Great home decor options for reasonable prices. Store is clean and organized. Limited staff for assistance but expected during this pandemic era. Clean restrooms.

Huge open warehouse type of home furnishing. It was very quiet and I saw team members in every section that I could speak to if I had any questions.The prices for me is were this place falls short. It seems even more expensive than other home furnishing stores. The clearance items dont have the new price on them you have to scan to get the price. I wasnt impressed by the cost.I was impressed by the bed and couch section. Alot of choices for everything that you need for the home. Over all I would come back if ever needed something and didnt want to have to hunt for it at another store.

First time in one of these stores. Staff was very helpful. Didnt find what I went for but did manage to pick up a few bags of Christmas ornaments and things I did not need!

Found exactly what I was looking for after searching multiple other stores. They had a great selection. The store was clean and organized. The cashier was very friendly!

I found some really cute Easter decorations in their seasonal section. There were a few empty aisles, but for the most part everything was decently organized. There were a few items that I had seen at HomeGoods at this location too. I went in specifically looking for a bistro table, which I found. The associates were helpful in loading up my car.

I like this place. It has a warehouse feel. It offers a wide selection of patio cushions which is what I was looking for. Some of them were on sale. Be aware that some of the aisles are not wide enough for a cart.

My absolute fav comfort food restaurant! Locally grown veggies and all food cooked with love.

OMG OMG OMG! This place is absolute heaven! I could spend days just browsing and aah-ing and ooh-ing over everything. Very friendly customer service and plenty of parking. Just make sure you read the sale signs correctly, especially the fine print.

I really enjoy this location. The employees seem to always be in a great mood and love to share their favorite finds.

Good variety but they dont have as much as they use to have. Prices are on the higher end. Would like to see more affordable patio sets and affordable furniture options.

I think this store is getting ready to go out of business. Their inventory is way down and this was before Covid. Its a shame too because they really have a great selection of goods.

Great selection of merchandise.Real bad experience with staff make it a 1 star: Clearance sale items from Halloween and Fall were placed in 3 isles that were marked clearance. However, at the register there were several items that did not ring up as clearance. One even rang up >the marked msrp price on the original package! Register employee gave an I dont care attitude. Kept repeating a monotone statement that only items marked as clearance are discounted. We were simply trying to point out that these items were a in the isles marked as clearance, and it was misadvertising or incorrectly not marked. She said that it was a known issue about the one item that rang up for more than normal price. She was going to correct it, but we didnt want it because it was supposed to be clearance as well.Asked for store manager. He came over and instead of asking for more information and what they could do to correct it, he gave the I really dont give a d### about you attitude. Said signs clearly state clearance items are marked. And would not even walk over to look at what we were telling them, or to the section marked as clearance.Extremely disappointed with their staff. Will probably not go back, and will just shop elsewhere.

Evan and Ryan was awesome they went beyond the call of duty to help me get a kitchen table set secured in my vehicle. Again I say thanks Evan and Ryan the true example of what taking care of your customers mean.

This place is a huge store! Be prepared to look around inside. There is so much of a selection to choose from. Quite a browsing and shopping experience.

I miss Garden Ridge. The name changed but so did the total vibe inside the store. Used to be much more variety. Many shelves are empty now. 3 stars is generous because I think still has value for certain things.

YOU CAN FIND ANYTHING! From in door to out door decor. You can also find great sales and prices! Great unique items. They sell quite fast. Something for everyone. Even my guy friends like to come and walk around with me. They also enjoy the items that could be found. Definitely a place to visit in every holiday and day of the year. :)

Found these 3 items to go on my MB nightstand ( the one I dont use). White vase was $14.99 and the other 2 vases were on the Clearance table. YIPPY!!!

Nice place to decorate your home, would recommend you go to at least 3 different locations there al so different in items and set ups, but prices unbeatable unless your an online person 🤗

I think asking more of an establishment like At Home is futile, but Id at least like to have the stuff for the upcoming season out after three weeks of visits instead of piece by piece by piece. 🙄

Fun store. Was shopping at Hobby Lobby, and their art and fake plants were lacking. The artificial plants at At Home were so pretty, and affordable too. It’s like a giant HomeGoods / IKEA 😍

I recently ordered Christmas ornaments online at this store, order was to be delivered. This store uses a 3rd party delivery company which is Pickedup. The delivery text was sent to me on 11/30/20 at 9am saying it was picked up from this store and out for delivery. It is now late afternoon Tuesday and I still have not received my order. I am unable to get in contact with the delivery company or anyone at the store. There is no possible way for you to track your package. So now I’m left wondering if I am A) getting my package or B) how I will get refunded for an item that I never received. I highly recommend not using this store for delivery.

Great home decor less expensive furniture - check your clocks before you buy bring a battery

The shelves were quite empty and despite a lot of the previous reviews it didnt feel organized. I want to go back after the holiday season to see if I have a better experience.

I only visit this location before the holidays and always looking for the must have item and I found it! Yes things can be pricy but thats to be expected. I did find the Christmas lights to be overpriced so I buy those elsewhere.

At Home in Norcross is large and has a wide variety of items, fairly inexpensive and well displayed. Ive been to other At Home stores and this one is put together better than the others. Since the store is large, they have a better variety of items to choose from.

Love this store but some of the items are over priced. They should offer regular coupons to the customers.

Youll get overwhelmed at all the possibilities for your home, but definitely worth the visit!! I went in just to look, but there was so many cute things! I couldnt leave them behind.

Its a treasure hunt. Looks like theyve done well this season .. lots of gaps on the shelves. Lots of good stuff left though.

We love the products here, but the women here are absolutely disrespectful & lack any customer service at all. The workers act as if you bEING there TO SHOP is a bother for them & as if you asking for help is forbidden 🚫. We still spent $600 tonight. My wife wanting those specific pieces is what kept this sale in house. But clearly there is an opportunity for customer service training or better hiring at this specific location. It is what it is I guess 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Went there with a couple of good girlfriends during our lunch break. They have EVERYTHING should you want At Home. Their clearance sections would make a person drop 💵💵💵💵 alone just for the savings. You would definitely stay for a good 2-3 hours. My girlfriend started picking out things for her new house and asked the lady to hold it for her until we got off work. Smh.. Shell need a moving van for the vases, 🔥 pit and chaise lounge. But I would recommend that for anyone looking for unique things.

The outside appearance of this store is not very appealing. It looks as if it was abandoned. Inside was fine - courteous staff, plenty of stock.

This place is great, a little low on inventory but maybe switching seasons. Great for beautiful outdoor containers, outdoor umbrellas, cushions, kitchen misc etc.

The layout was a bit overwhelming and there were many empty shelves. For the prices, a trip to the local TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or Ross would have had better results. I drove about 45 minutes for this store, and was very excited. If I included the drive, it was a bit if a letdown.

I love At Home. Since the days it was garden ridge. This store was clean, well stocked, organized and my cashier was so friendly.

Gigantic location with a bunch of empty aisles. Not sure if we came when they were in the middle of rotating out stock but, there was way less stuff to look at than expected. Staff was banally friendly; no one really stood out and no one dampened the experience. Would definitely come again to give them another shot!

I am in the medically fragile group which was not released from shelter at home until 6/12 by Govenor Kemp. I returned some pillows with a receipt and was told that they only accepted returns the first 3 weeks after reopening after the shut down. I noted that World Market made returning items there much easier, and the manager, Elvin, told me to go shop at World Market.

Hidden little treasure. Very comparable to Hobby Lobbys decor department but much more to choose from. Prices are fair, but like any store, it helps to dig for deals. Great canvas if you have blue toned themes. Not many warm options.

A lot of variety of Decor, kind of pricy for the quality, they do not offer any kind of discounts or coupons.

I absolutely love At Home. This location is kind of hidden away, so usually there arent a lot of people. This makes for a nice, quiet shopping experience. Theyve got a great selection. Id especially recommend it for holiday decor.

Went to the Norcross store because they showed 4 of a certain color of outdoor cushions. When we arrived we could not find them. Had a employee help me look. I just resigned myself to buy a different color. I was at the checkout with this different color and the employee came running up with the cushions I wanted. He found them in the back without me even asking. Great customer service!

Nice selection of odds and ends needed for the home. Large chair and pillow selection which is what I was looking for.

I go here often just to get lost in the building. Just aisle and aisle and aisle of home decor. I love the offerings and options in all areas. While they could improve the dog bed samples, that is a minimal complaint with all the items this store offers. Ive been known to just go and wander the store for hours. Theres just that many items! A warehouse of home decor, but organized so well that its not overwhelming. Youll love it.

I love this place

The credit card machine was down and the employees did not care to let the customers know until they reached the check out. I wandered the store for over an hour just find out its cash only at the register. A large sign out front wouldve been help or an announcement overhead. Not to mention the associates were leaning lazily over carts offering no information about when the system would be back up without as much as an apology

It was fine. They made me leave over $350 with them today.

They are great, the reason I took off one star is that no label prices on items, so you have to take what you need to cashier then decide if you purchase or no.

I love this store! There is a huge selection on everything home. They have quality items and the prices are competitive. The only reason I did not give this store 5 starts is because I could not find any associates on the floor to help me with my items. The cashier was very nice though. I just feel like in a store this big there should be associates walking around to help customers.

This place is huge. Kinda overwhelming. Tons of treasures for cheap. Love it! (but next time Ill wear comfortable shoes - it takes a couple hours to see everything) 👍😍

Love At Home! This was my first time at this store and I spent hours there. I was only looking for a lamp shade and ended up with a lot of great home accessories. More then I could imagine in so many colors and styles. The lamp select is great. Ill be back there soon to get more fantastic decor.

I purchased 3 leather barstools from this location. When I went to pick them up, they brought me the barstools loaded on a trolly and instructed me to take them to my car. I was in a hurry and hit a bump in the parking lot, the result of which was scratching the side of my own product. Totally my fault. I asked a manager if there was any way I could return it for any reduced credit and pay more for a new one. She let exchange it. It was a rough day and I GREATLY appreciated that type of customer service.
