Kyle was exceptionally knowledgeable and efficient in helping my wife and I to choose and then purchase ourselves a new bed. We were not really looking forward to the experience of traveling between different retailers and trying to decipher what seemed to be a very difficult decision. We were greeted upon entry by Kyle and after giving him a general idea of what we wanted, he patiently walked us through the building testing a variety of options. When we finally arrived on a special setup to suit our needs, Kyle then discussed financial options and informed us as to the special sales that were in process at that time. We opted to get the warranty extension on both mattress and power base with the savings from the sale more than covering the extra costs and providing us with peace of mind long after the purchase. We even bought a few extras, 3 pillows and a mattress protector, to go with the bed. We were extremely pleased with our experience and interaction with Kyle. When the mattress went on sale online a few days after we bought it, Lamar quickly worked to do the price match and get us a refund of the discount amount. Immaculate showroom. I’ve never seen a Clearance Center so Nice. They have all the new and all the clearance. Kyle and Lisa were Amazing and out of all the places near by I settled on Mattress Firm Clearance 6448 Dawson Blvd. Ask for Kyle and Lisa. New Stearns and Foster being delivered and setup. Sleeping so good as I really have been overlooking my Mattress. Not anymore.

We initially went to your Peachtree Corners location. The agent there was Ashley. We needed two California king mattresses. Ashley, was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. She is an asset and should be groomed for a leadership position. We returned the next day to meet Ashley, at the Norcross location on Dawson st. She was able to track down what we needed. We are very happy with our products and level of great service Ashley, provided.

My first time shopping here I bought a mattress queen size box spring and a frame for my son March of this year 2021 the box spring started cracking not too long after I bought it the wood inside I had to put in for a warranty claim which they acted on something 5 days gave me no trouble for a replacement or if I wanted to buy a different box spring I had to take it to the store and wanted to clean paper and I learned that when buying a box spring youre not buy one with wood inside for some people it might be okay but buy one that has metal frames inside and wont break as fast as the one that comes with wood inside so I purchased the upgrade one had to pay the difference which was okay cuz it wasnt that much they work with me and it was very nice and friendly and gave me no trouble and it even waves some fees when we delivering it I have no complaints as of now and I probably would shop there in the future

I had a good experience with my sales associate and was able to give a good deal enough to make me buy it. However I did feel “unseasy”when I ask another sales associate a favor which to the answer was no. When my original sales associate came back I ask the same question and he was more than accommodating. I guess that encounter left a bad taste in my mouth.

Today I bought a mattress for the first time in my life and Antonio walked me through all the different options even when I asked the most ridiculous questions. Kyle was our customer service representative and he was a breath of fresh air. Im a single mom and was buying mattresses for my two teenage boys. I wanted to get them something nice but wasnt able to spend a lot because I needed two. He cared so much about my spending and about getting my boys the best for the money. He was extremely considerate and compassionate about our needs. KYLE ROCKS. He was heaven sent. Seriously, it was a big deal for us and my heart really wanted the best for my boys. He made that possible.

I can only testify to my first encounter, which was great. As soon as I arrived the staff put on their covid masks as a courtesy and the proprietor eagerly inquired how he could help. Within one minute after I had expressed my need he showed me some options that fit my description. Giving me the advantage of a sale that had just passed I was able to obtain additional savings... making my price $100 lower than a nearby competitor. He was considerate to accommodate all my questions to my satisfaction, and it did not take long until I was able to make my decision. It was 15 minutes before closing time when I arrived. Although I made my decision, without any pressure, before closing, he stayed late just to accommodate my questions. At my request, he took time to explain some options on a motorized bed that I wish to consider for a future purchase. He was ourteous and efficient. This was a complete contrast with another store that I visited earlier. So far, I would recommend this store to anyone.

Went here looking for support legs for an adjustable legs. (Already knew the answer but thought I’d try) Lamar greeted me when I walked in. Told me what I already knew he’d say: that they don’t sell them in store and have to be purchased online... but then he offered to go in the back and check what parts if any they had laying around. After 2 trips and 50 questions he came back with a match. And told me I have it at no charge!! Would’ve gotten 5 stars just on his helpfulness and attitude alone. I’d give him 6 overall if I could!
