Helpful staff.Equipped with helpful products that you did not imagine you could find there, like Band-Aids.Better to rent the books if you cant find them cheaper anywhere else.Products with the Norco logo could be better quality.Overall good.

Its a college book store, not much to say. However when I did have an issue with an online order they you care of everything. They made everything so easy.

The bookstore was stocked well. They and a good selection of school merch available and the books were in ample supply. The line was short when I went in the evening during the first week of spring semester.The associates were very helpful, they answered all my questions fully. It was a comfortable, laid back atmosphere, not hectic or pushy.I wanted used books, but found out if they say on the website that they have used it applies to ordering online, not in the store because the books can shop from any of their other locations. Thats ok, of you shop ahead and plan time for the book to arrive.The books are normal prices, expensive college books, but they have an easy book rental, and explained it thoroughly.

Our company is a book distributor - RCC Norco campus is very, very dedicated to getting the most current textbooks to their students as fast as they can be shipped. We work with a lot of bookstores - this one is the best!
