Good business. Completed an online order for a product for in store pickup. Staff was very helpful upon arrival. Was looking for another product that I was unable to purchase online and staff provided guidance on how to order this product. Its always nice when they have chicks and ducks for the little ones to look at. My only complaint is that our pig food is usually not on the shelf and when we ask an employee if they have it, they do, and then bring it out to us from the back. Seems like it happens like this often. So only suggestion is to check the floors stock of food/supplies more frequently to make it more convenient for shoppers

It was our first time in this store. From the second me and my husband and my daughter walked in we did not get any welcome or hello but what I did notice another person came in seconds after us and was greeted by the 3 workers infront. You could honestly feel the vibe in there of discrimination honestly im not even over exaggerating this. Felt like eyes were on us while browsing the store lile if we dont belong. My little one loves horses and chickens so we got her a stuffed animal and calendar.Briefly as of what we saw has a good selection of different stuff for animals and what not but overall will never come back there ever. As we headed to the cash register 3 coworkers were chit chatting and I was waiting there to be attended and as i put my stuff down on the register the girl just ringed it up and did not even greet me neither right there nor said nothing to me i was just handed my receipt and left. My experience their was absolute disappointment in people nowadays where in a white establishment they think they are superior to every other race there is and could treat anyone however they feel like it. No diversity in the store whatsoever. Owner get off your throne and show these young people how to respect others and educate them that not only white people exist...Just want yall to know my experience there for not being white thats all i got to say i shouldnt reach out to call another number to talk about my experience when Ive said it all. No need to get upset all over again when i know there is nothing the owner is going to do other then supposedly listen and correct. Waste of my time.

An absolutely fantastic store to shop at. I have come here before but I was in and out within 10 minutes having found what I needed. They have so many different items in stock that other stores do not. I spent a good half-hour just wandering the shelves and I wished I had more time to spend there to check every item. The safes they have in stock are absolutely massive.I already recommend Tractor Supply to other family members, having received a recommendation another. The cashier was not at the register when I walked up but I just went off to look at other items I did not look at. I do not fault them at all for this since I suspect they have other duties to do. The one thing I wish was they were friendlier. I acted cheery but overall got a very limited response in a weird tone. They may have been having a bad day and for that I can not fault them. The first time I went the cashier was very friendly. It may have been to my appearance but I have been badly needing a haircut.I will make more trips to browse more and make more purchases as some of what I saw, i may need. I came in for the sole purpose to purchase one item. Which I saw but did not need at the time, my first time shopping.

Most of the employees do not wear mask. Yet in their web they say they require mask. I wrote that in their survey but so far no action.

We recently ordered a stock tank online and couple hours later we were contacted for a delivery to be set up and it happened to be same day which was nice and not expected .. jeff i believe was great and did a good job with delivery and communication

Staff here are really friendly. My sister and my mom go here all the time for one thing or another. If you need help with any of your horse or chicken the team here seems to know just how to help.

First time ever here, definitely will be the last. Don’t waste your time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Came here with my husband at about 7pm to get our propane tank refilled and the cashier tells us to ask the MANAGER, Anthony, to refill it for us. So we ask and he says its Too Dark outside to refill, even though they have a light post outside. Such a dumb and lazy excuse to not help customers.Never coming back!Dont recommend coming here to refill your propane tanks, especially after it gets dark.

I go here only because they have the supplies I want. But I am not comfortable here. I have to shower and strip off all my clothes throw all my clothes in the wash immediately. They don’t wear masks! No one social distances. Not to mention most of the employees are rude and know it alls. Any question you have they look at you like really you don’t know the answer. And then answer in a drone voice

Has everything you need for chickens!! Ive even found this beautiful light up decoration for xmas!! I didnt get it but its on my list!! They also have giant chicken plushies! I got one of those! So happy with it! my favorite hen just passed away and this plushy has been helping me cope. It was super affordable too! Canr remember how much now, but i think around $20. Super cheap! :)

Great prices on safes and friendly employees

I will no longer support this location in my community. They do not care about their customers or community. They allow customers to shop in their store with no mask on as well as their own employees not wearing mask! Yes, they do have a sanitation station set up, along with mask that are available to any customers. This is just there for looks, obviously this company has no interest in following the guidelines that have been put in place!

Love this store. Norco is the perfect place for it, as we certainly need such a place. They are small town friendly there and I dont think Ive ever asked a staff member any question they werent able to answer. I get dog and cat food among other things here and pay nearly a dollar less per can as I pay elsewhere but dont tell them! Lol.

They are more than farming implements. I found wild bird seed and feeders at a very good price. The sales people were very helpful as well.

They where the only store that had a wide variety of stick rods in store.

Bough a winch about 6 weeks ago. I hooked it all up but it didnt work. After about 6 weeks of setting a my bench I thought, they will never take this back. I cleaned up and packed up what I had and took it in. The man at the counter never even looked into the box he just apologized for the inconvenience and put the total charges back on my card. what great police. What a great store.

Love all the cool stuff they have. Farm and Ranch stuff . The things that are useful for projects that you dont usually see for sale locally other places. Pulleys, sprockets, belts, sprayers wire, feed, tools. Great stuff except prices higher than most others.

Horrible service had me waiting for an hour for puppy food but as soon as a Caucasian woman showed up her products were ready in less then 5 minutes. Latinos dont come here!

Cant get out for under $40.00. They have parts for my trailer, live stock supplies,tools to do about anything, mens and womens clothing, and snacks. And who dont like a snack?Speed on Hamner is fast so keep an eye out or youll miss it! About a mile north of Pollys Pies.

Outstanding customer service! The manager went above and beyond to help my husband get the chainsaw he desired. The cashier was awesome applying all the discounts and specials for us.

The staff made my visit pleasurable. They walked me to the things I was seeking and stayed present to answer my questions. Other stores just point or tell you where to go. Awesome one stop shop!

Love this place it was 20 miles I had to drive but I needed some antibiotics for my chicken and this is the closest tractor supply. Anyways I needed some help and I ran into a girl named Paige and she was more than helpful as she herself has chickens and she gave me some good advice and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

A friendly greeting as soon as I entered the store. Besides everything you need for farm equipment, I am amazed at the vast pet supplies they also carries but the companys name does not reflect that. Also, they are super dog friendly.

This place has everything you will ever need to live a rural life. I went in just to look at what they had and was blown away! A lady who works there, Renee, was extremely helpful when I was looking at all of their dog food. My dogs are my kids and she was very patient in explaining to me what the difference was in all the food offered and helped me find the one that was right for my pack. I cant speak highly enough of her professionalism and knowledge. They have so much more than pet supplies though. I came in around Christmas and the same girl helped me buy a large truck bed tool box for my dad. This is my new go to!

I bought several calling cartridges today only to find out that only 3 out of 13 were good I really needed all of them so I had to go out of my way to buy more at home depot now Ive got to come to your store again to return them all

The selection here is great. They had the fencing that the home improvement stores have been out of for months. Their website knew they had it, so I could shop the internet and support my local store. Price was comparable to internet prices. People were great. They knew where things were and they were quick with price checks. Thanks Tractor supply. Great all around store.

First found TSC in MO. The one here in Horsetown USA, CA is just as friendly and has the goods we need. If I need help locating or lifting heavy bags, the personnel are willing and ready. And the best reusable bags are here!
