I went with my dad to get him a new phone. We bought the phone and the tech said she will set up and transfer all items contacts photo ext. She did none of this. Just setup the sim card and transferred the SD. We have to set up everything else. My dad is not tech savvy and i do not live with him. Luckily I caught this before i left. She rushed setup because other customers were in the store. even though we spent over $250 which is not a bunch of money but its also not chump change. We even bought a phone case. This is disappointing. My farther is like others a good paying customer and was rushed and wrote off like he was some smoo off the street than a loyal paying customer. This happen around 330 today. She sated you are all set. Which to me and I think anyone else is not the case. This could have been avoided with two techs.

They charg an extra dollar when you use any kind of card payment, use cash. Also slow service.

I think its UTTERLY ridiculous that long time customers have to pay full price for a phone upgrade especially when the staff know that certain models were recalled for shutting off randomly, not receiving messages or phones calls and imI sure many other discrepancies.
