Made a appointment for a phone upgrade, for a phone they dont even have in stock on a launch day. Would be nice to let the customer know that before hand. Obviously they dont even look at their appointments, and what their there for. Then there was 5 customers waiting, with 3 employees in the backroom, and only 1 working with the customers. Lousy customer service. Do yourself a favor, just go to a bigger store or order online.
2 weeks ago I traded in my phone and got a brand new Galaxy Note 20. Since its new and expensive I opted to get the over priced Otter Box and a tempered glass screen cover. The screen was put on wrong and in less than 2 weeks their was a visible and moving void in the screen. Being a tempered glass screen cover, a void could jeopardize the structural integrity of the screen cover as a whole. Then a hairline scratch began which quickly grew into a line to the edge of screen and the cover cracked. I go to get it replaced tried explaining the situation to Paula but because its cracked she cant replace it even though she confirmed the void in the screen to begin with. I then opt to purchase a more expensive screen cover with a warranty. But because I complained the phone was handled improperly the first time she refused to put the screen on and did not tell me until after the purchase. So I go about putting the screen cover on infront of her and the camera. As she pulls out the screen protector I point out a suspicious void/warp in the screen which I point out then raise up and show her and the camera. She looks at it and claims its nothing and it will go away with application. I follow application instructions and whatever came out of Paulas mouth and do an excessive job of cleaning the new screen before application. Then low and behold as I finish their is a void in exactly the location I pointed out to Paula and the camera which she claims I need to go to the sfreen manufacturers kiosk to get replaced. Paula I dont work with phones, it isnt my job to correctly put on a screen protector I pay $60 for, but its your job when you signed on to work at T-Mobil3 and yet you stand their acting like you have no culpability when someone has an issue with either your application or when you give a defective unit to a over paying customer.
A tracker device was added as a third line in my account without my knowledge. It all started good but after I left the store things went bad. I was offered a promotion valued at $100 but I was charged more than $150 + tax= $180. All I wanted was to upgrade my iPhone. I was asked if I was a AAA member or a credit union to offer me a promotion. I told him I was a credit union member only and he said that I qualified to get “$100” worth of accessories paid through the credit union/Sprint and a $100 deposit straight to my bank account every year along with a free year of Hulu service. The sales representative helped me to do the upgrade in a very pleasant experience. He was nice and seem knowledgeable. Then, I was asked to choose a case for my iPhone while he went to the back to get the iPhone and the rest of the accessories included with the credit union promotion. After walking in the store for a few minutes, he called me back to complete the transaction, asked me for my security PIN. While doing that, I noticed he had a Sprint tracker + safe device below my iPhone box. Didn’t think to ask, I honestly thought it was from a previous customer he was helping. He then referred me over to finalize the upgrade with a different representative. After a few minutes and paying my activation fee with my debit card I saw that she put a pop socket, screen protector, case, iPhone box on top of the tracker so I asked her and she said all of those accessories were going to be covered and paid in full by the credit union promotion, that I just needed to apply online and that in 30 days I was going to receive the $100 to pay for the accessories. I never asked for anything they gave me. Went home and did the whole credit union thing, next morning I get an email that says that I was denied from the promotion because I didn’t have the unlimited plus Sprint plan. I contacted customer service, they told me to go back to the store and return all the accessories if I didn’t want to have an additional $15 charge every month for a year. They even said that I had 14 days guarantee return if I wasn’t satisfied. I went back to the store, was greeted and helped within a minute of walking in. The person helping me had a very sarcastic look on her face. Her and two other representatives were mumbling things about the other customer. That shows they have no transparency with their business. One thing is the privacy rights of the customer and the other is to talk about your sales plan. I’m assuming it was the manager on duty who came over to ask me about the return. She was professional the entire time but after she approved it the other woman that was helping me had an upset look on her face about me wanting to return all of it, yes including the screen protector. I didn’t want my bill to go up at all for things I didn’t ask to buy. While she is doing the return I could see all the accessories being return and they added up to $180 with tax, not $100 as the original promotion. She finished the transaction, gives back my original receipt without saying a word or explaining what happens next. So I asked if everything will refund to my Sprint account, she says “yes, you are all set.” Since I didn’t get a receipt for my return I asked her if I was going to see all the transactions on my next bill and she “Yes.” I said thank you and left the store. All the time I was mistreated by the look on her face making me feel like a miserable person because I returned everything I was told to be covered by the promotion.
I would give them a 0 stars if possible. Juan and Cesar have too big of egos to admit they are wrong and actually assist a customer. I recommend going to another store like off Tyler where they are a lot more friendly and honest.
Well I can’t thank Chloe for her help .I couldn’t get into my sprint account problem with my Email and password. She got on the phone with sprint on her phone because of the computers at this sprint location were having trouble coming up . But she went way out her way to get into my account ON HER OWN I PHONE to help me . She went out of her way and I can’t thank her enough ( Chloe is a very Professional employee on your sprint staff ) also help with payment arraignment going thru some hardship BUT help setup payment for next month so don’t loose my Sprint . To Sprint your very blessed to have Chloe as an employee and the service she does to hep me and Continue to stay as a Sprint customer . This place used to have great customer service...Im not sure what happened here however we were not greeted when we walked in, had three different employees tell us they would help us and we still waited a very long time...We were not explained the way our plan was set up and now owe money on phones we never planned on keeping....they tried to charge me $198.00 for a $90.00 fix through SAMSUNG....we wanted a total price to end everything with sprint and they would not give it to us, no enthusiasm or effort from any employees, no sense of urgenecy.Very horrible attitude, we walked over to T-Mobile and were greeted by all three employees, and given a way better deal...The guy who was rude to us he did not have a name tag on nor did he give us his name.Feeling pretty trapped with this company right now.
I received a defective phone and when requesting a change they gave me another one of a different color without asking for my opinion. and argued that there was only that color.
I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me. White, no makeup, pulled back hair. She was rude, very unfriendly, had no knowledge and I left very unhappy with my fathers phone turned off and its his business line and I cant call him to have him give me whatever # she needs to turn it back on. Honestly she was worthless!
Very bad service. Went in to try to replace my sons broken phone. The girl there looked annoyed that we came in at all. The option she gave me was to cancel the line and start a new line. I do not want to lose the number, so we asked what other options were, which was like pulling teeth. I finally told her that she was no help and to let me talk to her manager. There was another guy there, who actually tried to help (reason for second star). After dealing with the first girl though, we just left frustrated. I just finished porting the line to Verizon and getting a new phone. So long Sprint. After I think 15+ years, you lost my business because of the total lack of help from your associate.
Hey I know that this store gets a bad rep! But a Sprint store rep that helped alot in this place goes by the name of Reuben! He is a great guy and is more then willing to help! I recommend him to any new or old Sprint customer this guys knows his stuff to the T!

Called these people and told them the Sprint representative told me to bring the new unopened phone i just ordered by mistake to them and they could replace it for the one i wanted. They told me i would have to return it myself. That is not what the exchange policy says on the website. It says to return it to a SPRINT STORE! Just poor customer service.
Do yourself a favor and dont get sprint. And dont believe them. Doesnt matter what part or rank an employee is they dont know anything more then what the big dog wants them to know. So there will never be answers to any questions or concerns.. worse decision we ever made..
I got tricked twice by this store employees. They added insurance to my both accounts eventhough I told them that I do not want insurance. Twice they charged me for a big down payment and promissed me that my bill will be lower but that was not true. They promissed that there will be no activation fee and insurance but it was a different story when I got my bill. Both employees signed me up for a promotional price but did not tell me that my payment will be higher after 12 months. I called twice to speak with the supervisor but he ignored my calls. Save your time and money by not conducting any business with them!!!!

Dont even bother going to this store. Head to the one at the crossings. Every worker here has no idea what they are doing (including the managers). They lied to me about almost request. Left and went the Sprint store at the crossings and got everything I needed, no issue. Stay as far away as you can from this store. Absolutely useless staff.
Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Tried to give background to my problem so that they could help me resolve the issue and was told that they didnt care about my stories and that they -just wanted to do their jobs. -which they did not do. They gave me a number to call customer service, customer service told me to go in to the store and they were still no help. When I came back in from calling the customer service line was asked if my problem was solved told them it was not & they still did nothing to help. Absolutely fed up and will never be back at this location. Sincerely hope that something is done to imporve the service here since Ive been to other brick and mortar Sprint locations without issue. Severely Disappointed.

Horrible signal!! had way better service with Cricket wireless. Signed up with Sprint with the promises of receiving a 300 dlr promotional accesories discount that never came in the mail. Customer service cannot help me after countless calls and I still have not had a call back from salesman Dante that signed us up at the store. Now Im left paying 300 dlrs of accesories on top of a horrible cellphone service... super disappointed waiting for phone lease to end to switch companies. Sprint never again!
I have been happy with sprint for nearly a decade but at this store the customer service is terrible. Every time Ive gone in they try to sell me a different plan and if you have an issue that needs resolving they wont work with you; they tell you to call customer service. Dont bother asking for the manager, Anthony; he will dodge your questions and refer you to customer service. His sales pitch and avoidance made me feel really uncomfortable. Last time we were sold a new plan. We changed our plan to add a line and pay less for data and we have had issues with our bill ever since. I have had positive experiences with every other sprint location so all I can say is USE A DIFFERENT STORE.

My experience was so horrible here i will NOT sign another lease with sprint, i walked in tryed to upgrade my phone the kid behind the counter was cool but when we talked about the upgrade he kept avoiding the price i would be paying out the door, he then asked fornmy phone and removes my hard plastic case and then he removes my screen protector on my phone which i thought qas extremely odd we then start talking about price again he goes to tell me i would have to pay a early termination fee of 150 then an upgrade fee of 30 dollars then pay the taxes on the new phone when I asked how much all in total he brought up discounts even with everything all said and done i would have to pay about 400 in fees and taxes so i said no but when I asked about my screen protector on my phone and why it was removed he said he had to for the upgrade to check for damages so since i wasnt getting the upgrade anymore i then asked if he could replace my screen protector cover and he said he could sell me one and the one i pulled of was stock from the factory (which it was not) so now thanks to my local sprint store im out a screen protector horrible service i will never recommend anyone to sprint again
Horrible customer service. Returned phones, and they never returned them to the warehouse, sprint charged me 2000 dollars for devices I returned.
Sprint is a wonderful company. We have used them for over 10 years. This particular store though, is a poor representation of Sprint. Their sales persons lie about their devices to persuade you to buy them and try to trick you into changing your plan with promises of a lower bill when the end result is just the opposite. The manager, Anthony, does not hold himself or his employees accountable for their actions or statements. They dodge valid questions and feed you false information. But I have only had these issues with this location. Sprint should definitely reevaluate who they have representing their company in Norco.

The employee and Manager are the worst I have ever dealt with after the manager enter the incorrect info for my new tablet. And I didnt relizee it till 3 5th day so no 30 day warranty. Because my tablet updated I need to log in and can not cus the info is wrong. now I can not access anything cus it want the email I activated the tablet with. Which was entered WRONG. ITS UNLESS IVE BEEN TO 3 Stores spent hr on the phone and no one want to help me do anything with it know Im stuck with 15$ a mo. For 2 years .For the Free tablet. They suck

Go to the Sprint store on Tyler! I had a previous experience very similar to Ashley B at this store dated 2/2/2015 at a different time.I went to this store and was not helped for 40 minutes. Upon entry there was an associate who was on her own phone talking to someone else, right by the front door inside the store. Two other associates (found out later, one of them was a lead) talking about a generator that one of them had purchased. I wasnt even greeted upon entry.I went to look at 2 phones to compare. I was on my phone looking up details, the two associates started a conversation about the upcoming Pacquiao/Mayweather fight, and very audibly stating who was going to get his F***ing A** beat. Perfect language with a customer in the store. I called Sprint customer service to ask them questions about changing my Sprint plan and phone options. I notified who I was speaking to that I was at the Sprint store.Then went back in, still wasnt greeted and the same lady was still on her phone by the door. When another customer came in, asking a question about his bill, they said they were going to look over the contract in the back, both associates. But they left the door to the back area open so we both could hear them laughing and carrying on with their conversation. The customer and I made eye contact and felt pity for each other. I looked up more info on my phone and left. As I left the female associate by the door looked at me and said nothing, returning to her phone.I called customer service again notifying them about the horrible service I had. I was standing outside of this store talking to customer service, after filing a complaint, I asked her my original questions about phone options, this is when I went back into the store to give her the names of the phones I was asking about. When I walked back in I was not greeted AGAIN, and the customer service person noticed that I wasnt greeted. She was well aware about the issue and took note of it.As I was leaving, the Sprint customer service rep transferred me to a manager to file the complaint, she asked me to go back into the store to hand the phone to any associate so she could question them about the services they provided. This was the first time I was greeted. The Lead Associate told the manager that yes, he did notice me walk in and out and look at the devices and assumed I had been greeted.TLDR; You wont get any customer service here. Even if you know exactly what you want, dont give them the commission. Go the Sprint store off Tyler, they can help sell you a phone, change a plan AND fix your phone if need be.

Went to get a up grade that they been calling me about for about 1 year the guy nick who helped me has dandurift falling all over the counter his shirt the key bord stinky eat breath ever then tell me that my six plus has no insurance says they took it off last time they gave a new 6pluss because the last one froze but that phone hade insurances somethings wrong hear then tell me my wifes phone has no insurances dates they canceled it Last time she got a new phone but or bill says we pay for it .... Then tells me my wife has to have her phone for 2-1-2 years to get a up grade on her 6 .... Then tales me hes only gonna give me half of what he origanaly told me then deals the conversation with lies .. Place sucks went in to get my money back before my 14 days where up becuse i was getting a better deal with verizon the manger there said that they didnt not have 230 dollars to give me back that i had bearly gave to them hours before and that would not have the money until the afternoon she said to give her a call to see if they did called her and she said that she did not have the money so not i have a very good phone with the worst service possible dont go here the manger dosent give a damn about how they help you out

Horrible, service, dont go to this store. horrible sales reps, especially bryan lawson, very rude and and never does his job. its took me two month to fix my issue that was his mistake because i had to do his job. he rude and should not be working here. i already took this up to higher measures and i will continue to do what i can so sprint knows they have a unfaithful, horrible, lying sales rep working for their company. he lies to you so he can get huge commission and waits to till your locked in your contract so he doesnt loose his commission. that who store is horrible all the employees except one of the girls who has always been helpful. dont waste your time going here.and if you do go to this store do not, do not, do not, deal with bryan lawson, he will cheat you and just try to get money out of you for his commission. and he does not do his job nor will he ever help you ever!!!

Worst store ever. All they care is about the commission. Went in to originally pay my phone bill and the employee named Emily said I could get into a lower plan. Which was the opposite ended up with a $274 bill when I originally pay $87. When I went In for help she just lies to get you out the store
