I had a very good experience, walk-in for a vaccine shot. It was largly because of the pharmacist, James. Just he and one other person really hustling. Working the drive-thru, answering questions at the counter, he worked in my shot in about 10minutes. Yes they need more staff, i heard the phone ringing and couldnt always get to it. But doing their best, polité, competent.

This CVS is okay. The pharmacist is really good, and hell get your medicine out really quickly. But the employees are not very helpful and they almost act like they have some kind of attitude with you for being there. And they also require mask but the Redbox outside is very convenient. I would recommend the spot.

I went for a baby item ask staff he showed me the isle . He was to lazy to look for tge item and told they dont have it. I checked and found it right away. At the checkout you have to ring a belt. The store was kind of busy. Staff was in a room and came out instead of checking me out he was busy talking to some rude children about an item keep in mind I was first in line. He told me rudly to go to self checkout. Bad service .l.first and last time I went there.

They are out of stock a lot of things, especially the things which they got the deals on every week.(ex: shampoo of elvive, colgate toothpaste and crest toothpaste, etc)

Went to this cvs at 11:29 pm to get something the cashier was disrespectful the self checkout cash register wasn’t working and this woman came over to assist and rudely boisterously asked what happened to the cash register and rudely said I should get out the way so I asked her how she speak to customer like that and she should not speak to me like that and she has no customer service whatsoever

I made an appointment for covid 19 test 2 days ago showed up on time and they advised they could not test me. Very unprofessional as they had all of my information. If any professional establishment cannot fulfill an appointment time it is common curiosity to inform your customer prior too. Also extremely rude ! What a waste of my time

I came in for small items but when I came to check out my items I was looking for help the associates were pretending to stock shelves almost like they were avoiding me. So I just used the self check out and drove out my way to another CVS to get the help I needed. Yall are ridiculous for that.

Today, I went to this CVS to pick up a prescription. When I got to the drive through there were 2 cars ahead of me. The first car did not leave for 40 minutes. The second car did not leave for 35 minutes. I pulled to the window over an hour after I first arrived. Now the really good part. I sat at the window watching 3 people inside who totally ignored that someone was at the driveway through window before the pharmacist asked if he could help. It took him a out 2 minutes to retrieve the prescription. I asked him to make a note that no more prescriptions are to be filled for our family there.Turns out covid19 tests were being done in the two cars ahead of me. Bad planning for others

Horrible and disrespectful man at the counter last night 0m 1/31/2020 around 6PM. Older lady listened to my issue, neither did not know what they were doing regarding the coupon. The guy was the worse and shouldn’t be in customer service. I cannot pronounce his name or spell it, but you know who which male employee was working on New Years Eve. Aminur needs CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINing!

Horrible experience w/pharmacy as I had been going back and forth with them for 3 days to fill a prescription for my sick mil and I was misinformed all 3 times and wasted allot of time and ended up taking the prescription to Riteaid and they were able to successfully fill it with no problems same day! Will NOT be returning to this location as they need to be re-trained on the prescription and insurance process and on the ability to manage their customers and time efficiently.

Service at this location leaves a lot to be desired . Medications sometimes take hours to process. Drive-through service can take fifteen minutes. Recently, a prescription was even lost due to a computer shutdown. This is a problem with management. I feel that the staff does the best that they can, but they are extremely overburdened with the volume of prescriptions they process.

I usually dont go to this location on this cvs, but today i needed some allergic pills for this horrible pollen, i ask the lady at the counter to point the right direction, at first she seems busy but she did help me she took me to the isle where all the allergic pills are located and she told me which ones are best to take for fast results, i just wanna say thank you lili for helping me, i wish everyone could be like you very attentive and patience, i will definitely come to this cvs and hopefully i get the same respond like today thank you

This place is just so disorganized and disrespectful. I received the wrong medications a few different times. Something out of a horror movie. I recommend that you drive a few more miles and visit another pharmacy that wont raise your blood pressure.

Horrible service and attitude and they messed up on my prescription and I have to come back to the store, then they never inform me that my right prescriptions is ready. Well tried to call and 30 mins for someone to pick up. Another 20 mins sitting by the drive thru window just to pick up my prescription that should be ready hours ago. Just absolutely garbage of a CVS.

The pharmacy is horrible. Ive recieved the wrong medications a few times...the pharmacist asks if I could bring them back because they belong to someone else. Refunds on prescriptions because they just got it wrong. Dont think about calling, they keep you on hold for like 15 minutes. They also never have medications in stock and have to order. This pharmacy must be over booked/used because the customer service and quality care its hard for them to make sure medications are given to the right patient

I wish I could give 0 stars. The pharmacy tech is extremely rude. Without even looking at my insurance or my info on the system, he told me my insurance wasnt going to cover my medication and it was going to be very expensive.On another occasion, my nurse called in a medication on a Friday, was confirmed that it would be ready in an hour, but instead it took me 3 phone calls to get it filled on a Saturday afternoon.I have already spoke to management at this location about the rude staff. I am no longer going to be a customer at his location.

There are maybe 2 people actually working in the pharmacy. I was quoted an hour on my prescription time, came back 2 hours later and they said it would be another 20 minutes. Definitely will not be coming back here.

Terrible customer service. Everytime I call I get put on hold for up to 10 minutes and just give up. The last time I was there to pick up medication, the man at the register let me stand there without acknowledging me while he texted. While I was checking out, his cell phone rang and he stopped and went to answer and talk. By the look on my face, he probably figured out I was angry and said that he would call the person back but to text cause he would answer. I actually changed CVS locations from the one on Pleasant Hill/Peachtree Ind because they were so horrible.

Store is dirty and pharmacy staff is slow and unfriendly. This store looks like a case of hoarding. Stacks of stuff everywhere! And, they left someones information on the counter which is a HIPPA NO NO!!! So surprised CVS headquarters allows this store to be a representative of their chain.

This pharmacy has got to be the slowest and most incompetent pharmacy Ive ever been to. Ive had call constantly and they still cannot get a simple prescription right. They are always backed up and then rude on top of everything else! Were never coming back.

Avoid this pharmacyThey have way to many scripts to fill and are constantly not getting them done on timeThey do not check when you drop your medicine off if they even have itSo you will end up hrs later returning for your medicine just to find out they dont have itThey have been a problem for years
