This is NOT a gas station. If you want snacks or other items, they’re fine. But if you need gas, go somewhere else! There is ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEIR PUMPS! For MONTHS! Luckily the RaceTrac across the street is usually competitive prices, but you will waste your time if you attempt to get gas from here!

Changing to a 2 star review. Cant think of a time I got to use the first pump I pulled up to. Something is always either freezing up, or otherwise not working. After being a regular customer, i have switched to the Racetrack right next door. Better in every way.

The best manager on charge best food and variety i come to this location everyday and i never had it a problem. But today this change thanks to the cashier name OMAR the guy was very disrespectful while i ask for help to use my points he kept asking for money like he didn’t have time for me also with his ear piece while he was talking to me.. telling me if i didn’t like the way he act or his face turn then i didnt need to come into his store at all ... no one in this location has been like that before. He needs to be relocated or they need to teach better customer service..

Definitely dont bother buying food from them. Its a joke. They forgot about mine the last time, and this time the lady told me she was making pizzas and couldnt make my sandwich I ordered. Just go somewhere else. The service has gone down immensely. Credit card machines dont work at the gas pumps, and youre better off trying something else for food.

Speedway is this new convenient store/gas station thats well made on the inside and out. Pumps are easy to you and area outside are clean. Inside is so customer oriented and convenient. You can do things like customize your freshly prepared coffee and pizza. There is even a little mini diner area where you can sit down and look out the window as you eat and listen to the calming music. Lastly the employees are friendly and do their job well. Come here for a whole new convenient store experience!

Its 4 oclock in the morning and I got the best service that a store attendant could give. Not only did I get more for my buck inside with the sales but the female clerk offered different award cards that saved me 6 cent a gallon. Thank you for the great service.

Stopped in at 3:30 am & got a hot sub, My first time ever going into a Speedway.... OH MY GOOD that was the best sandwich I have had in awhile. The guy named Mike said he was better than Subway which was no lie

Horrible customer service, you are lucky if the cashier will even acknowledge you. They never have coffee and the coffee bar is almost always a mess. This location started off great, but when the corporate employees / trainers left it went bad really fast. I will be going across the street from now own.

.49 drinks are an amazing price. 2 pack cigarette Prices are amazing $7.00 On up to $8.00. Friendly staff. Clean store. They really do need to add in to their bathrooms though. They only have a one holer for such a large store on a busy street. Hope you dont have to go bad and someone is ahead of you..

I love the gas war between Speedway and Racetrack. What I didnt like is going to the pump with no indication they were out of regular gas. The help button to contact the attendant didnt work, so had to go into the store to find out why my pump wouldnt pump. Cashiers arent very friendly. A smile goes a long way.

This gas station has gone downhill fast. It seems there is always a pump not working, so I have move the car to another one. Today was the final straw. Multiple pumps with bags over them, one pump saying Starting up and another one let me get to the point of insert card and it sat there. Im going back to Racetrac and QT.

We used to love this store, but the last 3 times we visited the store were not very pleasant. I wont go into detail but night shift employees ignore customers and whisper amongst themselves about whether or not to give you the service you requested.

Many freaking pumps cant read credit cards or work with Speedway reward cards. This has been going on for a year. The staff knows but can only shrug their shoulders. Eff this place.

Good food there, air is expensive @ $1.50 for five minutes. The rewards card is great. Fountain drinks are cheap and plenty of choices. Overall is better than QT and Racetrak as far as food goes.

Beautiful store totally different from QT but the lines are long with two cashiers. I hear they give good coupons. But speedway has to be the owners last name because there is nothing speedy about it. You will be late for work if you trying to do a run in inn the am. I went about 730 jammed packed and after noon about 1pm jammed packed. But different variety of items and they have a kitchen where you can place orders which cant be to bad because it also has a line. But the one thing I didnt appreciate is the ice water or cup is almost .60cents and .25 cents at QT

I believe to be a top competitor in the gas station industry you would have to offer consumers something that appeals and benefits them. Low gas prices. A point based reward system along with various monthly perks that you can choose. Bonus points awarded for buying multiple items which are indicated in the store and in the app. Which is a very fluid app that allows you to track all of your progress and everything that Speedway has to offer at your disposal. Great café inspired food and discounts galore. Speedway Cafés have pretty much nailed it. The only thing I would suggest is free air. This location also tends to have cheaper gas prices than the Alpharetta location. I think people need to open their eyes to how much this company has to offer!

Good coffee & the staff were fun & helpful

Competition !!They have forced Racetrac to be competitively priced on gasoline . The staff is friendly, and their food and coffee is pretty good too. I miss the 10 cents off a gallon promo they had for their grand opening, but the fact that they are making Racetrac stop gouging is reward in itself.

Even if the gas is higher i will still come. The place acrss called Cafe have some of the most loudest ghetto hoodrats i have ever seen in my life. Everybody was hanging arou nd the fro t desk laughing and playing around like children and harrasing everyone that came to the counter.

Updated 10-Jan-2020They have closed the cafe and now served pre-made sandwiches that sit under heat lamps for hours at a time. Who would actually buy chicken tenders in an open tray sitting under a heat lamp for God-knows-how-long. Cant get food made how you want it anyone, very limited menu, and cafe coupons that always appear in the app are worthless here now. To top it off, the soda is constantly flat. This store has gone downhill size Zea (former manager) got transferred to Lawrenceville. Charise is more interested in doing things her way than making customers happy. I now go the extra 3 miles to QT where I can get HOT, FRESH food.On the plus side, if you have to pee they do have clean restrooms.
