This hardware store has very helpful staff and a wide variety of parts/items to complete various projects.I had to find a specific bolt, and their employees helped me find what I needed quickly.The store seems a little small from the outside, but it opens up to a mini warehouse full of parts.Id highly recommend going here to find what you need :)

I was pleased with the assistance that I received from the ACE employee Jeff. He immediately identified what part would work for my plumbing repair job. I questioned him, but Jeff knew the correct compression fitting that would fix the water leak. Thank you for the personal help from ACR hardware.

Just moved out to Norco. Needed a few odds and ends to complete a new project. We were greeted at the door and asked right away if we needed help. We needed to replace a specific plumbing fittings. Not only were they able to help us get the right part they also gave us some advice on how best to install the parts as well. Now that is some amazing customer service. This trip was for an $8 part but they made a fan for life. Norco Ace will be my fist stop going forward. Thank you for your help this past Saturday :)

Norco Ace Hardware often has what are need and is close. But mostly, they are so willing to help you. They are also dog friendly. Today we trained obedience and socialized our German shepherds there and were welcomed into to owner and managers office. Its a great store with nice people.

Save your money and your time and get your screens made elsewhere.

Very outdated store. Can not get around the aisles too norrow. So if you are on wheel chair forget it.Not organized. it is a mess. No customer service whatsoever.Do not recommend.

Ace had the screw we needed for Terrys special back seat to his wheelchair. And electrical tape for whatever and a magnifying glass for me to read the fine print that comes with our meds and 2 boxes of patio string lights. Yeah for Ace! We didnt have to walk aimlessly till we found someone to help!

Yes I do understand most Ace hardwares are independently owned, but its just a huge inconvenience if you buy something at a different pace and then youre in the area of a different case you cant return it if you didnt use it, they even had what I try to return in stock and I still want to return it, they said I had to drive an hour away just to return 20 to $30, doesnt make much sense, very inconvenient especially if you do carry that in stock why wouldnt you return it doesnt make sense

Had just what i needed in an emergency.The bigger box stores had more inventory.But the bigger box stores didnt have what i needed like ace did!

Sad I rarely shop here any more. They have a great selection of items but have instituted a policy of not accepting checks.

Called up to see if they had a certain circuit breaker, they told us they did and to bring the old one in to have a look at so we went out of our way to come see and they were extremely rude, telling us to take our business to a store that wasnt even open.. why tell us you have it then when we turn up be really obnoxious and rude to us? We only asked a simple question.

NEVER AGAIN. The absolute WORST! I asked if they could shake a gallon of their own paint and the front counter guy says no. He’s more worried about paint getting all over his clothes and having to clean up IF the lid gets loose.There is a reason this place will close soon.

My visit made me realize that neighborhood small hardware stores may have exactly what you are looking for I give them a thumbs-up because they have both items I was looking for home Depot and Lowes did not 👍👍👍

Worst Ace Ive ever been to. Small, poor selection, not much in terms of helpful employees. Dont judge all Ace locations on this as they are franchises, just avoid this one.

Customer service was excellent... they helped me find the right size nylon washer and helped me make the hole bigger by melting and sanding it so It can fit the piece that it goes to for my acoustic guitar... And now because of them all my tuning pegs for my guitar are fixed and now I can go on to replacing the strings and tuning the guitar at home and before I know it, my guitar would be up and running again...And also it was only 12 cents for the washer and everything else they did for me was free... oh by the way the guy who helped me the most his name is Chris (the guy with blonde hair and tall and slim) so if yall end up visiting ace hardware I recommend Chris cuz he did a great job with the task at hand.... so therefore this location gets 5/5 stars for their excellent customer service and low prices and the superior skills to take care of a task at hand.
