires . I’ve got to say this is the FIRST honest mechanic I’ve encountered in my life ( I’m 23 and have gone to 5 HORRIBLY DISHONEST “mechanics” in a row ) . I agree with the other reviews that Tom and his guys are a RARE find !!!! Some people have been coming to them for DECADES and by the looks of it, I probably will too ! Thank you Tom & Fred .

What can I say to really reflect how absolutely pleased I am with Tom and his crew.First, I brought my truck to them which had an annoying noise when it would turn. I had already taken the truck to another local franchise repair shop in Moreno Valley, and 1500$ later they had no idea how to fix it or what the problem was.I then took it to the Moss Bros Chevy dealer to diagnose which they gave me a 2300$ estimate to replace my leaf springs (the sound as it turned out wasnt even near the rear of the truck).I took it to Tom based on a referral from a friend. It took some time, but Tom pinpointed the problem, and fixed it perfectly. Not only did he fix the actual problem, but along the way he fixed a few other things by tightening anything that seemed loose, even correctly setting tire pressure so that I could have the smoothest ride possible. His final quote was hundreds of dollars less than any other shop I went to.I am completely and thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail, and due diligence for actually diagnosing and fixing the real problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone else, and I will not take any of my vehicles to anyone else. I live 45 miles away from their shop and I strongly believe their service is worth it.
